本发明公开了一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,包括复合加工箱,所述复合加工箱内转动设有固定筒,所述复合加工箱内还转动设有回转杆,所述回转杆的侧壁固定设有两列挤压盒,且各所述挤压盒内嵌设有胶头滴管,所述挤压盒内安装有对胶头滴管进行挤压的挤压机构;本发明还公开了一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:S1、制取混合液;S2、固定导电布料;S3、连接导电铜线。本发明在挤压机构的作用下使各胶头滴管不断汲取混合液后,再挤出并均匀滴涂于导电布料上,经排气扇排出热气流干燥后,可形成所需要的复合薄膜,整个装置能够一次性加工多个薄膜,整个过程一体化加工完成,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合薄膜加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备及制备方法。
背景技术
复合薄膜即多层材料组成的复合型柔性膜,特别是采用无机纳米材料制成的复合薄膜,具有十分优异的性能与应用,例如可摩擦发电的柔性纳米发电薄膜,其通过导电柔性布料与多孔PDMS薄膜组合在一起,能够在没有额外的储能装置的情况下,开发的柔性摩擦纳米发电薄膜 (2 × 4 cm2)直接为55个商用绿色发光二极管提供能源。
在此类薄膜的制备过程中,由于制取的薄膜较小,在制备过程中需要持续的采用胶头滴管汲取相关混合液体,再均匀滴涂在相应的基底材料上。如专利申请号为“201610895331.5”所公开的“ 一种双面可穿戴的摩擦纳米发电机及其制备方法”,需要将液态的NOA61均匀的滴涂在银纳米线膜层上,这种制备手段目前只满足于实验开发阶段,在批量生产应用、或者制造一批复合薄膜进行检测时,上述操作方法与设备效率较低,而且耗时较长,滴涂均匀完全取决于操作人员的熟练度。鉴于此,本申请提出一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备及制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,包括复合加工箱,所述复合加工箱内转动设有固定筒,所述复合加工箱内还转动设有回转杆,所述回转杆的侧壁固定设有两列挤压盒,且各所述挤压盒内嵌设有胶头滴管,所述挤压盒内安装有对胶头滴管进行挤压的挤压机构,且两列所述挤压盒沿回转杆对称分布,所述回转杆通过传动机构与固定筒传动连接,所述复合加工箱的侧壁开设有储液槽,所述储液槽内设有多个毛细管,且所述毛细管远离储液槽的一端连接有弧形盒,且所述弧形盒与相邻挤压盒等高设置,所述复合加工箱内底部开设有吸气槽,所述吸气槽内安装有排气扇,所述吸气槽内壁上安装有将气流排出的排气机构,所述吸气槽的内底部开设有进气口。
优选地,所述挤压机构包括两个滑动在挤压盒内的挤压板,且所述挤压板上固定连接有电性伸缩弹簧,所述电性伸缩弹簧远离挤压板的一端固定连接在挤压盒内壁上,所述回转杆的侧壁上固定连接有两个第一触板,所述复合加工箱内底部固定连接有第二触板,其中所述第一触板与电性伸缩弹簧电性连接,所述第二触板电性连接有一供电机构,且所述第二触板制成优弧形结构。
优选地,所述传动机构包括相互配合的齿轮与半齿轮,所述回转杆的上端固定连接在齿轮的下端,所述半齿轮通过连杆及支撑杆与固定筒固定连接,所述复合加工箱的侧壁开设有传动槽,所述齿轮与半齿轮均转动设置在传动槽内壁上。
优选地,所述排气机构包括排气管、波纹管及升降座,所述复合加工箱内壁上开设有滑槽,且所述升降座滑动设置在滑槽内,所述波纹管一端固定设置在升降座上端,所述波纹管的另一端与排气管连通,所述排气管与吸气槽相通,所述升降座的侧壁开设有与波纹管相通的排气口,所述半齿轮采用磁性材料制成,所述升降座采用铁质。
优选地,所述供电机构包括嵌设在传动槽内壁上的螺旋线圈,且所述螺旋线圈与第一触板电性连接,所述排气口内还嵌设有与螺旋线圈电性连接的电热丝。
优选地,所述支撑杆的一端固定连接在固定筒周向内壁上,所述支撑杆的另一端固定连接在连杆的侧壁上,且所述连杆与半齿轮固定连接。
优选地,所述排气扇的转轴通过减速机与连杆固定连接,所述储液槽的内壁上开设有注液口。
本发明还公开了一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、制取混合液,将PDMS弹性体与的去离子水充分搅拌20分钟左右直至均匀的状态,然后在上述混合溶液中加入固化剂继续持续搅拌10分钟左右直至得到均匀的混合溶液;
S2、固定导电布料,将导电布料通过弹簧夹固定在基底上,然后将步骤S1中的混合液注入制取设备中的储液槽中,启动制取设备,干燥过程,PDMS中的水分会蒸发掉,同时液态PDMS变成固态,在导电布料表面会形成所需要的孔状PDMS薄膜;
S3、连接导电铜线,将导电铜线与覆盖有孔状PDMS薄膜的导电布料用银胶相连,静置1小时以上干燥,为确保导线在器件工作过程中不会轻易脱离导电布料,用红色硅烷胶涂敷与铜线与导电布料接点处,并在室温静置半小时以上,确保胶水干燥完全。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过设置固定筒,可在一批复合薄膜加工时利用弹簧夹将基底的导电布料固定在固定筒外壁,同时传动机构带动回转杆间歇性转动,并在挤压机构的作用下使各胶头滴管不断汲取混合液后,再挤出并均匀滴涂于导电布料上,经排气扇排出热气流干燥后,可形成所需要的复合薄膜,整个装置能够一次性加工多个薄膜,整个过程一体化加工完成,效率高。

参照图1-6,一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,包括复合加工箱1,复合加工箱1内转动设有固定筒2,复合加工箱1内还转动设有回转杆6,回转杆6的侧壁固定设有两列挤压盒7,且各挤压盒7内嵌设有胶头滴管16,挤压盒7内安装有对胶头滴管16进行挤压的挤压机构,且两列挤压盒7沿回转杆6对称分布,回转杆6通过传动机构与固定筒2传动连接,复合加工箱1的侧壁开设有储液槽23,储液槽23的内壁上开设有注液口。
储液槽23内设有多个毛细管22,且毛细管22远离储液槽23的一端连接有弧形盒21,且弧形盒21与相邻挤压盒7等高设置,复合加工箱1内底部开设有吸气槽8,吸气槽8内安装有排气扇9,吸气槽8内壁上安装有将气流排出的排气机构,吸气槽8的内底部开设有进气口10。
挤压机构包括两个滑动在挤压盒7内的挤压板17,且挤压板17上固定连接有电性伸缩弹簧18,电性伸缩弹簧18远离挤压板17的一端固定连接在挤压盒7内壁上。
参照图2及图6,回转杆6的侧壁上固定连接有两个第一触板19,复合加工箱1内底部固定连接有第二触板20,其中第一触板19与电性伸缩弹簧18电性连接,第二触板20电性连接有一供电机构,且第二触板20制成优弧形结构。需要说明的是,优弧形结构的第二触板20可使右侧的第一触板19在回转杆6转动180度到左侧之前,而一直能够使得第一触板19与第二触板20接触,从而使电性伸缩弹簧18持续通电而保持收缩状态,因此在胶头滴管16靠近导电布料之前不会将内部的混合液挤出。
传动机构包括相互配合的齿轮5与半齿轮4,回转杆6的上端固定连接在齿轮5的下端,半齿轮4通过连杆24及支撑杆27与固定筒2固定连接,具体的,支撑杆27的一端固定连接在固定筒2周向内壁上,支撑杆27的另一端固定连接在连杆24的侧壁上,且连杆24与半齿轮4固定连接。排气扇9的转轴通过减速机与连杆24固定连接。复合加工箱1的侧壁开设有传动槽25,齿轮5与半齿轮4均转动设置在传动槽25内壁上。
参照图1,排气机构包括排气管11、波纹管12及升降座14,复合加工箱1内壁上开设有滑槽13,且升降座14滑动设置在滑槽13内,波纹管12一端固定设置在升降座14上端,波纹管12的另一端与排气管11连通,排气管11与吸气槽8相通,升降座14的侧壁开设有与波纹管12相通的排气口15,半齿轮4采用磁性材料制成,升降座14采用铁质。供电机构包括嵌设在传动槽25内壁上的螺旋线圈26,且螺旋线圈26与第一触板19电性连接,排气口15内还嵌设有与螺旋线圈26电性连接的电热丝。需要说明的是,通过磁制半齿轮4在不断旋转时可周期性掠过螺旋线圈26,从而可使螺旋线圈26产生感应电流而是电热丝通电升温,如此可对排气口15排出的气流进行升温,从而提高气流对水分的干燥速度。
本设备在使用过程中,通过将导电布料28利用弹簧夹3固定在固定筒2的周向侧壁外,启动排气扇9后将在减速机的作用下带动连杆24缓慢转动,而连杆24通过支撑杆27与固定筒2内壁固定连接,因此固定筒2也将同步缓慢转动,此外连杆24还将带动半齿轮4转动,而半齿轮4在转动过程中将间歇性的使齿轮5转动180度,因此与齿轮5固定相连的回转杆6也将不断转动180度。
进一步的,由于半齿轮4采用磁性材料制成,在其转动过程中还将周期性的经过左侧的螺旋线圈26,因此螺旋线圈26还将不断与半齿轮4的磁力线产生交互运动,并使螺旋线圈26内部产生电流,并将此电流输向第一触板19。在回转杆6的间歇性转动过程中,当第一触板19与第二触板20接触时,则可将电流输向右侧挤压盒7内的电性伸缩弹簧18并使其收缩,电性伸缩弹簧18收缩后将拉动两个挤压板17远离,此时胶头滴管16的橡胶部分将鼓起,且储液槽23内的混合液可沿各毛细管22上升流动,当胶头滴管16进入弧形盒21内部、同时橡胶部分鼓起时则可将毛细管22中的混合液汲取至其内部。
随着回转杆6继续转动180度,当第一触板19位于回转杆6左侧时,则已经与第二触板20脱离,故此时电性伸缩弹簧18将断电,电性伸缩弹簧18可在弹性作用下恢复伸长,如此可推动两个挤压板17相向移动,如此可挤压胶头滴管16的橡胶部分,从而将汲取的混合液挤出,由于各挤压盒7均匀等距排列,如此可将挤出的混合液均匀滴涂于随固定筒2旋转的导电布料28上。进一步的,排气扇9所产生的气流还将通过排气管11排出,并通过波纹管12最终从升降座14上的排气口15排出,而螺旋线圈26产生的电流还将使排气口15内的电热丝通电升温,从而对排出的气流进行加热。
而由于升降座14采用铁质,当半齿轮4转动至与左侧时,与升降座14的磁吸力较大,如此可克服升降座14自身重力及波纹管12弹力来吸引升降座14上移,当半齿轮4转动至右侧时,则与升降座14之间的磁吸力较小,则升降座14可自行下移。如此在本设备的运行过程中,升降座14不断上下移动,从而使得排气口15排出的热气流将均匀的吹向滴涂后的导电布料28,使得混合液体PDMS中的水分快速蒸发去除。
综上,本设备中的固定筒2带动导电布料28持续转动,并在传动机构作用下使得回转杆6间歇性转动180度,同时在挤压机构的作用下,不断从储液槽23中汲取混合液,再均匀滴涂于转动着的导电布料28上,同时还能够将滴涂后的水分进行快速干燥去除,整个装置能够一次性加工多个薄膜,整个过程一体化加工完成,效率高。
本发明还公开了一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、制取混合液,将PDMS弹性体与的去离子水充分搅拌20分钟左右直至均匀的状态,然后在上述混合溶液中加入固化剂继续持续搅拌10分钟左右直至得到均匀的混合溶液;
S2、固定导电布料,将导电布料通过弹簧夹固定在基底上,然后将步骤S1中的混合液注入制取设备中的储液槽中,启动制取设备,干燥过程,PDMS中的水分会蒸发掉,同时液态PDMS变成固态,在导电布料表面会形成所需要的孔状PDMS薄膜;
S3、连接导电铜线,将导电铜线与覆盖有孔状PDMS薄膜的导电布料用银胶相连,静置1小时以上干燥,为确保导线在器件工作过程中不会轻易脱离导电布料,用红色硅烷胶涂敷与铜线与导电布料接点处,并在室温静置半小时以上,确保胶水干燥完全。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,包括复合加工箱(1),其特征在于,所述复合加工箱(1)内转动设有固定筒(2),所述复合加工箱(1)内还转动设有回转杆(6),所述回转杆(6)的侧壁固定设有两列挤压盒(7),且各所述挤压盒(7)内嵌设有胶头滴管(16),所述挤压盒(7)内安装有对胶头滴管(16)进行挤压的挤压机构,且两列所述挤压盒(7)沿回转杆(6)对称分布,所述回转杆(6)通过传动机构与固定筒(2)传动连接,所述复合加工箱(1)的侧壁开设有储液槽(23),所述储液槽(23)内设有多个毛细管(22),且所述毛细管(22)远离储液槽(23)的一端连接有弧形盒(21),且所述弧形盒(21)与相邻挤压盒(7)等高设置,所述复合加工箱(1)内底部开设有吸气槽(8),所述吸气槽(8)内安装有排气扇(9),所述吸气槽(8)内壁上安装有将气流排出的排气机构,所述吸气槽(8)的内底部开设有进气口(10);
所述挤压机构包括两个滑动在挤压盒(7)内的挤压板(17),且所述挤压板(17)上固定连接有电性伸缩弹簧(18),所述电性伸缩弹簧(18)远离挤压板(17)的一端固定连接在挤压盒(7)内壁上,所述回转杆(6)的侧壁上固定连接有两个第一触板(19),所述复合加工箱(1)内底部固定连接有第二触板(20),其中所述第一触板(19)与电性伸缩弹簧(18)电性连接,所述第二触板(20)电性连接有一供电机构,且所述第二触板(20)制成优弧形结构;
所述传动机构包括相互配合的齿轮(5)与半齿轮(4),所述回转杆(6)的上端固定连接在齿轮(5)的下端,所述半齿轮(4)通过连杆(24)及支撑杆(27)与固定筒(2)固定连接,所述复合加工箱(1)的侧壁开设有传动槽(25),所述齿轮(5)与半齿轮(4)均转动设置在传动槽(25)内壁上;
所述排气扇(9)的转轴通过减速机与连杆(24)固定连接,所述储液槽(23)的内壁上开设有注液口;
通过将导电布料(28)利用弹簧夹(3)固定在固定筒(2)的周向侧壁外,启动排气扇(9)后将在减速机的作用下带动连杆(24)缓慢转动,而连杆(24)通过支撑杆(27)与固定筒(2)内壁固定连接,因此固定筒(2)也将同步缓慢转动,此外连杆(24)还将带动半齿轮(4)转动,而半齿轮(4)在转动过程中将间歇性的使齿轮(5)转动180度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,其特征在于,所述排气机构包括排气管(11)、波纹管(12)及升降座(14),所述复合加工箱(1)内壁上开设有滑槽(13),且所述升降座(14)滑动设置在滑槽(13)内,所述波纹管(12)一端固定设置在升降座(14)上端,所述波纹管(12)的另一端与排气管(11)连通,所述排气管(11)与吸气槽(8)相通,所述升降座(14)的侧壁开设有与波纹管(12)相通的排气口(15),所述半齿轮(4)采用磁性材料制成,所述升降座(14)采用铁质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,其特征在于,所述供电机构包括嵌设在传动槽(25)内壁上的螺旋线圈(26),且所述螺旋线圈(26)与第一触板(19)电性连接,所述排气口(15)内还嵌设有与螺旋线圈(26)电性连接的电热丝。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(27)的一端固定连接在固定筒(2)周向内壁上,所述支撑杆(27)的另一端固定连接在连杆(24)的侧壁上,且所述连杆(24)与半齿轮(4)固定连接。
5.一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制备方法,应用于权利要求1-4任意一项的一种无机纳米复合薄膜的制取设备,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、制取混合液,将PDMS弹性体与的去离子水充分搅拌20分钟左右直至均匀的状态,然后在上述混合溶液中加入固化剂继续持续搅拌10分钟左右直至得到均匀的混合溶液;
S2、固定导电布料,将导电布料(28)通过弹簧夹(3)固定在基底上,然后将步骤S1中的混合液注入制取设备中的储液槽(23)中,启动制取设备,干燥过程,PDMS中的水分会蒸发掉,同时液态PDMS变成固态,在导电布料表面会形成所需要的孔状PDMS薄膜;
S3、连接导电铜线,将导电铜线与覆盖有孔状PDMS薄膜的导电布料用银胶相连,静置1小时以上干燥,为确保导线在器件工作过程中不会轻易脱离导电布料,用红色硅烷胶涂敷与铜线与导电布料接点处,并在室温静置半小时以上,确保胶水干燥完全。
