本发明涉及一种用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块,混合动力模块具有双离合器和分离离合器(K0),双离合器具有第一子离合器(K1)和第二子离合器(K2)以将第一驱动单元、尤其电机的扭矩选择性地传递到从动轴上,分离离合器用于将第二驱动单元、尤其内燃机耦合到驱动系上并且用于将第二驱动单元的扭矩传递到从动轴上。由此在第一子离合器接合时,扭矩从第一驱动单元传递到第一从动轴上,而在第二子离合器接合时,扭矩从第一驱动单元传递到第二从动轴上。第二驱动单元经由分离离合器可连接地、即可耦合且可脱耦地传递到驱动系上。
背景技术
由现有技术已知这种具有双离合器和分离离合器的混合动力模块。例如WO2017/088 869 A1公开了一种用于机动车的用于耦合内燃机的混合动力模块,混合动力模块具有分离离合器和电动机,借助分离离合器可使内燃机与机动车的驱动系分离,且借助该分离离合器可将扭矩从内燃机传递到驱动系上,电动机可与驱动系连接以经由主离合器传递扭矩,其中,使用分离离合器操纵系统来操纵分离离合器并且使用主离合器操纵系统来操纵主离合器,其特征在于,两个操纵系统布置在分离离合器和主离合器之间。
混合动力模块尤其也由未公开的专利申请DE 10 2017 104 487已知。其公开了用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块,具有包括定子和转子的电机、包括至少一个转动部件的扭转振动减振器以及集成地构造的且构造成双离合器的离合器装置,其中,容纳转子的转子支架直接经由气压式的转动连接部与上述至少一个转动部件连接,其中,转子支架形成离合器装置的至少一个子离合器的离合器组成部分。
但是现有技术始终具有如下缺点,扭矩传递需要高的按压力或者说操纵力。这使得在经由传统的离合器从动缸(CSC,Clutch Slave Cylinder)操纵离合器时必须针对高的操纵力设计从动缸的操纵轴承、即接合轴承或分离轴承。此外,用于支承第一驱动单元、尤其第一驱动单元的转子的支撑轴承此时除支承力外还必须支撑操纵力。
发明内容
由此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,避免或至少降低现有技术的缺点。尤其改进为更好的混合动力模块,该混合动力模块能够传递高的用于操纵离合器的操纵力,并且同时可优化结构空间地且成本有利地制成。
根据本发明,本发明要解决的技术问题在这种装置中通过以下方式实现,即在混合动力模块中有至少一个转动贯通部,转动贯通部一方面引导用于操纵分离离合器的操纵油,或另一方面引导用于冷却分离离合器和/或双离合器的冷却油。
这具有的优点是,可传递高的操纵力,用于支承转子的支撑轴承除支承力外无需支撑操纵力,而是形成操纵力的本身闭合的回路。同时通过集成的油冷却部确保离合器的功能性。
有利的实施方式在从属权利要求中给出并且在下面详细阐述。
此外适宜的是,分离离合器以及第一子离合器和第二子离合器分别有用于引导操纵油的转动贯通部,操纵油用于操纵分离离合器、第一子离合器和/或第二子离合器。由此通过经由转动贯通部引入操纵油的操纵的优点同样可用于双离合器以及用于分离离合器。
也有利的是,用于引导操纵分离离合器的操纵油的转动贯通部构造在壳体以及转子法兰中,转子法兰与转子支架固定连接以支承第一驱动单元。由此转动贯通部可实现集成在已经现有的构件中无需进一步更改结构。
也优选的是,转子法兰具有用于转子位置发送器的容纳部,转子位置发送器在检测时通过转子位置发送器传感器提供转子的位置。
也可使用转子法兰来支撑第一子离合器的操纵力。
此外有利的是,分离离合器构造成多片式离合器,其中,内离合器片支架或外离合器片支架固定地与转子法兰连接。有利地,由此操纵力的力流本身可构造成闭合的。
也适宜的是,内离合器片支架和外离合器片支架中的另一个与第二驱动单元连接,以进行扭矩传递。
此外适宜的是,存在至少一个填充有油的离心油补偿空间,离心油补偿空间如此构造,使得在离心油补偿空间中的油压沿轴向将力施加到为了操纵分离离合器、第一子离合器和/或第二子离合器而可轴向移动的操纵元件上,该力与用于操纵分离离合器、第一子离合器和/或第二子离合器的操纵油的操纵力相反作用。由此以简单的方式避免,由于留在在压力腔中操纵油通过旋转引起的离心力而沿径向向外地挤压,从而会无意断开离合器。由此在离心油补偿空间中的油与轴向上的不期望的力相反作用。
此外优选的是,在离心油补偿空间中的油压相应于在压力腔中的操纵油压,压力腔填充有操纵油以操纵分离离合器、第一子离合器和/或第二子离合器。由此在离心油补偿空间和填充有/待填充操纵油的压力腔之间建立平衡,从而仅通过施加操纵油压使操纵元件移动。
此外有利的是,用于引导操纵分离离合器的操纵油的转动贯通部由转子法兰中的通孔构成,通孔经由径向环绕的槽与壳体中的操纵油输入部连接。因为转子法兰相对于壳体转动,需要在在两个构件中的其中一个上构造环绕的槽,由此在转子法兰中的通孔在任一旋转位置中经由槽与壳体中的操纵孔输入部连接。
也有利的是,槽经由套筒中的通孔与壳体中的操纵油输入部连接。由此可将操纵油从壳体引导通过壳体内部空间,在此用作密封件支架的套筒使操纵油输入部相对于壳体内部空间密封。
还优选的是,用于支撑操纵分离离合器、第一子离合器和/或第二子离合器的操纵力的配合压力元件固定地与转子法兰连接。由此可确保操纵力的力流本身闭合,从而无需通过用于支承离合器或转子的轴承支撑操纵力。
此外有利的是,用于支撑分离离合器的操纵力的配合压力元件构造成支撑螺栓、固定环或卡环。
也有利的是,混合动力模块具有壳体,壳体经由支撑轴承支撑分离离合器的离合器支架,并且在操纵分离离合器时产生的操纵力经由操纵元件、分离离合器和离合器支架如此自身闭合地延伸,使得操纵力绕开支撑轴承。这具有的优点是,可传递高的操纵力,用于支承转子的支撑轴承除支承力外无需支撑操纵力,而是形成操纵力的本身闭合的回路。
还有利的是,第一驱动单元的转子以及分离离合器、第一子离合器和第二子离合器在轴向上以及在径向上经由例如构造成球轴承的支撑轴承支承在壳体中并且经由第一滚动轴承和第二滚动轴承支承在从动轴上。
在此,在优选的实施方式中,第一滚动轴承和第二滚动轴承可构造成滚针轴承。
此外适宜的是,存在在操纵分离离合器时用于离合器盘的配合压力元件,该配合压力元件设计用于承受操纵力并且该配合压力元件与离合器支架、例如内离合器片支架或外离合器片支架连接。
也有利的是,配合压力元件构造成支撑螺栓、固定环或卡环。由此,配合压力元件可成本有利地制成并且同时承担用于支撑操纵力的反压板的功能。
此外有利的实施例的特征在于,配合压力元件经由齿部与离合器支架连接。尤其优选的是,在配合压力元件上构造有外齿部且在离合器支架、例如内离合器片支架上构造有内齿部。由此,配合压力元件可抗旋转地与离合器支架连接。
此外适宜的是,配合压力元件如此构造且布置,使得配合压力元件在轴向上固定支撑轴承。由此,配合压力元件同时用作支撑轴承的轴向止挡件,从而有利地需要使用更少的构件。
还优选的是,分离离合器的操纵力经由配合压力元件支撑在与离合器支架固定连接的转子法兰上,从而操纵力的力流本身为闭合的并且绕开壳体。由此操纵力无需通过旋转构件,例如离合器支架、转子法兰或配合压力元件经由支撑轴承支撑在壳体上,因为操纵分离离合器的操纵装置没有支承在壳体中,而是支承在转子法兰中。
也优选的是,在转子法兰中存在用于引导操纵分离离合器的操纵油的转动贯通部。由此能够将操纵装置布置在转子法兰中,并且不是如在传统的从动缸中那样布置在壳体中,其中,操纵力经由操纵轴承施加。
在有利的实施例中,转动贯通部将操纵油引入构造在转子法兰和操纵元件之间的压力腔中,其中,操纵元件设计成,操纵元件在借助操纵油给压力腔加载压力时沿轴向移动以操纵分离离合器。由此操纵力的力流有利地保持本身为闭合的,从而操纵力支撑在与转子法兰固定连接的构件上。
此外有利的是,转子法兰可滑动地支承在用于操纵分离离合器的转动贯通部的区域中。由此可有利地确保从壳体至旋转的转子法兰中的流体输入。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块1。混合动力模块1具有双离合器2,双离合器具有第一子离合器3和第二子离合器4。在第一子离合器3接合时,构造成电机6的第一驱动单元5的扭矩传递到第一从动轴7上。在第二子离合器4接合时,第一驱动单元5的扭矩传递到第二从动轴8上。混合动力模块1也具有分离离合器9,分离离合器可将构造成内燃机的第二驱动单元与驱动系接通,从而将第二驱动单元的扭矩传递到第一从动轴7上或第二从动轴8上。
在混合动力模块1中存在第一操纵油转动贯通部10,该第一操纵油转动贯通部将用于操纵分离离合器9的操纵油通过混合动力模块1的壳体11输入到第一压力腔12中。为了操纵分离离合器9,输送操纵油通过壳体1中的通道13。在壳体11中布置转子法兰14,转子法兰与转子支架15固定连接。经由转子支架15支承电机6的转子16。用于分离离合器9的操纵油从壳体11中的通道13通过套筒17且通过构造在转子法兰14中的第一操纵油转动贯通部10被导入第一压力腔12中。套筒17用作密封件保持部18,该密封件保持部保持密封件19以使第一操纵油转动贯通部10相对于壳体内部空间20密封。在转子法兰14中的第一操纵油转动贯通部10构造成在第一压力腔12和套筒17中的通孔22之间的通孔21,其中,通孔21经由径向环绕的槽23与套筒17中的通孔22连接。
在第一压力腔12填充有操纵油时,第一操纵元件24沿轴向克服第一弹簧元件25的复位力移动,从而构造成多片式离合器27的分离离合器的离合器盘26被压在一起。由此与第二驱动单元连接的外离合器片支架28的扭矩传递到内离合器片支架29上,内离合器片支架与转子法兰14和转子支架15固定连接。第一弹簧元件25布置在第一离心油补偿空间30中,第一离心油补偿空间填充有油,从而避免由第一压力腔12中的剩余操纵油无意地操纵分离离合器9,剩余操纵油通过离心力沿径向向外地挤压。由此第一操纵元件24在轴向上分开第一压力腔12与第一离心油补偿空间30。
在操纵分离离合器9时,将离合器盘26压到构造成支撑螺栓32的配合压力元件31上。支撑螺栓32具有外螺纹,支撑螺栓经由外螺纹与构造在转子法兰14上的内螺纹抗旋转地连接。
在混合动力模块1中存在用于引导操纵第一子离合器3的操纵油的第二操纵油转动贯通部33和用于引导操纵第二子离合器4的操纵油的第三操纵油转动贯通部34。用于两个子离合器3、4的操纵油通过混合动力模块1的壳体区段35引入到第二压力腔36和第三压力腔37中。两个子离合器3、4的操纵类似于分离离合器9的操纵地进行。
通过填充第二压力腔36使第二操纵元件38沿轴向克服第二弹簧元件39的复位力移动,从而构造成多片式离合器41的第一分离离合器3的离合器盘40被挤压在一起。由此使与转子支架15以及进而与第一驱动单元5连接的外离合器片支架42的扭矩传递到与第一从动轴7固定连接的内离合器片支架43上。第二弹簧元件39布置在第二离心油补偿空间44中,第二离心油补偿空间填充有油,从而避免通过第二压力腔36中的剩余操纵油无意地操纵第一子离合器3,剩余操纵油通过离心力沿径向向外挤压。由此第二操纵元件38在轴向上使第二压力腔36与第二离心油补偿空间44彼此分开。在操纵第一子离合器3时,离合器盘40被压到集成地构造在转子法兰14上的配合压力元件上。
通过填充第三压力腔37使第三操纵元件45沿轴向克服第三弹簧元件46的复位力移动,从而构造成多片式离合器48的第二分离离合器4的离合器盘47被挤压在一起。由此使与转子支架15以及进而与第一驱动单元5连接的外离合器片支架49的扭矩传递到与第二从动轴8固定连接的内离合器片支架50上。第三弹簧元件46布置在第三离心油补偿空间51中,第三离心油补偿空间填有充油,从而避免通过第三压力腔37中的剩余操纵油无意地操纵第二子离合器4,剩余操纵油通过离心力沿径向向外挤压。由此第三操纵元件45在轴向上使第三压力腔37与第三离心油补偿空间51彼此分开。在操纵第二子离合器4时,离合器盘47被压到与转子支架15固定连接的配合压力元件上。
在转子法兰14和壳体区段35中构造有冷却油转动贯通部52,冷却油转动贯通部将冷却油引至分离离合器9、第一子离合器3和第二子离合器4以及离心油补偿空间30、44、51。
在壳体11上布置转子位置发送器传感器53,转子位置发送器传感器构造用于检测固定在转子法兰14上的转子发送器54的位置。
转子16与分离离合器9、第一子离合器3和第二子离合器4共同地借助支撑轴承55经由转子法兰14支承在壳体11中、尤其壳体中间壁56中并且借助第一滚动轴承57和第二滚动轴承58经由壳体区段35、即离合器壳体59支承在第二从动轴8上。第一滚动轴承57和第二滚动轴承58构造成滚针轴承。
图2和图3示出了用于操纵分离离合器9的操纵油的路径。操纵油通过壳体11中的通道13、通过套筒17中的通孔22、通过转子法兰14中的环绕槽23、通过转子法兰14中的第一操纵油转动贯通部10被引至第一压力腔12中,从而第一操纵元件24克服第一弹簧元件25的复位力移动。由此将离合器盘26挤压在一起并且接合分离离合器9。操纵力经由支撑螺栓32被传递到与转子法兰14连接的内离合器片支架29上,从而将支撑轴承55从操纵力的力流中排除。
图4和图5示出了冷却油的路径,冷却油用于冷却分离离合器9且用于填充离心油补偿空间30。冷却油通过外摩擦衬片28、通过壳体11被引至壳体内部空间20中,且从此处经由转子法兰14或内离合器片支架29中的冷却油转动贯通部52引至分离离合器9并且引至离心油补偿空间30中。

Claims (10)

1.用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块(1),所述混合动力模块具有双离合器(2)和分离离合器(9),所述双离合器具有第一子离合器(3)和第二子离合器(4)以将第一驱动单元(5、6)的扭矩选择性地传递到从动轴(7、8)上,所述分离离合器用于耦合第二驱动单元并且用于将所述第二驱动单元的扭矩传递到所述从动轴(7、8)上,其特征在于,存在至少一个转动贯通部(10、33、34、52),所述转动贯通部一方面引导用于操纵所述分离离合器(9)的操纵油,或另一方面引导用于冷却所述分离离合器(9)和/或所述双离合器(2)的冷却油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(9)以及所述第一子离合器(3)和所述第二子离合器(4)分别存在有用于引导操纵油的转动贯通部(10、33、34),所述操纵油用于操纵所述分离离合器(9)、所述第一子离合器(3)和/或所述第二子离合器(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,用于引导操纵所述分离离合器(9)的操纵油的转动贯通部(10)构造在壳体(11)以及转子法兰(14)中,所述转子法兰与转子支架(15)固定连接以支承所述第一驱动单元(5、6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(9)构造成多片式离合器(27),其中,内离合器片支架(29)或外离合器片支架(28)固定地与所述转子法兰(14)连接。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,存在至少一个填充有油的离心油补偿空间(30、44、51),所述离心油补偿空间如此构造,使得在所述离心油补偿空间(30、44、51)中的油压将力沿轴向施加到为了操纵所述分离离合器(9)、所述第一子离合器(3)和/或所述第二子离合器(4)而能轴向移动的操纵元件(24、38、45)上,所述力与用于操纵所述分离离合器(9)、所述第一子离合器(3)和/或所述第二子离合器(4)的操纵油的操纵力相反作用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,在所述离心油补偿空间(30、44、51)中的油压相应于在压力腔(12、36、37)中的操纵油压,所述压力腔填充有操纵油以操纵所述分离离合器(9)、所述第一子离合器(3)和/或所述第二子离合器(4)。
7.根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,用于引导操纵所述分离离合器(9)的操纵油的转动贯通部(10)由所述转子法兰(14)中的通孔(21)构成,所述通孔经由径向环绕的槽(23)与所述壳体(11)中的操纵油输入部(13)连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述槽(23)经由套筒(17)中的通孔(22)与所述壳体(11)中的操纵油输入部(13)连接。
9.根据权利要求3至8中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,用于支撑操纵所述分离离合器(9)、所述第一子离合器(3)和/或所述第二子离合器(4)的操纵力的配合压力元件(31、32、14)固定地与所述转子法兰(14)连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述配合压力元件(31、32)构造成支撑螺栓(32)、固定环或卡环。
