本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动系(10)的混合模块(14),所述动力传动系具有电机(12)、内燃机和变速器,其中混合模块(14)具有:可借助于电机(12)驱动的转子元件(18);设置在转子元件(18)之内的分离离合器(20),所述分离离合器具有压盘(64)和反压盘(66);和离合器装置(24),所述离合器装置具有至少一个包括压盘(48)和反压盘(50)的离合器(44,46)。提出:离合器装置(24)的反压盘(50)与转子元件(18)连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动系的混合模块,所述动力传动系具有电机、内燃机和变速器,其中混合模块具有:(i)可经由电机驱动的转子元件;(ii)设置在转子元件之内的分离离合器,所述分离离合器具有压盘和反压盘;以及(iii)离合器装置,所述离合器装置具有至少一个包括压盘和反压盘的离合器。
背景技术
相应的混合模块从WO2014/026685A1中已知。该文献示出用于机动车的动力传动系的混合模块,其中电机设置在内燃机和变速器之间。混合模块具有电机的转子和设置在转子之内的分离离合器,所述分离离合器具有压盘和反压盘。此外,在这种混合模块的关联内容中,在动力传动系中通常设有具有至少一个摩擦离合器的离合器装置,所述摩擦离合器自身具有压盘和反压盘。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供可简单构成的且在此紧凑的混合模块,所述混合模块具有用于将扭矩传递给至少一个变速器输入轴的部件。
在根据本发明的混合模块中提出:离合器装置的一个反压盘或在多个反压盘的情况下,所述反压盘中的至少一个反压盘与转子元件连接。该连接在此优选是直接的或非间接的或无中间元件的连接,其中没有设置用于跨接在离合器装置的反压盘和转子之间的轴向间距的中间元件。因此,混合模块的电机和离合器装置的耦联借助最小所需的结构空间实现。离合器装置也能够通过该措施伸入到电机的定子中。
转子元件优选是电机的转子或可由电机驱动的另一转子元件,尤其可经由皮带传动器驱动的辊子。
本发明的其他的实施方式的特征在于下述特征。
根据本发明的一个有利的实施方式提出:混合模块具有分离离合器的和离合器装置的共同的构件,所述构件形成分离离合器的反压盘和离合器装置的与转子元件连接的反压盘。在此,得到尤其紧凑的结构。
根据本发明的另一有利的实施方式提出:在转子元件和反压盘之间的连接实现为在转子元件的转子板和反压盘之间的直接连接。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出:在转子元件和反压盘之间的(直接)连接构成为焊接连接、铆接连接或螺丝连接或构成为其任意组合。
替选地,转子元件与离合器装置的反压盘旋接或铆接。在此,(当分离离合器或K0-分离离合器假设朝离合器装置的方向移动时)能够忽略分离离合器的反压盘,由此分离离合器的盘直接抵靠离合器装置的反压盘(的后侧)挤压。
通常,离合器装置能够构成为单离合器或多重离合器。根据本发明的另一优选的设计方案,离合器装置构成为具有多个离合器的多重离合器,尤其构成为具有两个离合器(离合器单元)的双离合器。在此有利地提出:离合器装置的另一反压盘经由至少一个中间元件与转子元件连接。
根据本发明的又一优选的实施方式提出:混合模块具有由转子元件、分离离合器和离合器部件以及转子元件中的中央的支承装置构成的单元,经由所述支承装置,单元能转动地支承在混合模块的壳体单元中,其中所述离合器部件包括离合器装置的反压盘。
在本发明的一个优选的设计方案中提出:分离离合器构成为能液压操纵的离合器。
有利地,混合模块具有构成为对中式从动缸(CSC)的分离设备,以借助于压力罐操纵分离离合器。分离离合器能够液压地经由CSC借助短的活塞操纵。由此能够借助于倾斜自由度补偿分离离合器的操纵系统的倾斜位置。
分离离合器本身能够借助于压力罐在没有附加的杠杆传动的情况操纵。由于通过直接操纵引起的低迟滞,于是能够对分离离合器进行压力调节。CSC和接合轴承优选径向地套在一起。
最后,在本发明的另一优选的设计方案中提出:混合模块具有连接在动力传动系中的分离离合器的上游的双质量飞轮。

具体实施方式
图1示出机动车的动力传动系10的一部分的剖面图。在动力传动系10中,在(未示出的)内燃机和(同样未示出的)变速器之间设置有电机12。电机12用作为驱动机器并且是混合模块14的一部分。该混合模块14具有如下主要部件:(i)功能单元16,其具有:构成为电机12的转子(转动件)的转子元件18,设置在转子元件18之内的分离离合器20,和离合器装置24的至少一个与转子元件18抗转动地连接的离合器部件22;(ii)壳体单元28,其部分地包围模块单元16和电机12的定子(定片)26,(iii)连接在动力传动系10中的分离离合器20的上游的双质量飞轮30;以及(iv)变速器32的包围起动离合器24的壳体部件。离合器装置24构成为双离合器34。与之相应地,变速器构成为双离合变速器,仅示出所述变速器中的两个变速器输入轴36、38。
得到动力传动系的如下路径:内燃机的输出轴40——双质量飞轮30——分离离合器20——转子元件18(在此为构成为内转动件的电机12的转子)——离合装置24——变速器输入轴36、38。在此,相应的轴36、38、40位于共同的轴线42上,所述轴线形成混合模块14的主轴线。
构成为双离合器34的离合器装置24具有两个离合器44、46,所述离合器具有相应的压盘48、反压盘50、从动盘52和操纵装置。
转子元件18在其内部中具有转子支承件54,所述转子支承件用作为中央的支承装置56,经由所述中央的支承装置将整个模块单元16可转动地支承在壳体单元28中。在转子元件18和离合器部件22之间的抗转动的连接在该实例中实现为在转子元件18的转子板58和起动离合器24的反压盘50之一、即第一离合器44的反压盘之间的直接连接60。在转子元件18和另一反压盘50、即第二离合器46的反压盘之间得到经由中间元件62实现的连接。第一离合器44的反压盘50和第二离合器46的反压盘50因此也经由该中间元件62彼此连接。
分离离合器20能够以液压的方式操纵。分离离合器20具有压盘64和反压盘66并且借助于分离设备68经由压力接口70操纵。分离设备68具有:分离轴承;中央分离单元,所述中央分离单元具有用于将力传递到分离轴承上的活塞;以及压力罐,所述压力罐用于将力从分离轴承传递到分离离合器20的压盘上。借助于该压力罐进行的力传递是无杠杆作用的力传递。
离合器装置24的反压盘50中的一个与转子元件18连接。离合器装置24的这一个反压盘50与转子元件18的连接在此是如下连接,其中不设有中间元件以跨接在离合器装置24的反压盘50和转子元件18或分离离合器20之间的轴向间距(直接的或非间接的或无中间元件的连接)。因此,借助最小所需的(轴向的)结构空间实现起动离合器24和混合模块14的分离离合器20和电机12的耦联。离合器装置24能够通过该措施伸入到电机12的定子26中。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于机动车的动力传动系(10)的混合模块(14),所述动力传动系具有电机(12)、内燃机和变速器,其中所述混合模块(14)具有:
-能借助于电机(12)驱动的转子元件(18);
-设置在所述转子元件(18)之内的分离离合器(20),所述分离离合器具有第一压盘(64)和第一反压盘(66);和
-设置在所述转子元件(18)外的离合器装置(24),所述离合器装置具有至少一个包括第二压盘(48)和第二反压盘(50)的离合器(44,46),
其特征在于,
所述离合器装置(24)的所述第二反压盘(50)与所述转子元件(18)连接;设有所述分离离合器(20)的和所述离合器装置(24)的共同的构件(72),所述构件形成所述分离离合器(20)的所述第一反压盘(66)和所述离合器装置(24)的与所述转子元件(18)连接的所述第二反压盘(50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块,其特征在于,在转子元件(18)和第二反压盘(50)之间的连接(60)实现为在所述转子元件(18)的转子板(58)和所述第二反压盘(50)之间的直接连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块,其特征在于,在转子元件(18)和第二反压盘(50)之间的连接(60)构成为焊接连接、铆接连接或螺丝连接或构成为其任意组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块,其特征在于,所述离合器装置(24)构成为具有多个离合器(44,46)的多重离合器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合模块,其特征在于,所述离合器装置(24)的另一第二反压盘(50)经由至少一个中间元件(62)与所述电机(12)的所述转子元件(18)连接。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合模块,其特征在于,设有由所述转子元件(18)、所述分离离合器(20)和离合器部件(22)以及所述转子元件(18)中的中央的支承装置(54)构成的功能单元(16),经由所述支承装置,所述功能单元(16)能转动地支承在所述混合模块的壳体单元(28)中,其中所述离合器部件包括所述离合器装置(24)的所述第二反压盘(50)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块,其特征在于,所述分离离合器(20)构成为能液压操纵的离合器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块,其特征在于,设有构成为对中式从动缸的分离设备(68),用于操纵所述分离离合器(20)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合模块,其特征在于,设有连接在所述动力传动系(10)中的所述分离离合器(20)的上游的双质量飞轮(30)。
