Claims (10)
- 自動車のパワートレーンに用いられるクラッチシステム(1)であって、
少なくとも1つの部分クラッチ(3a,3b)を有するクラッチ(2)と、
少なくとも1つの前記部分クラッチ(3a,3b)を接続された位置と切断された位置との間で位置調節するために用意された操作装置(4)であって、トランスミッション入力シャフト(26,28)を通り抜けさせるための中央の貫通開口(5)を形成するシリンダハウジング(6)を有し、該シリンダハウジング(6)は、半固定側軸受(7)により軸方向でおよび/または半径方向で軸支されている、操作装置(4)と、
を備え、
前記半固定側軸受(7)の1つの軸受輪(8)が、前記シリンダハウジング(6)の、軸方向に方向付けされた延長部(9)を少なくとも部分的に保持する凹部(10)を有することを特徴とする、クラッチシステム(1)。 - 前記延長部(9)は、前記凹部(10)の内側で隙間嵌め、中間嵌めまたはプレス嵌めを形成しつつ前記軸受輪(8)に被せ嵌められている、請求項1記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 前記シリンダハウジング(6)は、前記延長部(9)の領域で、最大の半固定側軸受外径以上の大きさに構成されたハウジング外径を有し、および/または、前記シリンダハウジング(6)の前記延長部(9)の領域および前記半固定側軸受(7)が、トランスミッションハウジング(14)の開口(13)に挿入可能であるように、前記延長部(9)は、前記凹部(10)に保持されている、請求項1または2記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 前記クラッチ(2)は、センタプレート(15)を有し、該センタプレート(15)を軸方向でおよび/または半径方向で軸支するために、前記センタプレート(15)をセンタ軸受(16)が保持する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 前記センタ軸受(16)の1つの軸受輪(17)が、第1の段(18)を形成しつつ段部(19)を有し、前記第1の段(18)は、前記半固定側軸受(7)の前記凹部(10)により形成された第2の段(20)に対向している、請求項4記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 前記第2の段(20)は、仮想の半径平面内にまたは該半径平面に対して斜めに延在している、請求項5記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 前記センタ軸受(16)および前記半固定側軸受(7)は、少なくとも部分的に同一の構成部材を有する、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 少なくとも1つのクラッチ部分(3a,3b)は、直接操作式である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 前記軸受輪(8)は、軸受内輪(11)の半径方向外側に配置された、前記半固定側軸受(7)の軸受外輪(8)である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム(1)。
- 開口(13)を有するトランスミッションハウジング(14)と、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチシステム(1)とを備える、自動車に用いられるパワートレーンであって、少なくとも前記半固定側軸受(7)が、前記開口(13)の半径方向内側に配置されている、パワートレーン。
