Claims (10)
- 自動車用のクラッチ(1)であって、クラッチ操作のためにプレッシャポット(53)と作用関係にもたらされ得るクラッチ操作機構(45)を備え、前記プレッシャポット(53)は、少なくとも1つのクラッチディスク(18)をプレッシャプレート(20)とカウンタプレッシャプレート(17)との間で緊締するために、前記プレッシャプレート(20)に作用する、自動車用のクラッチ(1)において、
前記プレッシャプレート(20)と前記カウンタプレッシャプレート(17)との間に少なくとも2つのクラッチディスク(18)と、該2つのクラッチディスク(18)の間で緊締可能な中間プレッシャプレート(19)とが配置されており、前記構成部材、すなわちプレッシャプレート(20)、中間プレッシャプレート(19)およびカウンタプレッシャプレート(17)のうちの少なくとも1つが、金属薄板プレートとして形成されていることを特徴とする、自動車用のクラッチ(1)。 - 前記クラッチディスク(18)のうちの1つのクラッチディスク(18)に、別のクラッチディスク(18)に作用結合され、かつ被駆動シャフトにトルク伝達するために構成された支持体(37)が取り付けられている、請求項1記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチディスク(18)が、摩擦フェーシング(33)を有しており、該摩擦フェーシング(33)と前記支持体(37)との間に軸方向で予荷重を加えられたばね(35)が配置されている、請求項2記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記プレッシャプレート(20)と前記カウンタプレッシャプレート(17)との間の1つのクラッチディスク(18)にだけ、軸方向で予荷重を加えられた唯1つのばね(35)が存在している、請求項1または2記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチ(1)は、デュアルクラッチの部分クラッチ(2)として2つの変速機入力シャフト(8)を備えて構成されているか、シングルクラッチとして唯1の変速機入力シャフト(8)を備えて構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチ操作機構(45)は、変速機入力シャフト(8)に軸方向および/または半径方向で支承されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記カウンタプレッシャプレート(17)は、前記クラッチ操作機構(45)と同じ変速機入力シャフト(8)上に軸方向および/または半径方向で支持されている、請求項6記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記少なくとも2つのクラッチディスク(18)のうちの1つクラッチディスク(18)の前記支持体(37)は、周方向で、別のクラッチディスク(18)を、それぞれのクラッチトルクを受け取るために支承している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチディスク(18)のうちの1つのクラッチディスク(18)が、係合輪郭(42)を有していて、該係合輪郭(42)内には、トルクを伝達するために、少なくとも1つの別のクラッチディスク(18)が軸方向で移動可能に係合する、請求項8記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ(1)により形成されている2つの部分クラッチを備えたデュアルクラッチ。
