Abstract

(a)充填材料をセラミックヒータ要素の表面に付ける段階と、
(b)金属フィンを前記充填材料の上に位置決めして、ヒータテンプレートを生成する段階と、

(i)前記セラミックヒータ要素の表面を金属化ペーストで被覆する段階と、
(ii)被覆した前記セラミックヒータ要素を焼結させる段階と、
(iii)被覆して焼結させた前記セラミックヒータ要素上にニッケル層を無電解メッキして、1次金属化表面を生成する段階と、
(iv)フラックスを前記1次金属化表面に付ける段階と、を含み、
段階(i)〜(iv)を段階(a)の前に行い、
段階(c)は、更に、前記金属フィンと前記1次金属化表面の間に配置された前記フラックスを溶融させ、且つ、約600℃の温度で実施される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記金属化ペーストは、前記セラミックヒータ要素を形成するのに使用されたセラミック材料と耐熱材料の混合物である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記金属化ペーストを前記セラミックヒータ要素に10〜12ミクロンの厚さで付ける、請求項4に記載の方法。
