Abstract
Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/271,457号(2009年9月25日出願)と関連し、および優先権を主張し、この出願は、その全体が本明細書に参照によって援用される。
本発明の実施形態は、手術中に使用される組織接近クリップに関する。具体的には、本発明の実施形態は、組織縁を相互に接近させて、手術中に作成された開口を閉じるために使用され得るクリップに関する。
Claims (9)
- 複数の組織縁を接近させるデバイスであって、該デバイスは、
複数のジョーであって、各々が第1の端部および第2の端部を有し、前記第1の端部において連結されている、複数のジョーと、前記複数のジョーの間に配置されている中心アームと、を備えており、
各ジョーは、前記中心アームに対して開放構成から閉鎖構成まで独立して移動させられ、前記開放構成では、各ジョーの第2の端部が前記中心アームから離れて位置するように構成されており、また、前記閉鎖構成では、各ジョーの第2の端部および前記中心アームが1つ以上の組織縁を把持するように構成されており、
前記デバイスは、細長い部材の遠位端部に解放可能に連結され、
前記複数のジョーは、第1の位置において前記中心アームから離れるように延在して前記中心アームと角度を成す第1の端部を有している第1のジョーと、第2の位置において前記中心アームから離れるように延在して前記中心アームと角度を成す第1の端部を有している第2のジョーとを含み、前記第1の位置は、前記第2の位置から長手方向に変位させられている、デバイス。 - 各ジョーの第2の端部は、前記開放構成よりも前記閉鎖構成にあるときに前記中心アームにより近接して配置される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記中心アームに対して前記複数のジョーの各ジョーを移動させるように構成されている作動デバイスをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、脆弱リンクを介して前記細長い部材に解放可能に連結されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、噛合ネジ山を介して前記細長い部材に解放可能に連結されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記複数のジョーに対して近位のキャップをさらに含み、前記複数のジョーは、前記キャップの中へ近位に滑動するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャップの第1の場所への遠位の移動は、前記第1のジョーの前記開放構成から前記閉鎖構成への移動を開始させ、その一方で、前記第2のジョーを前記閉鎖構成に向かって移動を開始させることなく前記開放構成に維持させる、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記キャップの第1の場所から第2の場所への遠位の移動は、前記第2のジョーの前記開放構成から前記閉鎖構成への移動を開始させる、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1のジョーおよび第2のジョーの各々は略直線状を成している、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
