Abstract

一种蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,由蜂窝陶瓷板、电热膜、电极组成,将电热膜高温喷涂在蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔和蜂窝陶瓷板表面上,蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔为贯通孔,蜂窝陶瓷板的两个对边或正面和底面各一个对边涂银浆作为电极,通电后,蜂窝陶瓷板内孔和蜂窝陶瓷板表面发热。优点是,采用电热膜技术,产生远红外辐射对人体有益;采用电热膜技术,电热转换效率更高;采用蜂窝陶瓷板作为发热载体,直接散热,无须借助其他金属散热,散热效率更高;蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件的电极连接方式更加合理,交流电压220V下的方块电阻小,方块电阻均匀,易于批量生产,性能稳定。适用于蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件。

技术领域
本实用新型属于以材料成分为特征的欧姆电阻发热器件,特别涉及一种在蜂窝陶瓷板上喷涂电热膜的蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件。
背景技术
目前,市面上的暖风机、电吹风等电热器具,主要采用合金电热丝作为发热元件,电热丝电热转换效率较低,线状散热,散热面积小,出口风燥热。近年,将PTC电热元件应用于暖风机、电吹风已有生产,其电热转换效率较高,通过铝片散热使散热面积增大。但从使用情况看,有的PTC高温稳定性不够,PTC本身为块状元件发热,靠铝片转换换热,散热效率要打折扣,需要一种有远红外辐射、对人体有益、能直接散热、电热转换效率及散热效率都高、性能更稳定的蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件。但现有蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件的电极连接方式不够合理,交流电压220V下的方块电阻太大,方块电阻很难做到均匀,不能批量生产,而且衰减太快,性能不稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,设计一种蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,将电热膜制备在蜂窝陶瓷板上,由蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔和表面发热。改变电极连接方式,克服现有蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件的方块电阻太大的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,由蜂窝陶瓷板、电热膜、电极组成,将电热膜高温喷涂在蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔和蜂窝陶瓷板表面上,蜂窝陶瓷板的两个对边涂银浆作为电极,通电后,蜂窝陶瓷板内孔和蜂窝陶瓷板表面发热。如上所述的蜂窝陶瓷板,其蜂窝陶瓷板正面和蜂窝陶瓷板底面各一个对边涂银浆作为电极。如上所述的蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔为贯通孔,贯通孔形状为圆形、或方形、或六边形。
本实用新型的优点是,采用电热膜技术,电热转换效率高;采用蜂窝陶瓷板作为发热载体,直接散热,无须借助其他金属散热,散热效率更高;多孔蜂窝陶瓷内孔表面积大,单位面积发热功率小,电热性能稳定。蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件的电极连接方式合理,交流电压220V下的方块电阻小而均匀,易于批量生产,性能稳定。适用于蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件。

具体实施方式
由图1可见,本实用新型的的蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,由蜂窝陶瓷板、电热膜、银电极组成,将电热膜(2)高温喷涂在蜂窝陶瓷板(1)的内孔和蜂窝陶瓷板表面上,蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔为贯通孔(4),蜂窝陶瓷板的两个对边涂银浆作为电极(3),蜂窝陶瓷板是堇青石或莫来石材质的蜂窝陶瓷板,电热膜是氧化锡电热膜,银电极是中、高温银浆高温还原而成。
本实用新型的使用方法是,将蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件固定在暖风机电吹风壳中,接通风机电源,再接通蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件电源,电热膜产生热量被风吹出,即可达到暖风效果。

1、一种蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,由蜂窝陶瓷板、电热膜、电极组成,其特征是,将电热膜高温喷涂在蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔和蜂窝陶瓷板表面上,蜂窝陶瓷板的两个对边涂银浆作为电极。
2、如权利要求1所述的蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,其特征是,蜂窝陶瓷板正面和蜂窝陶瓷板底面各一个对边涂银浆作为电极。
3、如权利要求1所述的蜂窝陶瓷电热膜元件,其特征是,蜂窝陶瓷板的内孔为贯通孔。
