Claims (18)
- 第1の一体型金属部材から形成された支持金属ベース層を含む支持部材、
前記支持部材は、ベアリングプレート部を前記支持金属ベース層に備え、
第2の一体型金属部材から形成され前記支持部材に取り付けられた可動金属ベース層含む可動部材、
前記可動部材は、可動プレート部と前記可動プレート部から延びて前記支持部材に連結された可撓性アームとを前記可動金属ベース層に備え、
前記支持部材の前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動部材の前記可動プレート部との間に配置されたベアリング保持凹部、及び
前記ベアリング保持凹部内に配置され、前記支持部材の前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動部材の前記可動プレート部との間において前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動プレート部とを係合して、前記支持部材に対する前記可動部材の動きを可能にするボールベアリング、
を備えたサスペンション組立体。 - 前記ベアリング保持凹部は前記可動部材に配置される、請求項1に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は前記支持部材に配置される、請求項1に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は前記ボールベアリングを緩やかに保持して、前記支持部材に対して前記可動部材が動くときに前記ボールベアリングが回転することを可能にする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記サスペンション組立体は、複数のベアリング保持凹部を含み、前記複数のベアリング保持凹部のそれぞれにボールベアリングを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は、前記支持部材及び前記可動部材の少なくとも1つにおける1以上の層内のエッチング要素である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は、前記支持部材及び前記可動部材の1つにおける1以上の層内の開口部を含み、前記ボールベアリングが前記1以上の層を変形することなく前記開口部を通過できないように、前記開口部は前記ボールベアリングの直径より小さい、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は可撓性ペタル(花弁状構造)を含み、該可撓性ペタルは、前記サスペンション組立体の組み立て工程時に、前記ボールベアリングが前記支持部材の前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動部材の前記可動プレート部との間において前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動プレート部とを係合する位置まで前記開口部を介して押されることを可能にする、請求項7に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は塑性変形可能なタブを含み、該塑性変形可能なタブは、前記サスペンション組立体の組み立て工程時に、前記ボールベアリングが前記支持部材の前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動部材の前記可動プレート部との間において前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動プレート部とを係合する位置まで前記開口部を介して押されることを可能にし、
前記サスペンション組立体は突出部を含み、該突出部は、前記支持部材に対して前記可動部材が動くときに前記ボールベアリングが回転可能であるように、組み立て終えた前記サスペンション組立体において、前記塑性変形可能なタブを押して前記ベアリング保持凹部を引き伸ばす、請求項7に記載のサスペンション組立体。 - 前記ベアリング保持凹部は球体の一部を形成する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記ベアリング保持凹部は、前記支持部材及び前記可動部材の1つにおける1以上の層内に形成された可撓性保持具を含み、前記ベアリング保持凹部は、前記サスペンション組立体の組み立て工程時に前記ボールベアリングに接触して前記支持部材の前記ベアリングプレート部と前記可動部材の前記可動プレート部との間の位置に前記ボールベアリングを保持する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記サスペンション組立体は突出部を含み、該突出部は、前記支持部材に対して前記可動部材が動くときに前記ボールベアリングが回転可能であるために、組み立て終えた前記サスペンション組立体において、前記可撓性保持具を押して前記ベアリング保持凹部を引き伸ばす、請求項11に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記サスペンション組立体は、前記突出部とベアリングレースとを形成するプレートを含む、請求項12に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記支持部材及び前記可動部材の1つにおける前記1以上の層は実質的に平坦である、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記可撓性保持具は湾曲タブを含み、該湾曲タブは、前記支持部材に対して前記可動部材が動くときに前記ボールベアリングが回転可能であるために、組み立て終えた前記サスペンション組立体においてプレートを係合するように構成される、請求項11に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記可撓性保持具は熱調節可能な保持アームを含む、請求項11に記載のサスペンション組立体。
- 前記支持部材は前記支持金属ベース層に静止ワイヤ取り付け構造を含み、
前記可動部材は前記可動金属ベース層に可動ワイヤ取り付け構造を含み、
前記サスペンション組立体は、前記支持部材の前記静止ワイヤ取り付け構造及び前記可動部材の前記可動ワイヤ取り付け構造に取り付けられ、且つ前記静止ワイヤ取り付け構造と前記可動ワイヤ取り付け構造との間に延びる形状記憶合金ワイヤを含む、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。 - 前記サスペンション組立体はカメラレンズサスペンション組立体であり、
前記可動部材は、カメラレンズのマウントとして用いられるように構成された可動組立体の一部である、請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載のサスペンション組立体。
