在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,第一支撑轴承设置在分隔壁处,尤其设置在分隔壁的径向内部区域处。第一支撑轴承可以引起对第一和/或第二离合器的构件的径向和/或轴向的支撑。第一支撑轴承可以引起对第一和/或第二离合器的操作力的支撑。第一和/或第二离合器的操作力可以经由支撑轴承和分隔壁支撑。由此,能够实现用于支撑操作力的内部闭合的力流和第一和/或第二离合器的高的可控制性。
此外,为了解决在上文中提出的问题中的至少一个问题,提出一种车辆的动力传动系中的变速器单元,其包括具有至少一个上述特征的混动模块并且包括变速器的至少一个第一制动器,其中第一制动器具有固定至壳体的第一支撑元件和可通过第一制动器制动的第一转动元件,其中第一支撑元件与分隔壁抗扭地连接或一件式地由分隔壁构成。
由此,可以提供高度集成的变速器单元。变速器单元可以在生产完成之后独立地测试和检查并且随后装入动力传动系中。
变速器可以是行星齿轮变速器。变速器可以是混合动力专用变速器(DHT)。
第一支撑元件可以包括摩擦片承载件,尤其外摩擦片承载件或内摩擦片承载件。第一制动器可以包括第一制动器摩擦片组,所述第一制动器摩擦片组经由第一制动器操作单元可以引起在第一支撑元件和第一转动元件之间的摩擦配合的连接。第一转动元件可以包括外摩擦片承载件或内摩擦片承载件。第一制动器摩擦片组可以具有第一制动器摩擦片。第一制动器摩擦片可以在轴向侧上并且仅在轴向侧上具有摩擦衬片。由此,能够提高第一制动器的耐热性。第一制动器操作单元可以具有可移动的、尤其可轴向移动的第一制动器操作活塞。
能够设置有第二制动器,其包括固定至壳体的第二支撑元件和可通过第二制动器制动的第二转动元件,其中第二支撑元件与分隔壁抗扭地连接或者一件式地由分隔壁构成。第二支撑元件可以包括摩擦片承载件,尤其外摩擦片承载件或内摩擦片承载件。第二转动元件可以包括摩擦片承载件,尤其外摩擦片承载件或内摩擦片承载件。
第一和第二制动器可以径向嵌套地设置。
在本发明的一个有利的构成方案中,第一离合器操作单元设置在分隔壁的朝向第一离合器的第一轴向侧上并且第一制动器操作单元设置在分隔壁的相对置的且朝向第一制动器的第二轴向侧上。
在本发明的一个优选的实施方案中,分隔壁具有流体输送开口,通过所述流体输送开口,第一离合器操作单元和/或第一制动器操作单元可以被供给流体,以提供操作压力。由此,能够实现集成的且节约结构空间的流体供应。

具体实施方式
图1示出贯穿本发明的一个特定的实施方式中的变速器单元12中的混动模块10的半剖图。混动模块10插入车辆的动力传动系中并且引起朝向在下游连接的变速器13的扭矩传递。
混动模块10具有第一电动机14,所述第一电动机具有定子16和转子18。转子18设置在第一离合器20的径向外部,所述第一离合器可通过第一离合器操作单元22操作并且具有第一离合器摩擦片组24、第一离合器输入端26和第一离合器输出端28。第一离合器输入端26和第一离合器输出端28在操作第一离合器20时经由第一离合器摩擦片组24彼此连接。在第一离合器20打开时,中断在第一离合器输入端26和第一离合器输出端28之间的扭矩传递。
第一电动机14在P1架构中起作用并且第一离合器输入端26与转子18固定地连接。此外,第一离合器输入端26经由径向延伸的部段30与驱动轴32连接,所述驱动轴与内燃机的曲轴耦联,由此在第一离合器输入端26处能够存在由内燃机输出的扭矩和由第一电动机14提供的扭矩。
第一离合器20通过第一离合器操作单元22操作。第一离合器操作单元22包括第一按压罐形件34,所述第一按压罐形件能够将操作力导入到第一离合器20上。第一按压罐形件34在此抵抗第一复位弹簧36的复位力运动。第一离合器操作单元22包括CSC操作装置并且在此包括第一离合器操作活塞38,所述第一离合器操作活塞可移动地容纳在第一容纳部40中并且将操作力经由第一操作轴承42传递到第一按压罐形件34上。
第二离合器44与第一离合器20径向嵌套地设置。第二离合器44可通过第二离合器操作单元46操作并且包括第二离合器摩擦片组48、第二离合器输入端50和第二离合器输出端52。第二离合器输入端50和第二离合器输出端52在操作第二离合器44时经由第二离合器摩擦片组48彼此连接。在打开第二离合器44时,中断在第二离合器输入端50和第二离合器输出端52之间的扭矩传递。
第一离合器输出端28和第二离合器输入端50彼此一件式地构成。第二离合器输入端50从而还有第一离合器输出端28与第二电动机54连接。第二电动机54能够在P3架构中起作用并且在此与变速器13相关联。第二电动机54例如可以设置在变速器13中。
第二离合器输出端52能够与变速器13的第一变速器输入轴连接。变速器13能够是具有行星齿轮变速器的混合动力专用变速器(DHT)。在第一离合器20和第二离合器44闭合时,可以进行在内燃机和/或第一电动机14和第一变速器输入轴之间的扭矩传递。在第一离合器20打开且第二离合器44闭合时,引起在第二电动机54和第一变速器输入轴之间的扭矩传递。第二电动机54与第二离合器输入端50的接合经由可与第一离合器输入端50连接的第二变速器输入轴进行。第二变速器输入轴可以构成为实心轴并且第一变速器输入轴可以构成为径向包围实心轴的空心轴。
第二离合器44通过第二离合器操作单元46操作。第二离合器操作单元46包括第二按压罐形件56,所述第二按压罐形件可以将操作力导入到第二离合器44上。第二按压罐形件56在此抵抗第二复位弹簧58的复位力地运动。第二离合器操作单元46包括CSC操作装置并且在此包括第二离合器操作活塞60,所述第二离合器操作活塞在第二容纳部62中可移动地容纳并且将操作力经由第二操作轴承64传递到第二按压罐形件56上。
混动模块10容纳在壳体66中。在外环周上设置有功率电子装置67,尤其用于操控第一电动机14。定子16与壳体66拧紧。在壳体66上固定有分隔壁68。分隔壁68轴向地设置在第一和第二离合器20、44和变速器13之间并且可拆卸地与壳体66连接。分隔壁68与第一离合器20、第二离合器44和第一电动机14无关地与壳体66固定地且可拆卸地连接。分隔壁68两件式地构成并且第一分隔壁部件70与壳体66拧紧。在第一分隔壁部件70上拧紧第二分隔壁部件72。在第一分隔壁部件70上设置有转子位置传感器75。
混动模块10在变速器侧通过分隔壁68围绕并且轴向相对置地通过壳体66围绕。在壳体66和驱动轴32之间设置有轴密封环74,所述轴密封环将通过混动模块10占据的流体空间密封。第一和第二离合器20、44湿式运行地构成并且能够通过冷却油冷却。冷却油在此也可以冷却在第一和第二离合器20、44径向外部设置的第一电动机14。混动模块10与变速器13分享共同的流体空间。分隔壁68在此可以实现流体穿流。
第一离合器操作单元22和第二离合器操作单元46径向嵌套并且分别在分隔壁68处设置。第一容纳部40和第二容纳部62分别作为单独的构件与分隔壁68连接。分隔壁68、在此第二分隔壁部件72具有流体输送开口76,穿过所述流体输送开口,第一离合器操作单元22和第二离合器操作单元46可以被供给流体,以提供操作压力。
第一支撑轴承78设置在分隔壁68的径向内部区域中并且能够实现将第二离合器输入端50经由支撑板80支撑在分隔壁68处。在此,在分隔壁68处可以引起径向和轴向地定心第二离合器输入端50以及支撑作用于第二离合器44的操作力。用于支撑第二离合器44的操作力的力流因此能够经由短的路径并且在混动模块10中闭合地进行。第一离合器20的操作力的支撑经由第一离合器输入端26经由壳体66上的第二支撑轴承82进行。力流在此经由壳体66传导到分隔壁68上并且经由其闭合。
第一和第二离合器操作单元22、46设置在分隔壁68的朝向第一和第二离合器20、44的第一轴向侧84上。在分隔壁68的与第一轴向侧84相对置的第二轴向侧86处设置有第一制动器88和与所述第一制动器径向嵌套地设置的第二制动器90。第一和第二制动器88、90在变速器13中起作用。变速器13包括行星齿轮组,其各个变速器级通过第一和第二制动器88、90固定从而可以选择变速器变速比。
第一制动器88包括固定至壳体的第一支撑元件92,尤其外摩擦片承载件和可通过第一制动器88制动的第一转动元件94,尤其内摩擦片承载件,其中第一支撑元件92与分隔壁68抗扭地连接,尤其可拆卸地拧紧。第一制动器88包括第一制动器摩擦片组96,所述第一制动器摩擦片组经由第一制动器操作单元98可以引起在第一支撑元件92和第一转动元件94之间的摩擦配合的连接,所述第一制动器操作单元具有可移动的、尤其可轴向移动的第一制动器操作活塞99。第一制动器摩擦片组96能够具有第一制动器摩擦片100,所述第一制动器摩擦片可以在轴向侧上并且仅在轴向侧上具有摩擦衬片。第一制动器操作单元98直接设置在分隔壁68的第二轴向侧86上。
第二制动器90包括固定至壳体的第二支撑元件104,尤其外摩擦片承载件和可通过第二制动器90制动的第二转动元件106,尤其内摩擦片承载件。第二转动元件106例如与行星齿轮变速器的太阳轮连接。第二支撑元件104一件式地由分隔壁68构成。第二制动器90包括第二制动器摩擦片组108,所述第二制动器摩擦片组经由直接设置在分隔壁68的第二轴向侧86上的第二制动器操作单元110可以引起在第二支撑元件104和第二转动元件106之间的摩擦配合的连接,所述第二制动器操作单元具有可移动的、尤其可轴向移动的第二制动器操作活塞112。第二制动器摩擦片组108可以具有第二制动器摩擦片114,所述第二制动器摩擦片可以在轴向侧上并且仅在轴向侧上具有摩擦衬片。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于在车辆的动力传动系中传递扭矩的混动模块(10),具有变速器(13),其中在壳体(66)中容纳的所述混动模块具有:
第一电动机(14);
第一离合器(20),所述第一离合器能够通过第一离合器操作单元(22)操作,并且具有第一离合器摩擦片组(24)、第一离合器输入端(26)和第一离合器输出端(28);
在所述壳体(66)上固定的分隔壁(68),
其特征在于,
所述分隔壁(68)轴向地设置在所述第一离合器(20)和所述变速器(13)之间并且能够可拆卸地与所述壳体(66)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混动模块(10),
其特征在于,
所述混动模块在变速器侧通过所述分隔壁(68)和轴向相对置地通过所述壳体(66)围绕。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混动模块(10),
其特征在于,
所述分隔壁(68)能够与所述第一离合器(20)和所述第一电动机(16)无关地与所述壳体(66)固定地并且可拆卸地连接。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(10),
其特征在于,
所述第一离合器操作单元(22)设置在所述分隔壁处。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(10),
其特征在于,
所述第一离合器操作单元(22)具有第一离合器操作活塞(38),所述第一离合器操作活塞可移动地容纳在第一容纳部(40)中,其中所述第一容纳部(40)作为单独的构件与所述分隔壁(68)连接或者一件式地由所述分隔壁(68)构成。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(10),
其特征在于,
设置有第二离合器(44),所述第二离合器可以通过第二离合器操作单元(46)操作并且具有第二离合器摩擦片组(48)、第二离合器输入端(50)和第二离合器输出端(52)。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(10),
其特征在于,
第一支撑轴承(78)设置在所述分隔壁(68)处,尤其设置在所述分隔壁(68)的径向内部区域处。
8.一种车辆的动力传动系中的变速器单元(12),具有根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(10)和变速器(13)的至少一个第一制动器(88),
其特征在于,
所述第一制动器(88)具有固定至壳体的第一支撑元件(92)和可通过所述第一制动器制动的第一转动元件(94),其中所述第一支撑元件(92)与所述分隔壁(68)抗扭地连接或者一件式地由所述分隔壁(68)构成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的变速器单元(12),
其特征在于,
所述第一离合器操作单元(22)设置在所述分隔壁(68)的朝向所述第一离合器(20)的第一轴向侧(84)处,并且所述第一制动器操作单元(98)设置在所述分隔壁(68)的相对置的且朝向所述第一制动器(88)的第二轴向侧(86)处。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的变速器单元(12),
其特征在于,
所述分隔壁(68)具有流体输送开口(76),穿过所述流体输送开口,所述第一离合器操作单元(22)和/或所述第一制动器操作单元(98)能够被供给流体,以提供操作压力。
