Abstract

一种电热风机,其核心技术是采用陶瓷基附膜发热件作为电热风机的电加热器以及风扇驱动电机的降压电阻;所述陶瓷基附膜发热件是在陶瓷基体的部分表面高温烧结一层带有电极的发热膜;作为电加热器的陶瓷基附膜发热件的形状结构呈圆筒状,该发热件是在圆筒状陶瓷基的外壁表面附着发热膜,被加热后能发射具有保健作用的远红外线;作为风扇驱动电机降压电阻的陶瓷基附膜发热件呈片状或圆筒状,单件串接或双件并接在电热风机的电源控制电路中。本实用新型的电热风机具有体积小,装配简单、温度分布均匀、风阻小、噪音低,使用寿命长,其发射的远红外线具有理疗保健作用等优点,特别适合用作美容的电吹风机以及家庭取暖用的暖风机。

Description

一种电热风机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及家用电器的电加热技术领域,尤其涉及对电热风机的电加热器结构的改进,实用新型可适用于有美容作用的电吹风机以及取暖用的电暖风机。
背景技术
目前普遍使用的电热式风机,如吹干头发的电吹风机以及用于冬天取暖的暖风机,一般都是采用缠绕在云母支架上的镍铬合金电阻丝作为电加热器的,图1是现有电吹风机的内部结构示意图,其中的电加热器由镍铬合金电阻丝缠绕而成。图2至4是现有电吹风机电阻丝常见的几种缠绕形式,图2为弹簧圈式,图3为三角形式,图4为长弧形式。名称为“Hair dryer employing far-infrared radiation”的美国US6378225B1专利公开了一种使用一种能发射远红外线的陶瓷散热器的吹风机,该陶瓷散热器悬挂在支架上,其外围缠绕有镍铬电阻丝。上述现有技术都试图通过电阻丝的不同缠绕方式来减少噪音,虽然有些缠绕形式对降低噪音有一定效果,但其降噪的潜力非常有限。归纳起来,现有的电热式风机存在如下缺陷:电阻丝分布较长,占据的空间大,且支架复杂,引起风阻大,产生较大的噪音;很容易造成电阻丝缠绕不均匀,由此产生局部温度过高,使电阻丝易氧化断裂,缩短了电热风机的使用寿命;电阻丝会发光,电热转化的效率不高,浪费能源;镍铬电阻丝组成的电加热器间接加热的远红外射线陶瓷散热器的发射效率低。
另外,电热式风机用于带动风扇的电机,无论是交流电机还是直流电机都必须有降压装置。如很多电热式风机都要使用1.5V~24V的直流电机,而这些直流电机的供电多是由120V或230V的交流电转换而成,目前小型家用电器产品直流电机常用的几种变换电压的手段及其缺点如下:1.用电阻或电容降压,其缺点是体积庞大,目前已很少应用;2、使用线圈变压器降压,其缺点是成本高,而且体积也较大;3、使用镍络电阻降压,虽然比较经济,但制造工序多,体积相对来说也比较大。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是改善电热式风机加热的均匀性,降低噪音而且使电热式风机具有一定理疗保健效果。
本实用新型要解决的另一个技术问题是使电热式风机的降压装置尽可能体积小,而且装配简单。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:采用新开发出来的陶瓷基附膜发热件作为电热式风机的加热器,因此,本实用新型的电热风机包括:带有进风口和出风口的机壳、安装在机壳内的风扇及其驱动电机、加热气流的电加热器和电源控制部分,所述电加热器为能发射远红外线的陶瓷基附膜发热件。陶瓷基附膜发热件的具有发热均匀、且加热后能发射远红外线的物理特性,其光滑平整的表面使得陶瓷基附膜发热件的风阻小。
另外,还采用上述陶瓷基附膜发热件作为与驱动电机连接的降压装置的降压电阻,该降压电阻是一片串接在电路中的陶瓷基附膜发热件或是两片并接的陶瓷基附膜发热件。此时陶瓷基附膜发热件不仅充当降压电阻的角色,而且还能作为辅助电加热器;由于降压电阻呈片状或其他形状的刚性件,可以设置安装孔,因此装配非常简单。
所述陶瓷基附膜发热件是在陶瓷基体的部分表面附上一层带有电极的发热膜;陶瓷基体是厚度在0.5~3.0毫米之间的含有氧化铝的优质陶瓷;发热膜则是经高温烧结在陶瓷基体表面上的一层带电极的面状电阻膜。
用作电加热器的陶瓷基附膜发热件的形状结构呈圆筒状,该发热件是在圆筒状的陶瓷基的外壁表面附着发热膜。这种形状结构的陶瓷基附膜发热件发热面积大、风阻小。
所述陶瓷基附膜发热件一般安装在云母板支架上,其安装位置在风扇和出风口之间。
同现有技术相比较,本实用新型的电热风机具有以下有益效果:
1.陶瓷基体表面喷涂上电阻浆料后烧结成的面状的发热膜一致性好,温度分布均匀,使用寿命长。
2.直接发热的陶瓷基体能产生较强的具有保健作用的远红外线。
3.由于风阻小,通风顺畅,风扇的转速可以降低,因此噪音也降低。
4.因电热转化效率高,且风扇功率小,故节约能耗。
5.使用陶瓷基附膜发热件作为连接在电机控制线路中的降压电阻,还具有体积小,成本低,装配简单的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图所示来说明实用新型的实施例。
如图18所示,本实用新型的电热风机包括:带进风口和出风口的机壳1、安装在机壳1内的风扇2及其驱动电机3、加热气流的电加热器4和电源控制部分,所述电加热器4为能发射远红外线的陶瓷基附膜发热件。电源控制部分包括与驱动电机3连接的降压装置,该降压装置也是使用陶瓷基附膜发热件作为降压电阻6。
所述陶瓷基附膜发热件是在陶瓷基体的部分表面附上一层带有电极的发热膜,陶瓷基体为含有氧化铝的优质陶瓷,其厚度在0.5~3.0毫米之间;发热膜是含有锗、硅硼、氧化镱、氧化铡、氧化铋等多种元素的电阻浆料,该电阻浆料不含铅、汞、镐、六价铬、聚醚苯、酸苯等有害物质,其热膨胀系数与陶瓷基体一致,电阻浆料涂在陶瓷基表面,再经摄氏1300℃的高温烧结形成附着在陶瓷基表面的发热膜;在陶瓷基体的两端部表面,还要喷涂上电极浆料并放入方便电连接的焊线后经高温烧结成为与发热膜牢固连接的电极,由此构成陶瓷基附膜发热件,这是一种新型的电加热器。
陶瓷基附膜发热件作为降压电阻6,其制作工艺的要求比作电加热器4要高。实验表明:电阻膜中锗、硅、硼、氧化镱、氧化铡、氧化铋等元素的比例及粘结剂的纯度,各种元素颗粒的大小及其均匀度,以及喷涂厚度和喷涂工艺均能影响电阻膜的物理特性,如果附着在陶瓷基体的电阻膜不均匀,则将导致直流电机的转速不断变化,转速不断变化必然造成较大噪音而且影响使用寿命。经过一定的试验,我们已掌握根据直流马达所需要的不同功率和电压,设计出能获得稳定电阻值,使马达有稳定转速的电阻膜的喷涂工艺。
作为电加热器4的陶瓷基附膜发热件可以设计成不同的形状结构,如圆筒状(图5和图6)、方筒状(图7和图8)、台锥状(图9和图10)或截面呈放射状的柱形(图11和图12)。发热膜则是附着在上述筒状陶瓷基的外壁表面。
出于安全的考虑,电吹风机产品中风扇电机的工作电压不能过高,其工作电压一般在24伏或以下,而这些直流电机的供电多是由110V或220V的交流电转换而成。因此可以使用陶瓷基附膜发热件作为风扇电机的降压电阻6,其电路原理如图14和图15所示。图14中使用了一片串接在电路中的陶瓷基附膜发热件作为风扇直流电机的降压电阻6,由四只二极管组成整流电路,交流电源经陶瓷基附膜发热件降压,接入整流电路输入端,整流后由输出端向风扇用的直流电机输出直流电。图15则是使用两片并接的陶瓷基附膜发热件作为风扇直流电机的降压电阻6,其他的连接关系与图14完全相同。陶瓷基附膜发热件还可以作为交流风扇电机的降压电阻6(图略)。陶瓷基附膜发热件在作为降压电阻6的同时,还是电吹风机的辅助电加热器;由于降压电阻6是呈片状或其他形状的刚性件,可以设置安装孔(图13),因此装配非常方便。
无论是作为电加热器4还是作为降压电阻6,陶瓷基附膜发热件都是通过云母支架5安装在机壳内的。图13是本实用新型的应用实施例-电吹风机的结构示意图。图13中用圆筒形陶瓷基附膜发热件作为电加热器4、片状陶瓷基附膜发热件作为降压电阻6、它们都被安装在风扇2和出风口之间云母支架5上。
在图16所示的电吹风机中,使用圆筒状陶瓷基附膜发热件作为电吹风机的电加热器4,片状的陶瓷基附膜发热件作为风扇2驱动电机的降压电阻6,又起辅助加热器的作用。
在图17所示的电吹风机中,使用圆筒状陶瓷基附膜发热件作为电吹风机的电加热器4以及风扇2驱动电机的降压电阻6(又是辅助加热器)。我们还可以把作为电加热器4的陶瓷基附膜发热件的其中部分电阻段的发热膜用作风扇电机的降压电阻6,使电吹风机的结构更简单、更紧凑。
本实用新型的电热风机的工作原理如下:在通电状态下,陶瓷基附膜发热件4表面的电阻发热膜先发热,对陶瓷基体直接加热,升温后的陶瓷基体发射远红外线,对流经其上的空气进行加热,被加热的气体由安装在进风口内的风扇2产生的强迫气流吹出出风口,由此可以获得较高的电热转换效率、远红外线发射效率和较小的风阻。

Claims (10)

1.一种电热风机,包括:带有进风口和出风口的机壳(1)、安装在机壳(1)内的风扇(2)及其驱动电机(3)、加热气流的电加热器(4)和电源控制部分,其特征在于:所述电加热器(4)为能发射远红外线的陶瓷基附膜发热件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述电源控制部分包括与驱动电机(3)连接的降压装置,该降压装置使用陶瓷基附膜发热件作为降压电阻(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述陶瓷基附膜发热件是在陶瓷基体的部分表面附上一层带有电极的发热膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述发热膜是经高温烧结在陶瓷基体表面上的一层面状的电阻膜。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述陶瓷基体为含有氧化铝的优质陶瓷,其厚度为0.5~3.0毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电热风机,其特征在于:作为电加热器(4)的陶瓷基附膜发热件的形状结构呈圆筒状,该发热件是在圆筒状陶瓷基的管外壁表面附着发热膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述陶瓷基附膜发热件的截面呈放射状的柱形。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述陶瓷基附膜发热件安装在云母板支架(5)上,其位置在风扇(2)和出风口之间。
9.根据权利要求2所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述降压电阻(6)是一片串接在电路中的陶瓷基附膜发热件。
10.根据权利要求2所述的电热风机,其特征在于:所述降压电阻(6)是两片并接的陶瓷基附膜发热件。
