背景技术

在本发明的优选的实施方案中,第一离合器元件包括离合器转子, 该离合器转子具有用于引入用来操纵第一离合器的流体的流体开口。 第一轴承元件可以尤其是直接地容纳在离合器转子上。
第一和/或第二离合器可以经由通过尤其是在离合器转子中的共 同的流体开口所导引的冷却流体流进行冷却。由此,可以使液压系统 更简单且更廉价地实施。
在本发明的特别的实施方案中,从动侧的壳体部分具有用于将操 纵流体引入到离合器转子中的流体开口。这些流体开口可以径向从壳 体内区段向径向外部延伸,优选径向延伸超出第一摩擦区域。
在本发明的特别的实施方案中,在从动侧的壳体部分与离合器转 子之间直接布置有至少一个密封元件。密封元件可以直接布置在壳体 内区段与离合器转子之间。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,第一摩擦区域包括摩擦片,并且 第一离合器元件具有用于容纳摩擦片的片载体。摩擦片可以抗相对转 动地与片载体连接。
离合器转子和片载体可以抗相对转动地彼此连接。离合器转子和 片载体可以一件式地实施。片载体可以实施为外片载体和/或内片载体。
在本发明的特别的实施方案中,第二离合器元件在第一和第二轴 承元件之间径向穿引。第四离合器元件可以在第一和第二轴承元件之 间径向穿引。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,第一支承设施包括紧固在壳体内 区段上的支承套筒,在支承套筒上容纳有第一轴承元件。第一轴承元 件也可以直接容纳在壳体内区段上。
在本发明的特别的实施方案中,第一轴承元件径向布置在支承套 筒之外。该支承套筒可以直接布置在第一轴承元件与从动元件之间。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,转子容纳在第一离合器元件上并 经由该第一离合器元件被支承。转子可以尤其是直接地与第一离合器 元件牢固连接。
为了解决上述任务中的至少一个,还提出了混合动力模块,该混 合动力模块具有被实施为第二驱动设备的电动马达,该电动马达具有 定子和能相对于该定子转动的转子以及具有上述其中至少一个特征的 离合器设备。

具体实施方式
图1示出了在本发明的特别的实施方式中的具有离合器设备12的 混合动力模块10的半截面。该混合动力模块10布置在车辆的、尤其 是机动车的驱动系中并且在诸如内燃机马达那样的第一驱动元件与诸 如传动装置那样的从动元件之间起作用。
混合动力模块10包括电动马达14,该电动马达形成第二驱动元 件16,该第二驱动元件具有固定不动的定子18和能相对于该定子围绕 转动轴线A转动的转子20。此外,混合动力模块10包括离合器设备 12,该离合器设备具有第一离合器22和布置成与该第一离合器串联地 起作用的第二离合器24。第一离合器22关于与转动轴线A平行地延 伸的轴向方向布置在驱动侧,而第二离合器24关于轴向方向布置在从 动侧。第一离合器22布置成在第一驱动设备与电动马达14之间起作 用,并且包括能围绕转动轴线A转动并且抗相对转动地与转子20连接 的第一离合器元件26和抗相对转动地与第一驱动设备的驱动元件28 连接的第二离合器元件30。第一和第二离合器元件26、30能经由第一 摩擦区域32以能松开且摩擦锁合的方式彼此连接。第二离合器元件30 被实施为内片载体34。
第二离合器24包括第三离合器元件36和能经由第二摩擦区域38 以能松开且摩擦锁合的方式与该第三离合器元件连接的第四离合器元 件40,第四离合器元件实施为内片载体42并且抗相对转动地与从动设 备的从动元件44连接。第二离合器24轴向布置在第一离合器22旁边, 并且第一摩擦区域32和第二摩擦区域38沿径向方向相叠。
第一离合器元件26包括片载体46,在此尤其是外片载体,第一 和第二摩擦区域32、38的摩擦片抗相对转动地附接在该片载体中。第 三离合器元件36与第一离合器元件26一件式地构成。
第一离合器元件26还包括支撑凸缘48,该支撑凸缘抗相对转动 地与片载体46连接。支撑凸缘48又抗相对转动地与径向内置的并配 属于第一离合器元件26的离合器转子50连接。轴向在支撑凸缘48旁 边布置有转子位置传感器52,该转子位置传感器的动子抗相对转动地 与转子20连接。
对第一离合器22的操纵经由穿过第二摩擦区域38的第一操纵元 件54来进行,该第一操纵元件能通过第一压力腔56中的流体压力抵 抗第一弹簧元件58的弹力地轴向移动。第一离合器22在此实施为常 闭离合器,其中,第一弹簧元件58能够实现用于闭合第一离合器22 的操纵力,而第一压力腔56中的流体压力能够克服第一弹簧元件58 的弹力地实现断开第一离合器22。
第二离合器24被实施为常开离合器,其中,第二弹簧元件60提 供用于断开第二离合器24的复位力。第二离合器24能经由第二操纵 元件62来操纵,该第二操纵元件能经由第二压力腔64中的流体压力 轴向移动,并且在第二压力腔64中存在相应的流体压力时,将第二离 合器24闭合。
第一和第二弹簧元件58、60在此可以实施为螺旋弹簧或碟簧。第 一弹簧元件58支撑在支撑凸缘48和第一操纵元件54上,而第二弹簧 元件60支撑在第二操纵元件62和支撑套筒上,该支撑套筒经由卡环 66定固在离合器转子50上。
第一和第二离合器22、24轴向布置在都配属于固定不动的容纳壳 体72的驱动侧的壳体部分68和从动侧的壳体部分70之间。径向延伸 的从动侧的壳体部分70具有径向布置在第一和第二摩擦区域32、38 之内的壳体内区段74,在该壳体内区段上紧固有支承套筒76。支承套 筒76径向容纳在从动侧的第一支承设施80的第一轴承元件78之外。 第一轴承元件78可以是向心滚针轴承或深沟球轴承。
第一轴承元件78在与支承套筒76径向相背的侧上直接支撑在离 合器转子50上,为此,该离合器转子具有径向在壳体内区段74之内 轴向延伸的区域82。第一支承设施80和从动侧的第二支承设施84共 同配属于支承设备86。第二支承设施84包括第二轴承元件88,该第 二轴承元件可以实施为深沟球轴承或向心滚针轴承。第二轴承元件88 支撑在与片载体46一件式地实施的轴承区段90上并且另一方面支撑 在驱动侧的壳体部分68上。
第一离合器元件26容纳有转子20,为此,转子牢固地与第一离 合器元件26连接。第一离合器22、第二离合器24和转子20经由支承 设备86至少径向容纳在容纳壳体72上。由此,可以改善离合器设备 12的支承部,并且可以使离合器设备12更廉价地实施。可以取消单独 的离合器定子。可以减少由于干扰影响(诸如从动设备的从动元件44 的挠曲)、温度影响、尺寸方面的公差和运转公差而引起的支承部的损 坏。
第二和第四离合器元件30、40在第一和第二轴承元件78、88之 间径向穿引。第二轴承元件88还引起沿第一轴向方向对第一离合器22、 第二离合器24和转子20的轴向支撑。在相反的轴向方向上,第一离 合器22、第二离合器24和转子20经由布置在壳体内区段74与离合器 转子50之间的止推轴承元件92轴向支撑。
从动侧的壳体部分70具有用于引入用来操纵第一和/或第二离合 器22、24的操纵流体的流体开口94。在从动侧的壳体部分70中的流 体开口94与离合器转子50中的相应的流体开口96连接。离合器转子 50中的流体开口96将操纵流体引导到相应的第一和第二压力腔56、 64中。对流体转移部的密封通过直接布置在从动侧的壳体部分70与离 合器转子50之间的密封元件98密封。此外,在从动侧的壳体部分70 中和离合器转子50中置入用于引入冷却流体的至少一个流体开口,以 用于对第一和/或第二离合器22、24冷却。

Claims (10)

1.用于车辆的驱动系的离合器设备(12),所述离合器设备在第一驱动设备与从动设备之间起作用,并且所述离合器设备包括
至少一个布置成在所述第一驱动设备与实施为电动马达(14)的第二驱动设备(16)之间起作用的第一离合器(22),所述第一离合器具有能围绕转动轴线(A)转动并抗相对转动地与所述电动马达(14)的转子(20)连接的第一离合器元件(26)并且具有抗相对转动地与所述第一驱动设备的驱动元件(28)连接的第二离合器元件(30)并且还具有布置成在第一和第二离合器元件(26、30)之间起作用的、用于在所述第一和第二离合器元件(26、30)之间进行能松开的且摩擦锁合式连接的第一摩擦区域(32),
用于支承所述第一离合器(22)的支承设备(86),
其特征在于,
所述第一离合器(22)和所述转子(20)共同地经由所述支承设备(86)至少径向支承在固定不动的容纳壳体(72)上,所述容纳壳体包括径向延伸的从动侧的壳体部分(70)和驱动侧的壳体部分(68),所述从动侧的壳体部分具有径向布置在所述第一摩擦区域(32)之内的壳体内区段(74),并且
所述支承设备(86)具有从动侧的第一支承设施(80)和与所述第一支承设施(80)轴向间隔地布置的驱动侧的第二支承设施(84),所述第一支承设施具有至少一个容纳在所述壳体内区段(74)上的第一轴承元件(78),所述第二支承设施(84)具有至少一个第二轴承元件(88)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述第一离合器元件(26)包括离合器转子(50),所述离合器转子具有用于引入操纵流体用来操纵所述第一离合器(22)的流体开口(96)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述从动侧的壳体部分(70)具有用于将操纵流体引入到所述离合器转子(50)中的流体开口(94)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,直接在所述从动侧的壳体部分(70)与所述离合器转子(50)之间布置有至少一个密封元件(98)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述第一摩擦区域(32)包括摩擦片,并且所述第一离合器元件(26)具有用于容纳所述摩擦片的片载体(46)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述第二离合器元件(30)在第一和第二轴承元件(78、88)之间径向穿引。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述第一支承设施(80)包括紧固在所述壳体内区段(74)上的支承套筒(76),并且所述第一轴承元件(78)容纳在所述支承套筒上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述第一轴承元件(78)径向布置在所述支承套筒(76)之外。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的离合器设备(12),其特征在于,所述转子(20)容纳在所述第一离合器元件(26)上并且经由所述第一离合器元件支承。
