现在,根据本发明提出,第一压力室和第二压力室至少局部地由变矩器的壳体限制。在根据DE 10 2009 020 672 A1的解决方案中对第一压力室而言这无疑是这种情况,然而不能直接并且清楚地从上述文献的图5中看到第二压力室的这种布置方式。在此,变矩器壳体将第一压力室直接与第二压力室分离。换言之,变矩器壳体的区段构成第一压力室的边界和第二压力室的边界。这两个压力室的这种设计方式使用现有的、本来存在的构件,因此根据本发明的混合动力驱动模块的零件数量可以保持得较小。
第一压力室指配有用于致动分离离合器的第一活塞。以相同的方式,第二压力室指配有用于致动锁止离合器的活塞。根据一个优选的设计方案,所述第一活塞的有效面积小于所述第二活塞的有效面积。这尤其在使用三通道实施方式的变矩器时是有利的,原因在于第二压力室抵抗存在于变矩器的环形空间中的压力而作用。第一压力室通常抵抗在比例上较小的润滑压力。
优选地,所述第一压力室和所述第二压力室至少局部地、径向地彼此上下布置。换言之,这两个压力室径向嵌套地布置。变矩器壳体的由此所需的几何形状比直的壳体壁更坚硬,因此用于分离离合器(或用于锁止离合器)的致动压力在较小的程度上引起变矩器壳体的形变。优选地,所述第二活塞在此至少局部地包围所述第一压力室。换言之,第二活塞的区段布置在第一压力室的径向外部和径向内部。
根据一个优选的设计方案,变矩器壳体具有底切部,即具有相比于变矩器壳体的整个结构长度轴向减小的尺寸的区域。这个底切部被适配为用于引导第一活塞。底切部不是必须单独引导第一活塞;而是,还可以设置有用于引导第一活塞的面。这种设计方式使用现有的、本来存在的构件来引导第一活塞,因此根据本发明的混合动力驱动模块的零件数量可以保持得较小。
优选地,变矩器的壳体与毂防旋转地连接。毂优选地用于可旋转地支撑变矩器,并且例如被实施为车削件,而变矩器壳体通常构成板结构。优选地,毂具有至少一个用于第一压力室的流体供应的流体通道。流体通道例如可以被实施为孔。优选地,所述毂额外地具有用于所述第二压力室的流体供应的第二流体通道,或者至少局部地限制所述第二流体通道。毂因此参与形成压力室中的至少一个压力室的流体供应。这种通道可以特别容易地以车削件来生产,例如借助于孔。因此毂特别适用于此目的。
根据一个优选的设计方案,分离离合器和锁止离合器被设计为湿运行的片式离合器。分离离合器的外摩擦片载体在此与变矩器壳体防旋转地连接。这可以实现混合动力驱动模块的特别紧凑的构造。优选地,外摩擦片载体与变矩器壳体铆接。铆接连接件在此可以布置在第一压力室内部。铆接连接件可以布置在变矩器壳体的限制第二压力室的区域中。
优选地,混合动力驱动模块是机动车辆变速器的一体式组成部分。在此,例如,混合动力驱动模块的单件式或多件式壳体容纳有行星齿轮组和换挡元件,借助于它们可以在变速器的驱动轴与从动轴之间切换多个挡位。替代于行星齿轮组和换挡元件,变速器还可以包括具有可移动的齿轮的摩擦齿轮传动机构,借助于该摩擦齿轮传动机构可以连续地改变驱动轴与从动轴之间的传动比。变速器还可以被实施为使用用于形成挡位的可切换的正齿轮副的单离合器变速器或双离合器变速器。
替代于此,混合动力驱动模块可以被设计为具有与机动车辆变速器的接口的独立单元。在此,混合动力驱动模块是可以与变速器分离的。
混合动力驱动模块可以是机动车辆的动力传动系的组成部分。混合动力驱动模块的电动机器可以被设置成用于驱动机动车辆和/或用于启动动力传动系的燃烧发动机。
下文借助附图详细描述本发明的实施例。在附图中:
图1至图3各自示出了根据本发明的混合动力驱动模块的不同实施例的截面视图;并且
图4和图5各自示出了用于机动车辆的动力传动系。
图1示出了根据第一实施例的混合动力驱动模块1的截面图。混合动力驱动模块1具有输入轴IN、具有防旋转的定子S以及能够旋转的转子R的电动机器、呈片式离合器的形式的分离离合器K0以及变矩器TC。通过闭合分离离合器K0,输入轴IN可以与转子R连接,该转子与变矩器TC的壳体TCG连接。为此,输入轴IN与分离离合器K0的内摩擦片载体连接,同时转子R与分离离合器K0的外摩擦片载体连接。变矩器TC具有布置在壳体TCG内部的锁止离合器WK,该锁止离合器被适配成用于将变矩器TC的泵轮和涡轮相互连接,并且因此将变矩器TC的液力路径以机械方式短接。锁止离合器WK被设计为片式离合器。
分离离合器K0和锁止离合器WK是可液压致动的。为了致动分离离合器K0设置有第一压力室DK1,该压力室布置在壳体TCG外部。如果第一压力室DK1中的压力升高,则第一活塞K0K抵抗在图1中未展示的复位弹簧的力而在分离离合器K0的摩擦片组的方向上移位。因此,分离离合器K0可以通过第一压力室DK1的压力施加在闭合方向上被致动。在第一活塞K0K的背离第一压力室DK1的端侧上设置有压力平衡室,该压力平衡室在轴向方向上由挡盘限制。
为了致动锁止离合器WK设置有第二压力室DK2,该压力室布置在壳体TCG内部。如果第二压力室DK2中的压力升高,则第二活塞WKK抵抗在图1中未展示的另一个复位弹簧的力而在锁止离合器WK的摩擦片组的方向上移位。因此,锁止离合器WK可以通过第一压力室DK2的压力施加在闭合方向上被致动。在第二活塞WKK的背离第二压力室DK2的端侧上不设置自身的压力平衡室。而第二压力室DK2中的压力抵抗存在于变矩器TC的环形空间中的压力而作用。在此,第二活塞WKK的有效面积大于第一活塞K0K的有效面积。“有效面积”在此被理解为相应的压力室DK1、DK2中的压力作用在其上的、活塞K0K、WKK的截面面积。
第一压力室和第二压力室DK1、DK2至少局部地由壳体TCG限制。换言之,压力室DK1、DK2中的压力直接支撑在壳体TCG上。在此,壳体TCG将第一压力室DK1直接与第二压力室DK2分离。
壳体TCG与毂N防旋转地连接,例如借助于焊接连接。毂N例如可以以切削方法生产,而壳体TCG通常通过成型生产。毂N具有呈孔的形式的第一流体通道FK1,该孔被设置为用于第一压力室DK1的流体供应。毂N还具有第二流体通道FK2,该第二流体通道被设置为用于第二压力室DK2的流体供应。
分离离合器K0的外摩擦片载体借助于铆接连接件与壳体TCG防旋转地连接。铆接连接件(更确切地说,铆接头)在此位于第一压力室DK1内部。
图2示出了根据第二实施例的混合动力驱动模块1的截面图,该第二实施例大体上对应于在图1中所展示的第一实施例。现在,变矩器TC具有四个液压连接端,因此可以实现指配给锁止离合器WK的压力平衡室的流体供应。为了供应这个压力平衡室,在毂N中设置有第三流体通道FK3。
图3示出了根据第三实施例的混合动力驱动模块1的截面图。与其他的实施例不同的是,壳体TCG在毂N的区域中具有底切部TCH。两个压力室DK1、DK2局部地、径向地彼此上下布置。换言之,两个压力室DK1、DK2的区段布置在与由转子R与壳体TCG组成的组合的旋转轴线成直角的共同的平面上。在此,第二活塞WKK在径向方向上包围第一压力室DK1。通过这种设计方案,壳体TCG和两个活塞K0K、WKK被加强,因此压力室DK1、DK2中的压力在减小的程度上引起壳体TCG或活塞K0K、WKK的形变。
在混合动力驱动模块1的第三实施例中使用的变矩器TC具有三个液压连接端。因此,锁止离合器WK不指配有自身的压力平衡室。因此,第二压力室DK2中的压力抵抗存在于变矩器TC的环形空间中的压力而作用。经由第二流体通道FK2进行第二压力室DK2的流体供应,该第二流体通道局部地由毂N限制。
图4示出了机动车辆的动力传动系。动力传动系具有燃烧发动机VM、混合动力驱动模块1以及变速器AT。混合动力驱动模块1和变速器AT是彼此隔开的、具有至少一个接口的单元,混合动力驱动模块1和变速器AT藉由该至少一个接口可以互相连接。优选地,籍由变速器AT的液压系统来实现对混合动力驱动模块1的液压供应。变速器AT在从动侧例如藉由万向轴与差速变速器AG相连接。借助于差速变速器AG将施加在变速器AT的从动轴上的功率分配到机动车辆的驱动轮DW上。
图5示出了机动车辆的动力传动系,该动力传动系大体上与在图4中所展示的动力传动系相对应。现在,混合动力驱动模块1和变速器AT构成共用的结构单元。换言之,混合动力驱动模块1是变速器AT的一体式组成部分。
在图4和图5中所展示的动力传动系仅示例性地示出。代替所展示的纵向于机动车辆的行驶方向定向的动力传动系的结构,还可以设想在横向于行驶方向定向的动力传动系中的应用。差速变速器AG可以被集成到变速器G中。具有混合动力驱动模块1的动力传动系还适用于全轮驱动应用。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于机动车辆的混合动力驱动模块(1),其中所述混合动力驱动模块(1)具有输入轴(IN)、具有防旋转的定子(S)和能够旋转的转子(R)的电动机器、在所述输入轴(IN)与所述转子(R)之间的力流中的分离离合器(K0)、以及变矩器(TC),所述变矩器的壳体(TCG)与所述转子(R)防旋转地连接,
-其中所述分离离合器(K0)能够通过第一压力室(DK1)的压力施加藉由第一活塞(K0K)在闭合方向上被致动,其中所述第一压力室(DK1)布置在所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)外部,
-其中所述变矩器(TC)具有布置在所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)内部的锁止离合器(WK),所述锁止离合器被适配成用于跨接所述变矩器(TC)的液力路径,
-其中所述锁止离合器(WK)能够通过第二压力室(DK2)的压力施加藉由第二活塞(WKK)在闭合方向上被致动,其中所述第二压力室(DK2)被设置为专有地用于致动所述锁止离合器(WK),并且被布置在所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)内部,
其特征在于,所述第一压力室(DK1)和所述第二压力室(DK2)至少局部地由所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)限制,其中所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)将所述第一压力室(DK1)直接与所述第二压力室(DK2)分离,
其中,所述第二活塞(WKK)局部地包围所述第一压力室(DK1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述第一活塞(K0K)的有效面积小于所述第二活塞(WKK)的有效面积。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述第一压力室(DK1)和所述第二压力室(DK2)至少局部地、径向地彼此上下布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)具有底切部(TCH),所述底切部用于引导所述第一活塞(K0K)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)与毂(N)防旋转地连接,所述毂具有用于所述第一压力室(DK1)的流体供应的第一流体通道(FK1)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述毂(N)具有或者至少局部地限制用于所述第二压力室(DK2)的流体供应的第二流体通道(FK2)。
7.根据前述权利要求1至6之一所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(K0)和所述锁止离合器(WK)被设计为片式离合器,其中所述分离离合器(K0)的外摩擦片载体与所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)防旋转地连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(K0)的外摩擦片载体与所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)铆接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(K0)的外摩擦片载体与所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)之间的铆接连接件布置在所述第一压力室(DK1)内部。
10.根据权利要求8所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述分离离合器(K0)的外摩擦片载体与所述变矩器(TC)的壳体(TCG)之间的铆接连接件布置在所述壳体(TCG)的限制所述第二压力室(DK2)的区段中。
11.根据前述权利要求1至6之一所述的混合动力驱动模块(1),其特征在于,所述混合动力驱动模块(1)是机动车辆变速器(AT)的一体式组成部分,或者形成为具有与所述机动车辆变速器(AT)的至少一个接口的独立单元。
12.一种用于机动车辆的动力传动系,其特征在于根据前述权利要求1至11之一所述的混合动力驱动模块(1)。
