Abstract
本发明涉及一种双离合器变速器,其具有湿式双离合器、双质量飞轮(ZMS)及电动机的(12),其中,该电动机的转子与该双离合器的输入侧(5)固定连接。

背景技术
用于机动车的双离合器是公知的。
该双离合器可被构成具有两个径向叠置地布置或轴向串联地布置的湿式离合器的双离合器,它们工作在一个封闭的湿室中,该湿室注有流体如液压油或类似流体。
此外在湿室中可设有用于扭转振动的减振的扭转振动阻尼器,该扭转振动尤其通过内燃机如高转矩的柴油发动机传递到传动系中。在此情况下随着内燃机运行不稳定的增强必需将扭转振动阻尼器、例如双质量飞轮定更大的尺寸,由此通过与湿式离合器轴向上相邻布置的扭转振动阻尼器使双离合器的结构空间增大。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务在于给出这样一种具有组合的电动机的双离合器变速器。
该任务将通过具有湿式双离合器、双质量飞轮(ZMS)及电动机的双离合器变速器来解决,其中电动机的转子固定地与双离合器的输入侧连接。
即在双湿式离合器与内燃机之间连接着一个电动机。由此形成通过电动机来实现起动-停止功能,助推及再生的可能性。在此情况下电动机位于干室中并通过一个盖与离合器室隔开。离合器室则被称为湿室。
在此情况下转子可直接地与双离合器的输入侧螺旋连接或铆接或焊接。
ZMS可被组合在湿室中。
尤其是电动机的定子可与变速器壳体连接。
此外离心力摆可被组合在湿室中,尤其在此情况下该FKP可连接在离合器的初级质量上。

具体实施方式
图1中表示一个机动车的传动系的一部分,其中,驱动转矩尤其内燃机或其它驱动装置的转矩通过一个螺旋连接部分和/或铆钉连接部分4传递到一个连接部件3上。一个电动机12的转子通过一个法兰盘2也被固定在连接部件3上,其中根据所示的实施例无论法兰盘1还是法兰盘2通过共同的铆接部分4和/或螺旋连接部分来连接。在法兰盘1与法兰盘2之间空出的结构空间可设置一个来自差动装置的横向轴。
连接部件3还用作双离合器变速器的一个变速器输入轴的驱动侧支承及同时构成双离合器的输入侧5(由套筒3与一个罐状盖5组成)的一个套筒。
连接部件3还通过盖6来支承,其中盖6使干室A与湿室B分开。
ZMS被设置在湿室B中,其中罐状盖5构成ZMS的输入侧及将转矩传递到弹簧组7上。
ZMS的输出侧8径向向内地延伸转两个罐状的外片支架9与10之间,这些外片支架各构成湿式离合器的输入侧。变换地也可设置一个共同的外片支架9+10,ZMS的输出侧8将转矩传递到该共同的外片支架上。
在各个离合器相应操作的情况下转矩由外片支架9及10传递到内片支架11及12上。
转矩由内片支架11,12传递到双离合器变速器的相应输入轴上。
变速器侧湿式离合器的操作通过活塞15及离心油室16来实现。
驱动侧湿式离合器的操作活塞17,罐状构件18及离心油室19来实现。在此情况下罐状构件18穿过变速器侧离合器的片及ZMS的输出侧8。
至少离心油室19由两部分构成,由此保证一个连续的冷却油流。
离心力摆(FKP)20也被设置在湿室中及通过构件21与离合器的初级质量22连接。离合器的初级质量通过滚针轴承支撑在变速器外输入轴14上。
通过齿圈23来实现一个泵的驱动。
图2表示本发明的双离合器变速器的一个实施例,其中电动机被设置在干室中及通过一个法兰盘与离合器的输入侧连接,其中ZMS及FKP被设置在湿室中及其中ZMS的输出法兰盘24径向地向内延伸及通过构件26与一个位于内部的导向套筒25连接,其中位于内部的导向套筒25支承一个作为离合器输入侧的单部件或多部件的内片支架27,及其中离合器轴向上浮动地通过弹簧28被预偏压支承。FKP被设置在构件26上。导向套筒25的径向内部设有液压液体源29。
图3表示本发明的双离合器变速器的一个实施例,其中电动机被设置在干室中及通过一个法兰盘与离合器的输入侧连接,其中ZMS及FKP被设置在湿室中及其中ZMS的输出法兰盘30侧向地延伸及通过构件31与位于内部的导向套筒25连接,其中位于内部的导向套筒25支承一个作为离合器输入侧的单部件或多部件的内片支架,及其中离合器轴向上浮动地通过弹簧28被预偏压支承。

本发明在一个预定的离合器结构空间(尤其一个径向小及轴向长地延伸的结构空间)中组合了一个电动机及一个在轴向上连接的双离合器。

Claims (6)
1.双离合器变速器,其具有湿式双离合器、双质量飞轮(ZMS)及电动机,其中,该电动机的转子与该双离合器的输入侧固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1的双离合器变速器,其中,所述电动机被设置在干室中并通过盖与离合器室隔开。
3.根据权利要求1或2的双离合器变速器,其中,所述转子直接地与所述双离合器的所述输入侧螺旋连接或铆接或焊接。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项的双离合器变速器,其中,所述ZMS被组合在湿室中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的双离合器变速器,其中,所述电动机的定子与变速器壳体连接。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的双离合器变速器,其中,离心力摆被组合在所述湿室中,尤其连接在所述离合器的初级质量上。
