Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车、尤其混合动力机动车的混合动力模块,用于耦接内燃机和变速器,以及涉及一种用于机动车的驱动组件。
背景技术
根据现有技术的混合动力模块通常包括用于机械式地耦合内燃机的连接装置、离合器装置(借助所述离合器装置能够将转矩从内燃机传递到混合动力模块上并且借助所述离合器装置能够将混合动力模块与内燃机分离)以及一种用于借助转子产生驱动转矩的电机。所述电机实现电动地行驶、在内燃机运行时的功率增加和余热利用。离合器装置和其操纵系统负责将内燃机接合到机动车的驱动系中。
此外,已知所谓的三重离合器变型式的混合动力模块,在所述三重离合器变型中,除了构型为分离离合器的离合器装置之外,混合动力模块还包括用于将混合动力模块耦合在变速器单元的两个变速器输入轴上的双离合器设备。为了在轴向上紧凑地构造,已知分离离合器以及双离合器设备在径向上和在轴向上布置在空心柱体式地实施的、被电机的转子包围的空间中。在这里,然而在离合器中在离合器接合过程中产生的摩擦热也向电机的转子放出,这长期地会导致妨害或者损坏电机。
WO 2019 015 713 A1公开了一种用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块,其具有用于选择性地使内燃机与可电马达式地驱动的中间轴耦合和脱耦的分离离合器以及具有用于电马达式地驱动中间轴的电机。电机的转子在这里与转子支架一起通过滚动轴承支承在壳体壁上,其中,壳体壁在轴向上布置在电机和分离离合器之间。然而,这类的构型又具有相应的安装空间要求。
发明内容
从此出发,基于本发明的任务是:提供一种混合动力模块以及一种装有该混合动力模块的驱动组件,所述混合动力模块以及驱动组件以在结构上简单的方式和在有效率地利用安装空间时实现电机的小的热负荷。
该任务通过根据权利要求1的、根据本发明的混合动力模块解决。在从属权利要求2至9中说明混合动力模块的有利的构型。补充地,提供一种根据权利要求10的、用于机动车的驱动组件,所述驱动组件具有所述混合动力模块。

术语“轴向”和“径向”在本发明的框架下总是涉及混合动力模块的旋转轴线。
本发明涉及一种用于机动车、尤其用于混合动力机动车的混合动力模块,用于耦接内燃机以及变速器,其包括具有转子的电机以及还包括分离离合器和构成壳体内部空间的壳体,其中,所述转子在径向上包围一空间。分离离合器布置在被转子包围的空间的轴向外部并且转子以及分离离合器布置在共同的壳体内部空间中。尤其能够设置:分离离合器的至少一个转矩传递元件布置在被转子包围的空间的轴向外部。在此,这类转矩传递元件能够具有至少一个摩擦衬片对以及为了闭合转矩传递路径的目的而具有能够挤压到摩擦衬片对上的挤压板或者对应挤压板的区段,从而分离离合器构型为摩擦离合器。
在此,布置在电机和内燃机之间的转矩传递路径中的分离离合器能够打滑地运行,从而在用于在混合动力模块上将在输入侧和输出侧上作用的转数同步的同步过程中能够首先进行电机和变速器之间的转数的匹配,并且在这种匹配之后能够通过分离离合器将电机和内燃机的转数相适应。
因此,内燃机的惯性矩不必通过离合器装置一起同步。
混合动力模块能够相应地根据所谓的P2组件构型。
此外,混合动力模块能够具有用于操纵分离离合器的分离离合器操纵装置。尤其分离离合器操纵装置能够构型为活塞缸单元。在此,用于操纵分离离合器的这种活塞缸单元能够具有多个在周向上分布地布置的单活塞。因此,用于操纵分离离合器的这种活塞缸单元构型为所谓的多活塞分离器。
此外,活塞缸单元能够在轴向上支撑在要接上的内燃机的壳体壁、尤其后壁上。
此外能够设置:分离离合器的操纵能够直接地或者间接地通过杆由分离离合器操纵装置实现。分离离合器能够分别常闭地或者也常开地实施。
根据本发明的另一方面,混合动力模块还包括离合器装置、尤其双离合器设备,其中,离合器装置在径向上至少局部地和在轴向上至少局部地布置在被转子包围的空间之内。
在此,离合器装置的相应的子离合器能够实施为单盘式或者多盘式离合器设备。
优选离合器装置的至少一个挤压板和对应挤压板分别抗扭转地与转子支架连接,其中,在此电机的转子为了围绕混合动力模块的旋转轴线旋转的目的而布置在能够围绕旋转轴线转动的转子支架上。在此,为了借助在轴向上起作用的力加载摩擦衬片以闭合转矩传递路径的目的,尤其离合器装置的挤压板具有在轴向方向上的自由度。
以有利的方式,分离离合器至少局部地布置在被转子包围的空间的径向外部。
尤其能够设置:分离离合器的至少一个转矩传递元件至少局部地布置在被转子包围的空间的径向外部。
根据本发明的另一方面,混合动力模块包括用于探测转子的角度位置的传感器,所述传感器布置在混合动力模块的构型用于将混合动力模块机械式地耦合到变速器上的输出侧上。
在此,用于探测转子位置的传感器的元件(例如发送器)能够布置在电机的转子支架上,并且传感器的另一组成部分(例如接收器)能够布置在混合动力模块的壳体上。
在本发明的在结构上有利的一种实施方式中,壳体的壳体缩进部相对于转子支架在径向内部沿轴向方向延伸,其中,在该壳体缩进部和转子支架之间布置有用于至少在径向上支承转子支架的支撑轴承。在有利的构型中,支撑轴承也用于在轴向上支承转子支架。
壳体缩进部能够与基本上在径向上延伸的壳体壁连接,其中,壳体壁实现壳体内部空间的变速器侧的界限。
相对于壳体缩进部在径向内部,尤其变速器单元的输入元件(尤其至少一个变速器输入轴)或者混合动力模块的从动元件(尤其从动轴)能够为了连接到变速器单元上的目的而被引导。
在补充的实施方式中,在壳体缩进部上布置有用于操纵离合器装置的离合器操纵装置、尤其双活塞缸单元。
在此,离合器操纵装置附加地或者替代地也能够布置在壳体壁上。
离合器操纵设备能够为了将操纵力从双活塞缸单元传递到离合器装置的子离合器上的目的而例如分别具有压力罐或者杆传动装置。
以有利的方式,分离离合器的转矩传递元件的径向内边缘比被转子包围的空间的径向外边缘到混合动力模块的旋转轴线的间距大。
这类转矩传递元件能够具有至少一个摩擦衬片对。
根据另一实施方式,混合动力模块包括减振器单元(尤其振动减振器),所述减振器单元布置在分离离合器和转子支架之间的转矩传递路径中。也就是说,分离离合器的输出元件与减振器单元的初级侧连接并且因此分离离合器间接地通过减振器单元与转子支架连接。减振器单元还具有次级侧,所述次级侧与转子支架连接。
尤其减振器单元和分离离合器在此直接地相互连接。在此,分离离合器自身能够构成混合动力模块的输入侧或者直接地与实现混合动力模块的输入侧的构件(如中间轴)连接。尤其减振器能够构型为干式减振器。例如,减振器为摆式摆动减振器。
此外能够设置:减振器单元和分离离合器在径向上至少局部嵌套地布置,其中,减振器单元至少局部地布置在分离离合器的径向内部。
根据另一实施方式,分离离合器的摩擦衬片支架连接在转子支架上,并且分离离合器的挤压单元设置用于至少间接地连接到内燃机上。挤压单元优选具有挤压板以及与所述挤压板抗扭转地连接的对应挤压板,其中,挤压单元的挤压板和对应挤压板分别布置在由摩擦衬片支架支承的摩擦衬片、尤其摩擦衬片对的对置的轴向侧上。
相应地,挤压板或者对应挤压板能够看作是分离离合器的轴向外侧,其中,摩擦衬片对能够看作是分离离合器的轴向内侧。
因此,分离离合器的轴向内侧相当于分离离合器的输出侧,其中,分离离合器的轴向外侧相当于分离离合器的输入侧。
尤其能够设置:作为分离离合器的输入元件的挤压板或者对应挤压板间接地通过与挤压板或者对应挤压板连接的构件(如中间轴)连接到内燃机上。
此外,分离离合器在转子支架上的连接尤其能够间接地通过至少一个与作为分离离合器的输出元件的摩擦衬片支架连接的构件(如减振器单元)实现。在此能够设置:所述摩擦衬片支架通过齿部与减振器单元连接,其中,为了摩擦衬片支架的轴向运动以打开和闭合分离离合器的目的,齿部允许在摩擦衬片支架和减振器单元之间在轴向方向上的相对运动。
根据本发明的混合动力模块具有下述优点:分离离合器布置在被转子包围的空间的轴向外部并且因此在操纵分离离合器时从该分离离合器放出的热不被引入电机中或者至少少量的热被引入电机中。
此外,通过分离离合器和电机布置在共同的壳体内部空间中能够确保混合动力模块的尤其在轴向上非常短的结构类型。
借助根据本发明的混合动力模块,在装有根据本发明的混合动力模块的机动车开动时能够通过所述分离离合器而不是双离合器设备执行耦合过程,从而在由转子或者转子支架包围的空间之外产生由摩擦决定的热并且电机总体上在热技术上被小地负荷。
电机能够用于:在用于将在混合动力模块上在输入侧和输出侧上作用的转数同步的同步过程中、尤其是在从第五档换低档到第二档或者从第六档换低档到第三档时越级减档期间的同步过程中使内燃机加速并且这样使作用在混合动力模块两侧的转数相互相称。
在此,分离离合器能够打滑地运行。相应地,双离合器设备的子离合器在同步过程中较小地负荷,由此减小到电机中的热引入。
此外,根据本发明提供一种用于机动车的驱动组件,所述驱动组件具有根据本发明的混合动力模块、驱动总成(例如内燃机)以及变速器,其中,混合动力模块以输入侧与驱动总成机械式地耦合并且以输出侧与变速器机械式地耦合。
混合动力模块的壳体、尤其壳体缩进部(用于转子支架的支撑轴承位于所述壳体缩进部上)能够与连接到混合动力模块上的变速器的壳体机械式地固定地连接。

分离离合器20、减振器单元60、电机10和离合器装置30以这个顺序串行地布置在内燃机和变速器之间的转矩传递路径中。
与分离离合器20连接的中间轴82构成混合动力模块1的用于耦合内燃机的输入侧3,其中,在混合动力模块1的输出侧4上的离合器装置30构型用于耦合到变速器上。

摩擦衬片支架27向径向内部延伸并且通过齿部90与减振器单元60的输入侧61抗扭转地连接。
在此,减振器单元60的输入侧61相当于减振器单元60的初级侧,其中,减振器单元60的与电机10连接的输出侧62相当于减振器60的次级侧。

电机10的转子11在径向上包围一空间14,离合器装置30布置在所述空间中。在此,构型为双离合器设备的离合器装置30的第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50布置在转子支架13的支撑区段17的面向分离离合器20的侧上。第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50分别构型为多盘式离合器。在此,第一子离合器40的挤压板41、中间板45以及对应挤压板42在径向方向上与转子支架13连接,并且第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片43分别在轴向上布置在第一子离合器40的挤压板41和中间板45之间或者中间板45和对应挤压板42之间,其中,第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片支架44支承摩擦衬片43。此外,第二子离合器50的挤压板51、中间板55以及对应挤压板52在径向方向上与转子支架13连接,并且第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片53分别在轴向上布置在第二子离合器50的挤压板51和中间板55之间或者中间板55和对应挤压板52之间,其中,第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片支架54支承摩擦衬片43。挤压板41、51以及中间板45、55为了打开和闭合子离合器40、50的目的而具有在轴向方向上的自由度。
在此,离合器装置30的构型为第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片支架44的第一输出元件31将第一子离合器40与第一变速器输入轴80连接,其中,离合器装置30的构型为第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片支架54的第二输出元件32将第二子离合器50与第二变速器输入轴81连接。
第一变速器输入轴80以及第二变速器输入轴81在壳体缩进部71的径向内部为了使混合动力模块1连接到变速器上的目的而向混合动力模块1的输出侧4的方向延伸。
在此,用于操纵第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50的离合器操纵装置101(构型为活塞缸单元)在混合动力模块1的输出侧4在径向上布置在壳体缩进部71上以及在轴向上贴靠地布置在壳体壁72上。在此,为了离合器装置30构型为常开的离合器装置的目的,离合器操纵装置101包括支撑在转子支架13的支撑区段17的在轴向上背离离合器装置30的侧上的回位弹簧103。
分离离合器20的分离离合器转矩传递元件21的径向内边缘在此到混合动力模块1的旋转轴线2比下述边缘的间距大:即离合器装置30的第一子离合器40的挤压板41、对应挤压板42、中间板45或者摩擦衬片43的径向外边缘或者离合器装置30的第二子离合器50的挤压板51、对应挤压板52、中间板55或者摩擦衬片53的径向外边缘。
由内燃机提供的转矩因此通过中间轴82传递到分离离合器20上,并且在分离离合器20闭合的情况下传递到减振器单元60上。为了实现发电机运行的目的,将转矩进一步传递到电机10上并且还传递到离合器装置30上。现在通过离合器装置30能够将转矩根据子离合器40、50的连接通过或者第一变速器输入轴80或者第二变速器输入轴81传递到变速器上。在相反的方向上,作用在变速器上的转矩能够通过变速器输入轴80、81传递到离合器装置30上并且为了余热利用的目的而从那里传递到电机10上。
在图2中以剖开的侧视图示出根据第二实施方式的、根据本发明的混合动力模块1。
在此,在第二实施方式中的混合动力模块1与图1的混合动力模块1的第一实施方式基本上等效。不同的仅仅是分离离合器20或者分离离合器操纵装置100的构型。
在图2中,分离离合器20的对应挤压板24布置在分离离合器20的背离电机10的侧上,并且分离离合器20的挤压板23布置在分离离合器20的面向电机10的侧上,其中,对应挤压板24在此直接与中间轴82连接。
不同于图1,分离离合器操纵装置100包括杆102,所述杆支撑在对应挤压板24的面向分离离合器操纵装置100的侧上并且与挤压板23连接。
在操纵分离离合器操纵操纵装置100时,杆102相应地围绕铰接地支撑在对应挤压板24上的点倾斜并且为了闭合分离离合器20的目的而将挤压板23拉到摩擦衬片对22上。
借助根据本发明的混合动力模块以及装有该混合动力模块的驱动组件能够以结构上简单的方式和在有效率地利用安装空间时实现电机的小的热负荷。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车、尤其用于混合动力机动车的混合动力模块(1),用于耦接内燃机以及变速器,其包括具有转子(11)的电机(10)以及还包括分离离合器(20)和构成壳体内部空间(73)的壳体(70),其中,所述转子(11)在径向上包围一空间(14),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)布置在被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的轴向外部并且所述转子(11)以及所述分离离合器(10)布置在共同的壳体内部空间(74)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)还包括离合器装置(30)、尤其双离合器设备,其中,所述离合器装置(30)在径向上至少局部地和在轴向上至少局部地布置在被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)之内。
3.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)至少局部地布置在被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的径向外部。
4.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)包括用于探测所述转子(11)的角度位置的传感器(15),所述传感器布置在所述混合动力模块的构型用于将所述混合动力模块(1)机械式地耦合到变速器上的输出侧(26)。
5.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(70)的壳体缩进部(71)相对于转子支架(13)在径向内部沿轴向方向延伸,并且在该壳体缩进部(71)和该转子支架(13)之间布置有用于至少在径向上支承所述转子支架(13)的支撑轴承(91)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,在所述壳体缩进部(71)上布置有用于操纵所述离合器装置(30)的离合器操纵装置(101)、尤其双活塞缸单元。
7.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)的转矩传递元件(21)的径向内边缘比被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的径向外边缘到所述混合动力模块(1)的旋转轴线(2)的间距大。
8.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)包括减振器单元(60)、尤其振动减振器,所述减振器单元布置在所述分离离合器(20)和所述转子支架(13)之间的转矩传递路径中。
9.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)的摩擦衬片支架(27)连接到所述转子支架(13)上,并且设置所述分离离合器(20)的挤压单元(28)用于连接到内燃机上。
10.一种用于机动车的驱动组件,其包括根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的混合动力模块(1)以及驱动总成、尤其内燃机以及变速器,其中,所述混合动力模块(1)以输入侧(3)与所述驱动总成机械式地耦合并且以输出侧(4)与所述变速器机械式地耦合。
