Abstract
Description

Claims (23)
- 患者の天然弁尖を修復するための弁修復デバイスであって、前記弁修復デバイスは
第1の端部部分及び第2の端部部分を有するスペーサ本体;及び
前記スペーサ本体に結合された一対のアンカ;
を備え、
前記スペーサ本体は、前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まり、
前記アンカは、開位置と閉位置と間で可動であり、
前記アンカは、前記患者の前記天然弁尖に取り付けられるように構成されることを特徴とする弁修復デバイス。 - 前記スペーサ本体は、前記スペーサ本体と前記アンカを切断する平面を中心に対称的であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記スペーサ本体を切断し、かつ、前記アンカ間にある面を中心に対称的であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの正面から見た際に前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの正面から見た際に、前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まり、かつ、前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体と前記アンカそれぞれとの間の隙間は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に、前記スペーサ本体の前記第1の端部部分から前記スペーサ本体の前記第2の端部部分へと広がることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体と前記アンカそれぞれとの間の隙間は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に、涙滴様の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は編組材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記アンカそれぞれは、内方パドル部分及び外方パドル部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれ一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 患者の天然弁尖を修復するための弁修復デバイスであって、前記弁修復デバイスは
第1の端部部分及び第2の端部部分を有するスペーサ本体であって、前記スペーサ本体は前記第1の端部部分及び前記第2の端部部分へ延在するにつれて狭まる、スペーサ本体;
前記スペーサ本体の前記第1の端部部分に連結されたカラー;
開位置と閉位置と間で可動な一対のアンカ;
前記一対のアンカに連結されたキャップ;
前記カラー及び前記スペーサ本体を貫通して延在し、前記キャップに連結されたシャフト;
を備え、
前記シャフトによる前記カラーに向かう前記キャップの移動によって、前記一対のアンカを前記閉位置に動かし、前記シャフトによる前記カラーから離れる前記キャップの移動によって、前記一対のアンカを前記開位置に動かし、
前記アンカは、前記患者の前記天然弁尖に取り付けられるように構成されることを特徴とする弁修復デバイス。 - 前記スペーサ本体は、前記スペーサ本体と前記アンカを切断する平面を中心に対称的であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記スペーサ本体を切断し、かつ、前記アンカ間にある面を中心に対称的であることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの正面から見た際に前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まることを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの正面から見た際に、前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まり、かつ、前記スペーサ本体は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に前記スペーサ本体が前記第1の端部部分から前記第2の端部部分に延在するにつれて狭まることを特徴とする請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体と前記アンカそれぞれとの間の隙間は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に、前記スペーサ本体の前記第1の端部部分から前記スペーサ本体の前記第2の端部部分へと広がることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体と前記アンカそれぞれとの間の隙間は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見た際に、涙滴様の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記スペーサ本体は編組材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項11〜18のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記編組材料は、金属糸から作られた自己拡張材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記アンカそれぞれは、内方パドル部分及び外方パドル部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項11〜20のいずれ一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記組材料はニチノールを備えることを特徴とする請求項11〜21のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのアンカ部分それぞれは、前記スペーサ本体の遠位端に結合された上方レッグ部分と、接合部によって前記上方レッグ部分に連結された下方レッグ部分と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項11〜22のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
