Definitions
- the invention belongs to the technical field of electric heating fans, and particularly relates to an electric heating fan which uses mica sheets as a base material of a heater.
- the electric heat blower of the present invention can be used as a hair dryer for beauty and a heater for home heating.
- the electric hair dryer is also undergoing technical research on the heating element of one of its core components.
- the heating elements currently used are usually various resistance wires or electric heating tubes.
- the use of conventional resistance wire as the electric heating element of the electric hair dryer has the following disadvantages: Since the resistance wire needs to be wound on the insulating substrate inside the fan, the wind resistance is large, and the motor power is required to reach the temperature required by the air outlet. High, resulting in high energy consumption, high wind speed, high noise, uneven heating, high motor speed will also lead to motor wear, so there are shortcomings such as low heating efficiency, short life, and can not work at low voltage (such as 12V).
- the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an electric hair dryer in which a heat generating film is attached to a mica sheet as a base material to form a heat generating element in view of the defects of the prior art.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a method of fabricating a heat generating component of the electric hair dryer. .
- An energy-saving electric heating fan comprising: a casing provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a air supply fan installed in the casing, and a motor driving the fan, and an insulating substrate with an electric heating element located in the casing, which is heated
- the connecting circuit of the component and the power source is characterized in that: the electric heating component is made of mica as a substrate and coated or silk-printed with a thin layer of high temperature resistant super glue as a connecting layer, and then coated or silk screen printed with an electrode.
- a heating element made of a heating film.
- the heating film slurry of the heating element is made of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, calcium, potassium as a main raw material, sintered under high temperature and high pressure, then broken, sieved into a powder, and then resistant to mica expansion coefficient. High temperature organic glue is mixed.
- the electric heating element clamps the wire on the electrode film through the conductive clip, one end of the series thermostat and the fuse is connected to the power switch, and the other end uses the conductive clip to clamp the wire to the other end of the power switch, thereby forming a power-on loop.
- the arrangement of the electric heating elements is in the shape of a square, a radial or a triangle or a diamond.
- the air outlet of the blower is square, rectangular, elliptical, circular, conical or triangular.
- the heat generating film of the heat generating element together with the total thickness of the mica sheet does not exceed 1 mm.
- the technical solution adopted by the inventor further includes a method for manufacturing an electric heating element of an energy-saving electric heating fan, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
- the heat-generating film slurry is made of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, calcium, potassium as main raw materials, sintered under high temperature and high pressure, and then crushed, sieved into powder, and then has the same expansion coefficient as the mica.
- the slurry is mixed; the drying treatment of the steps a, b and c is carried out at a drying temperature of 300 °C.
- the heat generating body After the mica adheres to the heat generating film, the heat generating body is obtained, and the obtained heat generating body is placed in a sealed plastic bag for storage.
- the energy-saving hot hair dryer to which the present invention is applied has the following advantages:
- the conventional hair dryer winds a lot of heating coils around the insulating substrate.
- the motor has to overcome the resistance so that the rotation speed is high, the heat is large, and the energy consumption is large.
- the energy-saving hot hair dryer of the invention has a thickness of only 0.7 mm with the mica and a large mica.
- the low resistance can achieve the required air volume at a low speed.
- the traditional hair dryer will emit more than 80 decibels at high speed and resistance.
- the energy-saving hot hair dryer of the present invention is a sheet-like axial air blower, and the motor has 30% of the same air volume rotation speed under the approximate no resistance, and the silence is below 74 decibels.
- the energy-saving hot hair dryer of the invention has far infrared rays plus low rotation speed and low resistance of the motor, and the energy consumption can be reduced by more than 30%;
- the electric heating element of the energy-saving hot hair dryer of the invention can emit far infrared rays, is absorbed by the human body without side effects, can accelerate the blood circulation under the skin, has certain effects on beauty and health, and enables the subcutaneous group to have sufficient nutrient absorption. .
