分离离合器在内燃机上的连接尤其能够间接地经由至少一个与作为分离离合器的输入元件的摩擦衬片承载件连接的构件,如阻尼单元和/或中间轴实现。
在此能够提出,摩擦衬片承载件经由齿部与阻尼单元连接,其中为了使摩擦衬片承载件轴向运动以断开或闭合分离离合器,齿部允许沿轴向方向在摩擦衬片承载件和阻尼单元之间的相对运动。
根据本发明的混动模块具有如下优点,分离离合器设置在由转子包围的空间的轴向外部,从而在操纵分离离合器时由其输出的热量不会被引入到电机中或至少少量的热量被引入到电机中。
此外,通过将分离离合器和电机设置在共同的壳体内部空间中,能够确保混动模块的尤其轴向非常短的结构方式。
借助根据本发明的混动模块,在配设有根据本发明的混动模块的机动车启动时经由分离离合器、而不是双离合器设备来执行离合过程,使得摩擦引起的热量在由转子或转子承载件包围的空间之外产生并且电机整体上在热力学方面承受少量负荷。
电机能够用于,在用于将在混动模块处在输入侧和输出侧施加的转速同步的同步过程中,尤其在重叠切换期间的同步过程中在从第五挡向回切换到第二挡或者从第六挡向回切换到第三挡时,使内燃机加速从而使在混动模块的两侧施加的转速彼此均衡。
分离离合器在此能够滑转地运行。相应地,双离合器设备的分离离合器在同步过程中更少地承受负荷,由此减少到电机中的热量输入。
此外,根据本发明提供一种用于机动车的驱动装置,所述驱动装置具有:根据本发明的混动模块;驱动设备,如例如内燃机;以及变速器,其中混动模块借助输入侧与驱动设备并且借助输出侧与变速器机械耦联。
混动模块的壳体,尤其安置有用于转子承载件的支撑轴承的壳体凸肩,能够机械固定地与连接于混动模块的变速器的壳体连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的驱动装置5的一个部段的示意图。
驱动装置5的所述部段包括内燃机6以及混动模块1,其中混动模块1具有构成为减振器的阻尼单元60、分离离合器20、电机10以及构成为双离合器设备的离合器装置30。混动模块1的输出侧4构成用于耦联在此未示出的变速器。在内燃机6和变速器之间的扭矩传输路径中,阻尼单元60、分离离合器20、电机10和离合器装置30以所述顺序串联设置。
电机10的转子11径向地包围空间14,离合器装置30设置在所述空间中。在此,构成为双离合器设备的离合器装置30的第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50与承载转子11的转子承载件13连接。第一子离合器40为了连接到变速器上与第一变速器输入轴80连接,并且第二子离合器50为了连接到变速器上与第二变速器输入轴81连接。
混动模块1在此相应地经由阻尼单元60在混动模块1的输入侧3上耦联于内燃机6,并且经由作为混动模块1的输出侧4的离合器装置30耦联于驱动装置5的变速器。
由内燃机6提供的扭矩因此经由阻尼单元60传输给分离离合器20。在分离离合器20闭合时,扭矩为了实现发电机运行继续传输给电机10。此外,扭矩被传导给离合器装置30。经由离合器装置30,扭矩现在能够与子离合器40、50的切换无关地经由第一或第二变速器输入轴80、81传输给变速器。沿相反的方向,在变速器上施加的扭矩能够经由变速器输入轴80、81传输给离合器装置30,并且从那里为了回收传输给电机10。
在图2中示出根据本发明的混动模块1的剖开的侧视图。
在图2中示出的混动模块1在此是在图1中示出的驱动装置的混动模块1的细节图。
阻尼单元60在此如在图1中那样设置在混动模块1的输入侧3上,其中阻尼单元60的输入侧61为了连接于内燃机与中间轴82连接并且阻尼单元60的输出侧62与分离离合器20的输入元件25固定连接。
分离离合器20包括:压紧单元28,其具有反压板24和压板23;以及摩擦衬片对22。压紧单元28和摩擦衬片对22形成分离离合器20的分离离合器扭矩传输元件21,其中摩擦衬片对22轴向地设置在压板23和反压板24之间。分离离合器20的输入元件25在此通过承载摩擦衬片对22的摩擦衬片承载件27实现,并且分离离合器20的输出元件26通过压紧单元28实现,其中摩擦衬片承载件27朝径向内部延伸并且经由齿部90与阻尼单元60的输出侧62抗扭地连接。
压板23与构成为活塞缸单元的分离离合器操纵装置100连接,其中分离离合器操纵装置100支撑在内燃机的在此未示出的壳体壁上。
阻尼单元60局部地设置在分离离合器20的径向内部。反压板24是压紧单元28的组成部分并且作为分离离合器20的输出元件26与电机10的转子承载件13的一个部段16抗扭地连接。
电机10的定子12固定地与混动模块1的壳体70连接,其中电机10的转子11在此为了围绕混动模块1的旋转轴线2旋转设置在可转动的转子承载件13上。对此,转子承载件13借助支撑部段17经由支撑轴承91径向支承在壳体70的壳体凸肩71上。此外,用于探测转子11的角位置的转子位置传感器15在混动模块1的朝向要设置在混动模块1上的变速器的一侧或者说混动模块1的输出侧4上轴向地设置在转子11旁。
壳体凸肩71在此沿轴向方向关于离合器装置30在径向内部延伸并且与壳体70的壳体壁72连接,其中壳体壁72从壳体凸肩71沿径向方向在混动模块1的输出侧4上延伸并且在变速器侧对由壳体70构成的壳体内部空间73限界。由壳体70构成的壳体内部空间73相应于共同的壳体内部空间74,分离离合器20和电机10设置在所述共同的壳体内部空间中。
如已经在图1中示出,构成为双离合器设备的离合器装置30或其子离合器40、50设置在由转子11径向包围的空间14中。此外,从图2中可见,离合器装置30或者说第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50也在由转子11包围的空间14的轴向内部设置在转子承载件13的支撑部段17的朝向分离离合器20的一侧上。在此,第一子离合器40的压板41以及反压板42沿径向方向与转子承载件13连接。此外,第二子离合器50的压板51以及反压板52沿径向方向与转子承载件13连接。第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片43轴向地设置在第一子离合器40的反压板42和第一子离合器40的压板41之间,并且由第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片承载件44承载。第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片53轴向地设置在第二子离合器50的反压板52和第二子离合器50的压板51之间并且由第一子离合器50的摩擦衬片承载件54承载。
离合器装置30的构成为第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片承载件44的第一输出元件31在此将第一子离合器40与第一变速器输入轴80连接,其中离合器装置30的构成为第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片承载件54的第二输出元件32将第二子离合器50与第二变速器输入轴81连接。
为了将混动模块1连接于变速器,第一变速器输入轴80以及第二变速器输入轴81在壳体凸肩71的径向内部朝向混动模块1的输出侧4的方向延伸。
用于操纵第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50的、构成为活塞缸单元的离合器操纵装置101在此在混动模块1的输出侧4上径向地在壳体凸肩71上以及轴向地贴靠壳体壁72设置。
与第一子离合器40的压板41的、反压板42的或摩擦衬片43的径向外部边缘相比,或者与离合器装置30的第二子离合器50的压板51的、反压板52的或摩擦衬片53的径向外部边缘相比,分离离合器20的分离离合器扭矩传输元件21的径向内部边缘在此距混动模块1的旋转轴线2具有更大的间距。
借助根据本发明的混动模块以及配设有该混动模块的驱动装置,能够以构造简单的方式和在有效利用结构空间的情况下实现电机的低的热负荷。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车、尤其用于混动机动车的混动模块(1),所述混动模块用于耦联内燃机(6)以及变速器,所述混动模块包括:电机(10),所述电机具有转子(11),其中所述转子(11)径向地包围空间(14);以及此外还包括分离离合器(20)和壳体(70),所述壳体构成壳体内部空间(73),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)设置在由所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的轴向外部,并且所述转子(11)以及所述分离离合器(10)设置在共同的壳体内部空间(74)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述混动模块(1)此外包括离合器装置(30),尤其双离合器设备,其中所述离合器装置(30)径向至少局部地并且轴向至少局部地设置在由所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)之内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述电机(10)的转子(11)支承在转子承载件(13)上并且与所述离合器装置(30)的至少一个压板(41,51)和反压板(42,52)抗扭地连接。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)至少局部地设置在由所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的径向外部。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述混动模块(1)包括用于探测所述转子(11)的角位置的传感器(15),所述传感器设置在所述混动模块的输出侧(26)上,所述输出侧构成用于将所述混动模块(1)机械耦联于变速器。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述壳体(70)的壳体凸肩(71)关于所述转子承载件(13)在径向内部沿轴向方向延伸,并且在所述壳体凸肩(71)和所述转子承载件(13)之间设置有用于至少径向地支承所述转子承载件(13)的支撑轴承(91)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,在所述壳体凸肩(71)上设置有用于操纵所述离合器装置(30)的离合器操纵装置(101),尤其双活塞缸单元。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述混动模块(1)包括阻尼单元(60),尤其减振器,其中所述阻尼单元(60)和所述分离离合器(20)径向地至少局部嵌套地设置。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的混动模块(1),
其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)的压紧单元(28)连接于所述转子承载件(13),并且所述分离离合器(20)的摩擦衬片承载件(27)设计用于连接于内燃机(6)。
10.一种用于机动车的驱动装置(5),包括:根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的混动模块(1)以及驱动设备,尤其内燃机(6);以及变速器,其中所述混动模块(1)借助输入侧(3)与所述驱动设备机械耦联并且借助输出侧(4)与所述变速器机械耦联。
