Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种在暖风机、干衣机、空调器、浴室加热器中用作热源的陶瓷发热器,它主要由散热条座片、散热条、导电片、陶瓷片及接插件组成,散热条为错位带条翅片,其与导电片及散热条座片平面的接触为面接触,从而,在同等体积上增加了20%的散热面积,并使热效率提高了30%以上且大大提高了发热器的强度。

Description

一种陶瓷发热器
本实用新型涉及一种发热器,特别是一种陶瓷(PTC)发热器,它主要适合在暖风机、干衣机、空调器、浴室加热器中用作热源。
现有技术中的陶瓷发热器,其结构如图1所示,它主要由散热条座片1′、散热条2′、导电片3′、陶瓷片4′及接插件5′组成,散热条2′为波纹状平直型翅片2′-1(见图2),故该陶瓷发热器在实际使用中尚存在以下缺点;1、波纹状平直型翅片组成的散热条2′在传热中容易在金属表面形成风膜,风膜产生的热阻使发热器不能有效地进行热能转换,散热效率较差;2、由于散热条2′的波纹状平直型翅片顶部为尖角,其与导电片3′和散热条座片1′平面间的接触为线接触,使散热面积减少。
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理、新颖,能有效地提高散热效率及增加散热面积的陶瓷发热器。
本实用新型所提出的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:该陶瓷发热器,包括散热条座片、导电片、陶瓷片及接插件,其结构特点是散热条为错位带条翅片,该错位带条翅片与导电片及散热条座片平面的接触为面接触。

下面本实用新型将结合附图、并通过实施例来进一步详述。
参见图3、图4,本实用新型主要由散热条座片1、散热条6、导电片3、陶瓷片4和接插件5组成,散热条6采用错位带条翅片6-1,该错位带条翅片6-1的特点是翅片间错开排列,且其与导电片3及散热条座片1平面的接触为面接触;导电片3及错位带条翅片6-1均用铝制成,同时,导电片3、错位带条地翅片6-1及散热条座片1通过高温硬钎焊技术钎焊成一体,然后通过与陶瓷片4胶合后,铆上接触件5而制成。
在实际使用中,错位带条翅片6-1可根据不同的要求调整其高度和翅距,从而获得不同的散热量和通风量,翅片厚度也可根据强度要求在0.15-0.3毫米中任选。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:1、由于错位带条翅片的顶角为平面,其与导电片及散热条座片平面的接触(贴合)为面接触,从而在同等体积中增加了20%散热面积;2、错位带条翅片使空气进入翅片后无法规则运动,起到了充分扰流的作用,使气膜无法在翅片表面形成,从而使散热效率得到了充分的发挥,其比现有热效率提高30%以上;3、结构设计合理,大大增强了发热器的强度和刚性。

1、一种陶瓷发热器,包括散热条座片、导电片、陶瓷片及接插件,其特征在于:散热条(6)为错位带条翅片(62-1),该错位带条翅片(6-1)与导电片(3)及散热条座片(1)平面的接触为面接触。
