Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/271,457号(2009年9月25日出願)と関連し、および優先権を主張し、この出願は、その全体が本明細書に参照によって援用される。
本発明の実施形態は、手術中に使用される組織接近クリップに関する。具体的には、本発明の実施形態は、組織縁を相互に接近させて、手術中に作成された開口を閉じるために使用され得るクリップに関する。
本発明は、例えば、以下を提供する。
(項目1)
複数の組織縁を接近させるデバイスであって、該デバイスは、
複数のジョーであって、該ジョーは、第1の端部および第2の端部を各々有し、該第1の端部において連結されている、複数のジョーと、
該ジョーの間に位置する固定要素と
を備え、各ジョーは、該固定要素に対して開放構成から閉鎖構成まで独立して移動させられ得、該開放構成は、該ジョーの該第2の端部が該固定要素から離れて位置する構成であり、該閉鎖構成は、該ジョーの該第2の端部が該固定要素と噛合することにより、ジョーと固定要素との間に1つ以上の組織縁を把持する構成である、デバイス。
(項目2)
上記固定要素の1つの端部は、上記第1の端部において上記複数のジョーに連結される、項目1に記載のデバイス。
(項目3)
上記第1の端部は、細長い部材の遠位端部に連結され、該細長い部材の近位端部は、作動デバイスに連結され、該作動デバイスは、上記固定要素に対して上記複数のジョーのうちの各ジョーを移動させるように構成され、該細長い部材は、内視鏡の管腔を通過するように構成される、項目1に記載のデバイス。
(項目4)
上記固定要素は、鉤を含み、該鉤は、上記ジョーと該固定要素との間の1つ以上の組織縁を貫通するように構成される、項目1に記載のデバイス。
(項目5)
複数の組織縁を接近させるデバイスであって、該デバイスは、
