Claims (12)
- 세라믹 히터 요소 및 상기 세라믹 히터 요소로부터 열을 방산시키기 위한 적어도 2 개의 핀을 포함하는 히터로서,
상기 세라믹 히터 요소는 평면을 따라 1 차원으로 연장되고, 상기 적어도 2 개의 핀은 상기 평면으로부터 멀어지도록 연장되고, 상기 적어도 2 개의 핀은 불연속 연결 부분을 통해 상기 세라믹 히터 요소에 연결된, 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 불연속 연결 부분은 상기 세라믹 히터 요소와 상기 적어도 2 개의 핀 사이의 복수의 실질적으로 유사한 접촉 영역인, 히터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 불연속 연결 부분은 유사한 크기의 간극에 의해 각각 분리된, 히터. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 핀은 두께를 가지며, 상기 간극은 상기 핀 두께의 0.8 내지 1.2 배인, 히터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 2 개의 핀은 상기 세라믹 히터 요소의 각각의 면 상에 배치된, 히터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

상기 복수의 핀은 제 1 연부로부터 제 2 연부까지 높이가 변화하는, 히터. - 세라믹 히터 요소에 금속 핀을 부착하는 방법으로서,
(a) 상기 세라믹 히터 요소의 표면에 충전재 재료를 도포하는 단계;
(b) 상기 충전재 재료 위에 금속 핀을 위치시켜 히터 템플릿(template)을 생성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 히터 템플릿을 750℃ 내지 900℃의 노 내에서 브레이징하여 상기 충전재를 용융시키고, 상기 충전재와 상기 세라믹 히터 요소를 함께 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 세라믹 히터 요소에 금속 핀을 부착하는 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 핀은 구리, 스테인리스강 및 코바르 중 하나로 제조된, 세라믹 히터 요소에 금속 핀을 부착하는 방법. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,
추가로,
(i) 상기 세라믹 히터 요소의 표면을 금속화 페이스트로 코팅하는 단계;
(ii) 코팅된 상기 세라믹 히터 요소를 소결하는 단계;
(iii) 소결된 상기 코팅된 세라믹 히터 요소 상에 니켈 층을 무전해 도금하여 1 차 금속화된 표면을 생성하는 단계;
(iv) 상기 1 차 금속화된 표면에 플럭스(flux)를 가하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 단계 (i) 내지 (iv)는 단계 (a) 이전에 실시되고, 단계 (c)는 상기 금속 핀과 상기 1 차 금속화된 표면 사이에 위치된 상기 플럭스를 추가로 용융시키며, 약 600℃의 온도에서 실시되는, 세라믹 히터 요소에 금속 핀을 부착하는 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 금속화 페이스트는 상기 세라믹 히터 요소를 형성하는데 사용되는 세라믹 재료와 내화 재료의 혼합물인, 세라믹 히터 요소에 금속 핀을 부착하는 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 금속화 페이스트는 10 내지 12 마이크론 두께로 상기 세라믹 히터 요소에 도포되는, 세라믹 히터 요소에 금속 핀을 부착하는 방법.
