技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车、尤其混合动力机动车的用于耦接内燃机和变速器的混合动力模块以及一种用于机动车的驱动组件。
背景技术
根据现有技术的混合动力模块通常包括用于机械式地耦合内燃机的连接装置、离合器装置(借助所述离合器装置能够将转矩从内燃机传递到混合动力模块上并且借助所述离合器装置能够将混合动力模块与内燃机分离)以及一种用于借助转子产生驱动转矩的电机。所述电机实现电动地行驶、在内燃机运行时的功率增加和余热利用。离合器装置和其操纵系统负责将内燃机接合到机动车的驱动系中。
此外,已知所谓的三重离合器变型式的混合动力模块,在所述三重离合器变型中,除了构型为分离离合器的离合器装置之外,混合动力模块还包括用于将混合动力模块耦合在变速器单元的两个变速器输入轴上的双离合器设备。为了在轴向上紧凑地构造,已知分离离合器以及双离合器设备在径向上和在轴向上布置在空心柱体式地实施的、被电机的转子包围的空间中。在这里,然而在离合器中在离合器接合过程中产生的摩擦热也向电机的转子放出,这长期地会导致妨害或者损坏电机。
WO 2019 015 713 A1公开了一种用于机动车的驱动系的混合动力模块,其具有用于选择性地使内燃机与可电马达式地驱动的中间轴耦合和脱耦的分离离合器以及具有用于电马达式地驱动中间轴的电机。电机的转子在这里与转子支架一起通过滚动轴承支承在壳体壁上,其中,壳体壁在轴向上布置在电机和分离离合器之间。然而,这类的构型又具有相应的安装空间要求。
发明内容
从此出发,基于本发明的任务是:提供一种混合动力模块以及一种装有该混合动力模块的驱动组件,所述混合动力模块以及驱动组件以在结构上简单的方式和在有效率地利用安装空间时实现电机的小的热负荷。
该任务通过根据权利要求1的、根据本发明的混合动力模块解决。在从属权利要求2至9中说明混合动力模块的有利的构型。补充地,提供一种根据权利要求10的、用于机动车的驱动组件,所述驱动组件具有所述混合动力模块。

术语“轴向”和“径向”在本发明的框架下总是涉及混合动力模块的旋转轴线。
本发明涉及一种用于机动车、尤其用于混合动力机动车的混合动力模块,用于耦接内燃机以及变速器,其包括具有转子的电机以及还包括分离离合器和构成壳体内部空间的壳体,其中,所述转子在径向上包围一空间。分离离合器布置在被转子包围的空间的轴向外部并且转子以及分离离合器布置在共同的壳体内部空间中。尤其能够设置:分离离合器的至少一个转矩传递元件布置在被转子包围的空间的轴向外部。在此,这类转矩传递元件能够具有至少一个摩擦衬片对以及为了闭合转矩传递路径的目的而具有能够挤压到摩擦衬片对上的挤压板或者对应挤压板的区段,从而分离离合器构型为摩擦离合器。
在此,分离离合器的轴向内侧能够由摩擦衬片对构型,并且分离离合器的轴向外侧能够由挤压板和对应挤压板组成的单元构型。摩擦衬片对能够被摩擦衬片支架(构型为分离离合器的输出元件)支承,所述摩擦衬片支架与转子支架连接。由挤压板和对应挤压板组成的单元实现分离离合器的输入侧并且设置用于将混合动力模块连接到内燃机上。因此,分离离合器的轴向外侧能够相当于分离离合器的输入侧,其中,分离离合器的轴向内侧能够相当于分离离合器的输出侧。
尤其能够设置:摩擦衬片支架作为分离离合器的输出元件直接连接在转子支架上。在此,摩擦衬片支架能够通过齿部与转子支架连接,其中,为了摩擦衬片支架轴向运动以打开和闭合分离离合器的目的,齿部允许在摩擦衬片支架和转子支架之间在轴向方向上的相对运动。
此外,分离离合器在内燃机上的连接尤其能够间接地通过至少一个与作为分离离合器的输入元件的挤压板和/或对应挤压板连接的构件(如阻尼器单元和/或中间轴)实现。
在此,布置在电机和内燃机之间的转矩传递路径中的分离离合器能够打滑地运行,从而在用于在混合动力模块上将在输入侧和输出侧上作用的转数同步的同步过程中能够首先进行电机和变速器之间的转数的匹配,并且在这种匹配之后能够通过分离离合器将电机和内燃机的转数相适应。
因此,内燃机的惯性矩不必通过离合器装置一起同步。
混合动力模块能够相应地根据所谓的P2组件构型。
根据本发明的另一方面,混合动力模块还包括离合器装置、尤其双离合器设备,其中,离合器装置在径向上至少局部地和在轴向上至少局部地布置在被转子包围的空间内部。尤其,混合动力模块还能够具有离合器操纵装置(优选构型为用于操纵双离合器设备的双活塞缸单元)。
在此,双离合器设备的相应的子离合器能够实施为单盘式离合器设备或者多盘式离合器设备。
离合器操纵设备能够为了将操纵力从双活塞缸单元传递到离合器装置的子离合器上的目的而具有例如至少一个压力罐或者杆传动装置。
以有利的方式,分离离合器至少局部地布置在被转子包围的空间的径向外部。
尤其能够设置:分离离合器的至少一个转矩传递元件至少局部地布置在被转子包围的空间的径向外部。
即,分离离合器的转矩传递元件的在径向外部的边缘能够比被转子包围的空间的在径向外部的边缘(即,比转子的径向内侧)具有到混合动力模块的旋转轴线更大的间距。这类的转矩传递元件能够具有至少一个摩擦衬片对。
根据本发明的另一方面,混合动力模块包括用于探测转子的角度位置的传感器,所述传感器布置在混合动力模块的构型用于将混合动力模块机械式地耦合到变速器上的输出侧上。
在此,用于探测转子位置的传感器的元件(例如发送器)能够布置在电机的转子支架上,并且传感器的另一组成部分(例如接收器)能够布置在混合动力模块的壳体上。
根据另一实施方式,混合动力模块具有用于操纵分离离合器的分离离合器操纵装置,其中,分离离合器操纵装置在轴向和径向方向上至少间接地支撑在转子支架上。
尤其分离离合器操纵装置能够构型为活塞缸单元。
通过分离离合器操纵装置在转子支架上的布置能够避免分离离合器操纵装置的发动机侧的布置。因此,分离离合器操纵装置无关于与根据本发明的混合动力模块耦合的内燃机的壳体壁的构型。混合动力模块还能够包括用于将流体引导至分离离合器操纵装置的输入管,其中,在分离离合器操纵装置构型为活塞缸单元时,被引导的流体能够实现活塞在缸中的轴向运动并且因此能够实现分离离合器操纵装置的操纵。为此,分离离合器操纵装置的输入管能够在轴向上在分离离合器和电机之间沿径向方向延伸,其中,然而输入管不是混合动力模块的壳体的组成部分,即,通过输入管在混合动力模块中的合格位置上的布置实现壳体内部空间在空间上不分离并且因此实现在分离离合器和电机之间在空间上不分离。
根据一种补充的实施方式,分离离合器操纵装置支撑在旋转轴承、尤其滚动轴承上,所述旋转轴承在轴向方向上支撑在转子支架上。
此外,旋转轴承也能够在径向方向上支撑在转子支架上。
在本发明的在结构上有利的一种实施方式中,壳体的壳体缩进部相对于转子支架在径向内部沿轴向方向延伸,其中,在该壳体缩进部和转子支架之间布置有用于至少在径向上支承转子支架的支撑轴承。在有利的构型中,支撑轴承也用于在轴向上支承转子支架。
壳体缩进部能够与基本上在径向上延伸的壳体壁连接,其中,壳体壁实现壳体内部空间的变速器侧的界限。
相对于壳体缩进部在径向内部,尤其变速器单元的输入元件(尤其至少一个变速器输入轴)或者混合动力模块的从动元件(尤其从动轴)能够为了连接到变速器单元上的目的而被引导。
优选离合器装置或者所使用的双离合器设备的离合器操纵装置能够布置在壳体缩进部上,其中,离合器操纵装置补充地或者替代地也能够布置在壳体壁上。
根据另一实施方式,混合动力模块包括阻尼器单元(尤其振动阻尼器),其中,阻尼器单元和分离离合器在径向上至少局部地嵌套地布置。尤其阻尼器单元和分离离合器在此为了传递转矩的目的而直接相互连接,其中,优选分离离合器的输入元件与阻尼器单元连接。
在此,分离离合器的将阻尼器单元与分离离合器连接的输入元件能够是分离离合器的挤压板或者对应挤压板。
径向的嵌套能够通过下述方式实现:使得分离离合器至少局部地布置在阻尼器单元的径向内部。在此,混合动力模块的输入侧优选通过阻尼器单元实现。
根据本发明的混合动力模块具有下述优点:分离离合器布置在被转子包围的空间的轴向外部并且因此在操纵分离离合器时从所述分离离合器放出的热不被引入到电机中或者至少是少量的热被引入到电机中。
此外,通过分离离合器和电机在共同的壳体内部空间中的布置能够确保混合动力模块的尤其在轴向上非常短的结构类型。
借助根据本发明的混合动力模块,在装有根据本发明的混合动力模块的机动车开动时能够通过所述分离离合器而不是双离合器设备执行耦合过程,从而在由转子或者转子支架包围的空间之外产生由摩擦决定的热并且电机总体上在热技术上被小地负荷。
电机能够用于:在用于将在混合动力模块上在输入侧和输出侧上作用的转数同步的同步过程中、尤其是在从第五档换低档到第二档或者从第六档换低档到第三档时越级减档期间的同步过程中使内燃机加速并且这样使作用在混合动力模块两侧的转数相互相称。
在此,分离离合器能够打滑地运行。相应地,双离合器设备的子离合器在同步过程中较小地负荷,由此减小到电机中的热引入。
此外,根据本发明提供一种用于机动车的驱动组件,所述驱动组件具有根据本发明的混合动力模块、驱动总成(例如内燃机)以及变速器,其中,混合动力模块以输入侧与驱动总成机械式地耦合并且以输出侧与变速器机械式地耦合。
混合动力模块的壳体、尤其壳体缩进部(用于转子支架的支撑轴承位于所述壳体缩进部上)能够与连接到混合动力模块上的变速器的壳体机械式地固定地连接。

图1示出根据本发明的驱动组件5的一个区段的示意性示图。
驱动组件5的区段包括内燃机6以及混合动力模块1,其中,混合动力模块1具有阻尼器单元60(构型为振动阻尼器)、分离离合器20、电机10以及离合器装置30(构型为双离合器设备)。混合动力模块1的输出侧4构型用于耦接在这里未示出的变速器。阻尼器单元60、分离离合器20、电机10和离合器装置30以这个顺序串行地布置在内燃机6和变速器之间的转矩传递路径中。电机10的转子11在径向上包围一空间14,离合器装置30布置在该空间中。在此,构型为双离合器设备的离合器装置30的第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50与支承转子11的转子支架13连接。第一子离合器40为了连接到变速器上的目的而与第一变速器输入轴80连接,并且第二子离合器50为了连接到变速器上的目的而与第二变速器输入轴81连接。
混合动力模块1在这里相应地通过作为混合动力模块1的输入侧3的阻尼器单元60耦合到内燃机6上并且通过作为混合动力模块1的输出侧4的离合器装置30耦合到驱动组件5的变速器上。
由内燃机6提供的转矩因此通过阻尼器单元60传递到分离离合器20上。在分离离合器20闭合的情况下,为了实现发电机运行的目的,将转矩进一步传递到电机10上。此外将转矩传递到离合器装置30上。现在,通过离合器装置30能够将转矩根据子离合器40、50的连接或者通过第一变速器输入轴80或者通过第二变速器输入轴81传递到变速器上。在相反的方向上,作用在变速器上的转矩能够通过变速器输入轴80、81传递到离合器装置30上并且为了余热利用的目的而从那里传递到电机10上。
在图2中以剖面的侧视图示出根据本发明的混合动力模块1。
在此,在图2中示出的混合动力模块1为在图1中所示出的驱动组件的混合动力模块1的详细示图。
在这里,阻尼器单元60与图1等效地构型为混合动力模块1的输入侧3,其中,阻尼器单元60的输入侧61设置用于连接到内燃机上并且阻尼器单元60的输出侧62与分离离合器20的输入元件25固定地连接。
分离离合器20包括对应挤压板24和挤压板23,其中,在轴向上在它们之间布置有摩擦衬片对22。对应挤压板24、挤压板23和摩擦衬片对22构成分离离合器20的分离离合器转矩传递元件21。分离离合器20的输入元件25在这里由对应挤压板24实现,并且分离离合器20的输出元件26由支承摩擦衬片对22的摩擦衬片支架27实现。挤压板23与分离离合器操纵装置100(构型为活塞缸单元)连接,其中,摩擦衬片支架27向径向内部延伸并且通过齿部90与转子支架13的在径向上相对远地内部布置的区段16抗扭转地连接,其中,分离离合器操纵装置100在此通过滚动轴承91支撑在转子支架13的区段16上。用于分离离合器操纵装置100的输入管102在径向方向上从径向外部延伸至分离离合器操纵装置100,所述分离离合器操纵装置在轴向上放置在分离离合器20和电机10之间。
分离离合器20局部地布置在阻尼器单元60的径向内部。
电机10的定子12固定地与混合动力模块1的壳体70连接,其中,电机10的转子11在此为了围绕混合动力模块1的旋转轴线2旋转的目的而布置在能转动的转子支架13上。为此,转子支架13以支撑区段17通过支撑轴承92在径向上支承在壳体70的壳体缩进部71上。此外,用于探测转子11的角度位置的转子位置传感器15在轴向上在转子11旁边布置在混合动力模块1的面向要布置在混合动力模块1上的变速器的侧上或者混合动力模块1的输出侧4上。
在此,壳体缩进部71相对于离合器装置30在径向内部在轴向方向上延伸并且与壳体70的壳体壁72连接,其中,壳体壁72在混合动力模块1的输出侧4上从壳体缩进部71在径向方向上延伸并且在变速器侧限界由壳体70构成的壳体内部空间73。由壳体70构成的壳体内部空间73相当于共同的壳体内部空间74,在所述共同的壳体内部空间中布置所述分离离合器20和所述电机10。
如已经在图1中所示出地,离合器装置30(构型为双离合器设备)或者其子离合器40、50布置在被转子11在径向上包围的空间14中。此外,从图2可见,离合器装置30或者第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50也在轴向上在被转子11包围的空间14内部布置在转子支架13的支撑区段17的面向分离离合器20的侧上。在此,第一子离合器40的挤压板41以及对应挤压板42在径向方向上与转子支架13连接。此外,第二子离合器50的挤压板51以及对应挤压板52在径向方向上与转子支架13连接。第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片43在轴向上布置在第一子离合器40的对应挤压板42和第一子离合器40的挤压板41之间并且被第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片支架44支承。第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片53在轴向上布置在第二子离合器50的对应挤压板52和第二子离合器50的挤压板51之间并且被第一子离合器50的摩擦衬片支架54支承。
在此,离合器装置30的构型为第一子离合器40的摩擦衬片支架44的第一输出元件31将第一子离合器40与第一变速器输入轴80连接,其中,离合器装置30的构型为第二子离合器50的摩擦衬片支架54的第二输出元件32将第二子离合器50与第二变速器输入轴81连接。
第一变速器输入轴80以及第二变速器输入轴81在壳体缩进部71的径向内部为了将混合动力模块1连接到变速器上的目的而在混合动力模块1的输出侧4的方向上延伸。
在此,用于操纵第一子离合器40和第二子离合器50的离合器操纵装置101(构型为活塞缸单元)在混合动力模块1的输出侧4上在径向上在壳体缩进部71上以及在轴向上在壳体壁72上贴靠地布置。
分离离合器20的分离离合器转矩传递元件21的径向内部的边缘在此到混合动力模块1的旋转轴线2具有比下述边缘更大的间距:即离合器装置30的第一子离合器40的挤压板41、对应挤压板42、中间板45或者摩擦衬片43的径向外部的边缘或者离合器装置30的第二子离合器50的挤压板51、对应挤压板52、中间板55或者摩擦衬片53的径向外部的边缘。
借助根据本发明的混合动力模块以及装有该混合动力模块的驱动组件能够以结构上简单的方式和在有效率地利用安装空间时实现电机的小的热负荷。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车、尤其用于混合动力机动车的混合动力模块(1),用于耦接内燃机(6)以及变速器,其包括具有转子(11)的电机(10)以及还包括分离离合器(20)和构成壳体内部空间(73)的壳体(70),其中,所述转子(11)在径向上包围一空间(14),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)布置在被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的轴向外部并且所述转子(11)以及所述分离离合器(10)布置在共同的壳体内部空间(74)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)还包括离合器装置(30)、尤其双离合器设备,其中,所述离合器装置(30)在径向上至少局部地和在轴向上至少局部地布置在被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)之内。
3.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)至少局部地布置在被所述转子(11)包围的空间(14)的径向外部。
4.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)包括用于探测所述转子(11)的角度位置的传感器(15),所述传感器布置在所述混合动力模块的构型用于将所述混合动力模块(1)机械式地耦合到变速器上的输出侧(26)。
5.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)具有用于操纵所述分离离合器(20)的分离离合器操纵装置(100),其中,所述分离离合器操纵装置(100)在轴向和径向方向上至少间接地支撑在转子支架(13)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器操纵装置(100)支撑在旋转轴承、尤其滚动轴承(91)上,所述旋转轴承在轴向方向上支撑在所述转子支架(13)上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述旋转轴承(91)也在径向方向上支撑在所述转子支架(13)上。
8.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述壳体(70)的壳体缩进部(71)相对于转子支架(13)在径向内部沿轴向方向延伸,并且在所述壳体缩进部(71)和所述转子支架(13)之间布置有用于至少在径向上支承所述转子支架(13)的支撑轴承(92)。
9.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的混合动力模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(1)包括阻尼器单元(60)、尤其振动阻尼器,其中,所述阻尼器单元(60)和所述分离离合器(20)在径向上至少局部地嵌套地布置。
10.一种用于机动车的驱动组件(5),其包括根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的混合动力模块(1)以及驱动总成、尤其内燃机(6)、以及变速器,其中,所述混合动力模块(1)以输入侧(3)与所述驱动总成机械式地耦合并且以输出侧(4)与所述变速器机械式地耦合。
