本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种组装简便并且结构紧凑的离合器,以及具有所述离合器的混合动力模块。
根据本发明,该技术问题通过权利要求1所述的离合器以及具有权利要求12所述的措施的混合动力模块来解决。
本发明另外有利的设计方案是从属权利要求的主题。
动力传递装置具有至少一个板状的中间构件,通过该中间构件连接拉紧件和压板。
在一种实施例中,两个压板例如分别通过所配属的操作构件接合,方法是:使得各操作系统轴向地作用在相应的接合轴承上。间接地通过所配属的操作构件,特别是在中间插入具有所配属的传感弹性件(Sensorfeder)的调整装置的情况下,借助具有拉紧件和中间构件的动力传递装置拉动其中一个压板。说明:径向、轴向等在此是指离合器的(主)旋转轴线的方向。
通过板状的中间构件或者说板式中间构件的使用,能够将其中一个压板的径向延展减小,其中,同时能使用已知设计结构的拉紧件。
另外的实施例具有下面的特征。
中间构件能够至少在压板的区域中贴靠压板的外周。通过中间构件的板状的设计方案或者说作为板件的中间构件的设计方案,得到其中一个压板侧的离合器的减小的径向延展。
能够设置,压板具有径向延展,该径向延展最多大于其中另外的压板的径向延展的20%。
能够设置,其中一个压板具有径向延展,该径向延展小于配对板的径向延展或是最多和配对板的径向延展一样大。
能够设置,压板被安置在驱动侧,并且具有其中另外的压板和操作构件的一侧被安置在驱动系中离合器的从动侧上。压板通常还位于离合器的面向驱动装置的一侧,而其中另外的压板和操所构件通常位于面向变速器的一侧。在离合器的面向驱动装置的一侧能实现结构空间的节省或者说结构空间节省潜能。
至少一个中间构件与拉紧件的连接能够被设计为螺栓连接或铆接或焊接或这些连接的任意的组合。在这种情况下,优选铆接或焊接。
至少一个中间构件与压板的连接能够被设计为螺栓连接或铆接或焊接或这些连接的任意的组合。在这种情况下,优选铆接或焊接。
能够设置,其中另外的压板的移动通过所配属的操作构件直接实现。其中另外的压板例如借助所配属的操作构件接合,方法是使操作构件轴向地作用在接合轴承上。在这种情况下,相应的操作构件通过插入调整装置作用在其中另外的压板上,并且所配属的传感弹性件直接作用在其中另外的压板上。
操作构件能够被设计为操作杆。
一种用于机动车辆的驱动系的混合动力模块,所述驱动系包括电机、内燃机和变速器,所述混合动力模块具有由电机能驱动的转子构件,特别是电机自身的转子,还能够设置,该混合动力模块具有上述离合器。该混合动力模块特别用于机动车辆的驱动系,其中,混合动力模块的具有转子的电机被安置在内燃机和变速器之间。该混合动力模块的电机通常连接在摩擦离合器之后。
最后,能够设置,该混合动力模块具有被设计为板件的中间构件,通过该中间构件,离合器的配对板与电机的转子构件(至少抗扭地)固定地连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出双离合器10,包括具有共同的配对板16的两个摩擦离合器12,14,在该配对板16上,离合器壳体18被固定地支承,两个压板20,22抗扭地并且相对旋转轴线A轴向能移动地被支承。两个压板20,22分别借助支撑在离合器壳体18上的操作构件(操作杆)24,26接合,方法是:分别将未示出的操作系统轴向作用在接合轴承上。在这种情况下,操作构件26在插入调整装置30的情况下作用在摩擦离合器14的压板22上,并且配属于调整装置30的传感弹性件34直接作用在压板22上。间接地由操作构件24在插入具有所配属的传感弹性件32的调整装置28的情况下借助动力传递装置36拉动摩擦离合器12的压板20。在配对板16和压板20,22之间分别安置离合器盘38,40,离合器盘38,40具有由离合器盘摩擦式连接地能张紧的摩擦衬片,并且离合器盘38,40分别能够或已经与(未示出的)其中一个变速器输入轴形状配合式连接。
借助在配对板16和被设计为中空轴的变速器输入轴之间安置的轴承(例如滚动轴承44)传动对中地并且能转动地支承双离合器10。
动力传递装置36具有拉紧件46,该拉紧件46通过铆钉(铆接装置48)与板状的中间构件50连接,中间构件50超过其中一个压板20远离地延伸,并且在双离合器10的远离操作构件24,26的一侧与该其中一个压板20借助铆钉(铆接装置52)连接。在这种情况下,板式中间构件50在其中一个压板20的区域中贴靠在该其中一个压板20的外周上。通过板状的中间构件/板式中间构件50的使用,能够较小地选择其中一个压板20的径向尺寸,其中,同时能继续使用已知设计结构的拉紧件46。其中一个压板20在示例中具有径向(总体-)尺寸,该径向(总体-)尺寸大于其中另外的压板22的轴向尺寸的不到10%。
双离合器10在驱动系中被特别这样组装,使得其中一个压板20被安置在驱动侧,并且具有其中另外的压板22和操作构件24,26的、与所述其中一个压板20对置的一侧被安置在双离合器10的从动侧上。由此得到双离合器10,其中,具有在面向驱动装置的一侧的结构空间的节省或者说结构空间的节省潜力。
混合动力模块的一种应用,其中能够特别有利地使用双离合器10。在该应用中,在驱动系中将电机安置在内燃机和变速器之间。电机用作驱动装置并且是混合动力模块的一部分。该混合动力模块具有下面的主要部分:(i)预装配的单元,包括电机的转子(电枢)和包括在转子内部安置的K0分离离合器的第一子单元(a)和至少一个与转子抗扭地连接的、包括双离合器的第二子单元(b),以及(ii)壳体单元,该壳体单元部分地包住预装配的单元并且具有电机的定子(支架)。由此,变速器被设计为具有两个变速器输入轴的双离合变速器。
由此得到下面的驱动系的路径:内燃机的从动轴-(可选的双质量飞轮-)K0分离离合器-被设计为内部电枢的电机的转子-双离合器10-变速器输入轴。在这种情况下,相应的轴被放置在共同的轴线上,该轴线即是双离合器10的旋转轴线A。
电机的转子在其内部具有用作中央轴承装置的转子支承件,预装配的单元通过该转子支承件在壳体单元中能转动地被支承。双离合器10与电机的转子(抗扭地)固定连接。该连接优选通过被设计为板件的中间构件实现,双离合器10的配对板16与电机的转子的转子部件通过该中间构件固定连接。
在此处阐述的混合动力模块中,电机的转子构成安置了分离离合器的混合动力模块的转子构件,作为上述混合动力模块的备选方案,转子构件还能是由电机能驱动的转子构件,特别是由电机通过皮带传动能够驱动的皮带轮,在转子构件内部,特别是皮带轮内部安置分离离合器。
尽管在上文结合实施方式描述了本发明,但应该理解的是,能够在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下实施各种设计方案和改变。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于机动车辆的,特别用于混合动力车辆的驱动系的离合器(10),其中,所述离合器(10)具有:
压板(20);
操作构件(24);和
具有拉紧件(46)的动力传递装置(36),其中,
通过所述操作构件(24)经由所述动力传递装置(26)的拉紧件(46)移动所述压板(20),
其特征在于,
所述动力传递装置(36)具有板状的中间构件(50),通过所述板状的中间构件(50)将所述拉紧件(46)和所述压板(20)功能连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器(10),其特征在于,所述板状的中间构件(50)将所述拉紧件(46)和所述压板(20)连接起来。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的离合器(10),其特征在于,所述中间构件(50)通过螺栓连接或铆接或焊接(48)或上述连接方式的任意的组合与所述拉紧件(46)连接。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器(10),其特征在于,所述中间构件(50)通过螺栓连接或铆接或焊接(52)或上述连接方式的任意的组合与所述压板(20)连接。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的离合器(10),其特征在于,所述中间构件(50)至少在所述压板(20)的区域中贴靠在所述压板(20)的外周上。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的离合器(10),其特征在于,所述操作构件(24)被设计为操作杆。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的离合器(10),其特征在于,
所述离合器(10)是具有至少两个摩擦离合器(12,14)的多离合器,
所述至少两个摩擦离合器(12,14)中的一个具有所述压板(20)、所述操作构件(24)和所述动力传递装置(36),
所述至少两个摩擦离合器(12,14)中的另一个具有另外的压板(22),所述配对板(16)和另外的操作构件(26),
所述压板(20)被安置在所述配对板(16)的其中一侧,所述另外的压板(22)被安置在所述配对板(16)的与所述其中一侧对置的另外一侧上,并且,
从所述另外一侧起不仅通过所述操作构件(24)能够操作所述压板(20),而且通过所述另外的操作构件(26)能够操作所述另外的压板(22)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的离合器,其特征在于,所述压板(20)具有径向延展,所述径向延展最多大于所述另外的压板(22)的径向延展的20%。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的离合器,其特征在于,所述其中一侧是机动车辆的驱动系中的驱动侧,并且所述另外一侧是机动车辆的驱动系中的从动侧。
10.根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的离合器,其特征在于,通过所述另外的操作构件(26)能直接地操作所述另外的压板(22)。
11.根据权利要求7至10中任一项所述的离合器,其特征在于,所述操作构件(24)和所述另外的操作构件(26)中的至少一个被设计为操作杆。
12.一种用于机动车辆的混合动力模块,其中所述混合动力模块具有:
电机;
能被电机驱动的转子构件;和
根据权利要求1至11所述的双离合器(10)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于至少一个被设计为板件的中间构件,所述离合器(10)的配对板(16)通过所述中间构件与所述转子构件至少抗扭地连接。
