Description

混合动力车辆的驱动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有将发动机和电动机作为行驶驱动源的混合动力 车辆的驱动装置。
背景技术
作为这种装置,以往已知的是,具有连接或切断发动机和电动机(启 动发电机)的第1离合器、和连接或切断电动机和变速器的第2离合器的装 置。这样的装置,例如专利文献1中有记载。专利文献1中所述的装置,具 有构成为大致圆筒形状,并具有可旋转地支撑在罩壳的轴部的离合器外壳 ,电动机的转子支撑在离合器外壳上,且第1离合器和第2离合器沿轴向排 列配置于离合器外壳的内侧空间。供给到离合器外壳内部的油,将各离合 器冷却后,从穿设在离合器外壳的圆筒部的油排出孔,排出到离合器外壳 的径向外侧的电动机的收纳空间。
在专利文献1中所述的装置中,冷却离合器的油经由油排出孔排出到电 动机的收纳空间。因此,电动机接触高温的油,有可能对电动机的性能和 寿命带来不良影响。

发明内容
本发明一实施方式的混合动力的驱动装置,具有:原动机,具有能够 以轴线为中心旋转的输出轴;变速器,具有能够以轴线为中心旋转的输入 轴;电动机,具有配置于原动机和变速器之间,能够以轴线为中心旋转的 大致圆筒形状的转子、和配置于转子的周围的定子;第1离合器,为湿式多 片式的离合器,配置于转子的径向内侧,连接或切断原动机的输出轴和电 动机之间的第1动力传递路径;第2离合器,为湿式多片式的离合器,相对 于第1离合器沿轴向排列配置于转子的径向内侧,连接或切断电动机和变速 器的输入轴之间的第2动力传递路径;罩部件,具有沿径向延伸的第1侧壁 部和第2侧壁部、以及连接第1侧壁部和第2侧壁部的大致圆筒形状的连接部 ,被设置为能够以轴线为中心旋转,以使与电动机一体地旋转,并且由第1 侧壁部、第2侧壁部和连接部形成包围第1离合器和第2离合器的离合器室, 设置有连通离合器室和离合器室的侧方的排油室的油排出口。罩部件,具 有在连接部沿轴向分离的第1罩部件和第2罩部件,并且第1罩部件和第2罩 部件,具有彼此可一体旋转地沿轴向嵌合的嵌合部。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图7对本发明的一实施方式进行说明。本发明一实施 方式,适用于具有将发动机和电动机作为行驶驱动源的前轮驱动方式(FF 方式)的混合动力车辆。另外,混合动力车辆,不仅限于前轮驱动方式, 也可以是其他的驱动方式(例如后轮驱动方式)。图1是示意性地表示本发 明一实施方式的混合动力车辆的驱动装置100的概略结构图。
如图1所示,驱动装置100,具有:发动机1、电动机2、变速器3、 分离离合器4、起步离合器5、以及蓄电池6。
发动机1为根据燃料的燃烧而驱动的内燃机,可使用汽油发动机和柴 油发动机等的各种发动机。输出轴1a包括曲轴或与曲轴连接的旋转轴。发 动机1和电动机2之间的第1动力传递路径TL1上设置有分离离合器4。 第1动力传递路径TL1由分离离合器4连接或切断,由此,动力在发动机 1和电动机2之间被传递或不被传递。
电动机2,与蓄电池6电连接,具有作为由蓄电池6供给的电力而驱 动的电机的功能,同时,具有作为在制动时被驱动发电,使发电出的电力 存储于蓄电池6中的发电机的功能。即,电动机2作为起动发电机来发挥 功能。蓄电池6的充放电由未图示的控制单元控制。另外,也可以用电容 器等其他的蓄电装置代替蓄电池6。电动机2和变速器3之间的第2动力传递路径TL2上设置有起步离合器5。第2动力传递路径TL2由起步离合 器5连接或切断,由此,动力在电动机2和变速器3之间被传递或不被传 递。
变速器3,包含由液压驱动的液压机,根据液压机的驱动改变输入轴 3a的转速传递给输出轴3b的同时,改变输入到输入轴3a的转矩传递给输 出轴3b。作为变速器3,可使用通过手动或自动变更到变速比不同的多个 变速档位的有级变速器和可无级地变更变速比的无级变速器。传递到输出 轴3b的转矩经由差速器7传递到左右的驱动轮(前轮)8,由此车辆行驶。
对具有以上所述的驱动装置100的混合动力车辆的代表性运转模式进 行说明。运转模式,根据分离离合器4和起步离合器5的接合(连接)和 分离(断开)而变化。离合器4、5接合时和分离时,动力传递路径TL1、 TL2被连接和切断。
在车辆停止的状态下,断开分离离合器4且连接起步离合器5,进而, 由蓄电池6向电动机2供给电力而驱动电动机2时,电动机2的动力经由 起步离合器5输入到变速器3。由此,车轮8被驱动,车辆开始行驶(电 机起步)。此时,电动机2的旋转加速后,将分离离合器4缓缓地连接,通 过电动机2的动力使曲轴旋转,从而启动发动机1。
当由该状态使发动机1的驱动力增加时,发动机1的动力经由分离离 合器4和起步离合器5输入到变速器3。由此,发动机1的动力和电动机2 的动力传递给车轮8,车辆加速行驶(辅助行驶)。之后,当车辆在以规定 速度行驶中断开分离离合器4时,车辆仅用电动机2的动力行驶(EV行驶)。 在车辆减速时,通过经由起步离合器5输入到变速器3的转矩,电动机2 旋转。由此,电动机2发电,蓄电池6充电(再生)。
在车辆停止的状态中,当分离器离合器4连接的情况下,断开起步离 合器5时,电动机2根据经由分离离合器4输入的发动机1的动力而驱动。 由此,电动机2发电,蓄电池6充电(停止充电)。当一边给蓄电池6充电, 一边将起步离合器5缓缓地连接时,发动机1的动力经由分离离合器4和 起步离合器5输入到变速器3。由此,车轮8被驱动,车辆开始行驶(发动机启动)。
在该状态下,当由蓄电池6向电动机2供给电力,使发动机1的驱动 力增加时,发动机1的动力经由分离离合器4和起步离合器5输入到变速 器3。由此,发动机1的动力和电动机2的动力被传递给车轮,车辆加速 行驶(辅助行驶)。当停止由蓄电池6向电动机2的电力供给时,车辆仅用 发动机1的动力行驶(发动机行驶)。此时,由发动机1的动力驱动电动机2时,能够一边发动机行驶,一边给蓄电池6充电(行驶充电)。
然后,就本发明一实施方式的混合动力车辆的驱动装置100的主要部 分的结构进行说明。在本实施方式中,因为在发动机1和变速器3之间有 限的空间里,有效且紧凑地配置电动机2和一对离合器4、5,所以在电动 机2的径向内侧的离合器室,沿轴向排列配置一对离合器4、5。为容易理 解本实施方式的混合动力车辆的驱动装置100,以下,先对本实施方式的 比较例进行说明。
图2是表示作为本实施方式的比较例的混合动力车辆的驱动装置101 的主要部分结构的剖视图。另外,以下为方便,如图所示沿轴线CL1定义 为左右方向,按照该定义,对各部分的结构进行说明。左右方向,例如相 当于车辆的长度方向或宽度方向。轴线CL1为发动机1的输出轴1a(图1)、 电动机2、变速器3以及变速器3的输入轴3a各自的旋转中心,电动机2 对于输出轴1a和输入轴3a设置在同轴上。将与轴线CL1平行的方向(左 右方向)称之为轴向,将垂直于CL1的方向称之为径向。
如图2所示,在沿径向延伸的左右侧壁(左侧壁31、右侧壁32)之间, 主要配置有电动机2、分离离合器4以及起步离合器5。各侧壁31、32构 成了将变速器壳体等固定支撑在发动机舱内的壳体部件30的一部分,在左 侧壁31的左侧配置有变速器3,在右侧壁32的右侧设置有发动机1。另外, 也可以在右侧壁32和发动机1之间设置吸收发动机1的旋转变动的阻尼 器。在各侧壁31、32上设置有以轴线CL1为中心的开口部。
在左侧壁31的内径侧端部,向右方和左方延伸设置有以轴线CL1为 中心的大致圆筒形状的轴部33。输入轴3a经由轴向上的多个轴承34,可 旋转地支撑在轴部33的内侧(开口部)。轴承34例如包括滚针轴承。输入 轴3a,比轴部33的右端面还在右方突出延伸,贯通右侧壁32的内侧(开 口部)。
电动机2具有:以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状的转子21、和从转 子21的外周面距离规定的空隙配置在转子21的周围的以轴线CL1为中心 的大致圆筒形状的定子22。定子22经由贯通螺钉固定在左侧壁31上。转 子21由转子支撑部件23可旋转地支撑。电动机2收纳在作为以轴线CL1 为中心的大致圆环形状空间的电机室SP1。
转子支撑部件23具有:经由轴向的多个轴承35可旋转地嵌合在轴部 33的外周面上的以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状的轴部231、比转子21 的左端面更左方上,面向左侧壁31从轴部231沿径向外侧延伸的侧壁部 232、以及从侧壁部232的外径侧端部向右方延伸的以轴线CL1为中心的 大致圆筒形状的保持部233。轴承35包括例如滚针轴承。转子21的内周 面嵌合于保持部233的外周面,转子21固定在保持部233上。由此,转子 21经由转子支撑部件23从轴部33以单臂支撑。
在左侧壁31上,面向转子支撑部件23的轴部231安装有解析器37。 因为轴部231与电动机2的转子21一体旋转,所以能由解析器37检测转 子21的旋转角度。左侧壁31上还安装有液压泵36(仅图示一部分)。液 压泵36,根据旋转轴36a的旋转,向变速器3内的各种液压机和离合器4、 5等供给工作油的同时,向需要润滑的各部分供给润滑油。液压泵36具有与旋转轴36a一体旋转的齿轮部36b。
在转子支撑部件23的轴部231的左端部上,与齿轮部36b在轴向的同 一位置上整周地设置有齿轮部231a。在齿轮部36b和齿轮部231a上,卷绕 有无端带状的链条9,在转子支撑部件23和左侧壁31之间配置有链条9。 由此,电动机2的旋转经由链条9传递到液压泵36,不论发动机1的启动 和离合器4、5的动作如何,都能驱动液压泵36。
在保持部233的右端部上固定有罩24,在罩24的端部,设置有油封 25,以堵塞罩24和右侧壁32之间的空隙。在转子支撑部件23的侧壁部 232和罩24之间且保持部233的径向内侧,形成有离合器室SP2,在离合 器室SP2,左右排列设置有起步离合器5和分离离合器4。这些离合器4、 5,分别为湿式多片式离合器。罩24构成电机室SP1和离合器室SP2之间 的隔板,由罩24阻止流经转子21的右侧的油,即,从离合器室SP2到电 机室SP1的油的流动。
在转子支撑部件23和左侧壁31之间,设置有用于油排出的油室(排 油室)SP3。离合器室SP2和排油室SP3经由穿设在转子支撑部件23的侧 壁部232的油排出口(油排出孔)232a连通。在转子支撑部件23的保持 部233的左端部和左侧壁31之间,设置有油封26,由油封26阻止流经转 子21的左侧的油,即从排油室SP3到电机室SP1的油的流动。这样通过 阻止电机室SP1、离合器室SP2以及排油室SP3的连通,能防止高温润滑 油流到电机室SP1。
分离离合器4具有:离合器毂41、离合器鼓42、外板43、内板44、 离合器活塞45以及复位弹簧46。起步离合器5也同样具有:离合器毂51、 离合器鼓52、外板53、内板54、离合器活塞55以及复位弹簧56。其中, 离合器鼓42、52被共有化,以下,用符号60表示被共有化的单个离合器 鼓。
对图2的离合器4、5的结构进行更详细地说明。图3是图2的主要部 分的放大图。如图3所示,离合器鼓60具有:嵌合于转子支撑部件23的 轴部231的外周面的以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状的轴部61、从轴部 61的左端部向径向外侧延伸的侧壁部62、以及从侧壁部62的外径侧端部 向右方延伸的以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状的引导部63。
轴部61经由在其内周面形成的花键61a接合在轴部231上,离合器鼓 60与转子支撑部件23一体旋转。轴部61的左端部与转子支撑部件23抵 接,轴部61的右端部比轴部231的右端面更在右方突出。侧壁部62被配 置为从转子支撑部件23的侧壁部232距离规定的空隙,或者与侧壁部232 抵接。
在引导部63的内周面上形成有花键,分离离合器4的多片外板43和 起步离合器5的多片外板53沿轴向可移动地接合在花键上。更详细地说, 引导部63的内周面上,在轴向的规定的位置上固定有限位块64,在限位 块64的左侧和右侧,沿轴向可移动地分别接合有外板53和外板43。
起步离合器5的离合器毂51,具有:以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形 状的轴部511、通过离合器鼓60的轴部61的右侧由轴部511的右端部沿径 向延伸的侧壁部512、从侧壁部512的外径侧端部向左方延伸的以轴线CL1 为中心的大致圆筒形状的引导部513。轴部511的内周面与输入轴3a的外 周面花键结合,离合器毂51与输入轴3a一体旋转。
离合器毂51的引导部513的外周面与离合器鼓60的引导部63的内周 面相对。该外周面上形成有花键,多片内板54与外板53交替地沿轴向(左 右方向)可移动地与花键接合。外板53和内板54也并称为板群。板群53、 54向右方的移动由限位块64限制。在离合器毂51的轴部511和离合器鼓 60的轴部61之间插装有轴承65(例如滚珠轴承)。
起步离合器5的离合器活塞55可滑动地嵌合在离合器鼓60的轴部61 的外周面上。在轴部61的外周面上,比离合器活塞55更右侧的规定位置 上支撑有弹簧支撑板57,在离合器活塞55和弹簧支撑板57之间,插装有 复位弹簧56。在离合器活塞55的外径侧右端部设置有与板群53、54(严 格来说是位于最左侧的外板53)的左端面抵接的抵接部55a。在离合器活 塞55与侧壁部62之间、以及离合器活塞55和弹簧支撑板57之间分别形 成有油室SP51、SP52。
在向油室SP51供给压力油前的初期状态下,如图所示,由复位弹簧 56的施力,离合器活塞55被推向左方,离合器活塞55抵接于离合器鼓60 的侧壁部62。在该状态下,在外板53和内板54之间没有作用着圧接力, 各板53、54能彼此相对旋转。因此,起步离合器5被分离,电动机2的转 子21与变速器3的输入轴3a之间的动力传递被切断。
另一方面,当经由设置在输入轴3a和轴部33、231、61的给油孔向油 室SP51供给压力油时,离合器活塞55抵抗复位弹簧56的施力,被推向右 方。由此,外板53和内板54被推向右方,板53、54之间相互作用着压接 力,起步离合器5接合。其结果,经由起步离合器5,能够在电动机2的 转子21和输入轴3a之间传递动力。另外,经由设置在输入轴3a和轴部33、231、61的给油孔能向油室SP52供给压力油(极低压力油)。主要根据复 位弹簧56的施力和根据由离合器本体的旋转产生的离心液压,向离合器活 塞55施加向左方的推压力,通过抵抗该推压力而调整作用于油室SP51的 液压力,从而能调整起步离合器5的接合力。
分离离合器4的离合器毂41具有:以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形 状的轴部411、从轴部411的轴向中央部沿径向外侧延伸的侧壁部412、侧 壁部412的外径侧端部向左方延伸的以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状的 引导部413。轴部411,经由轴向的多个轴承38相对可旋转地嵌合在输入 轴3a的外周面上。轴部411的右端部与发动机1的输出轴1a的左端部花 键结合(参照图2),离合器毂41与输出轴1a一体旋转。
离合器毂41的引导部413的外周面,与离合器鼓60的引导部63的内 周面相对。在该外周面上形成有花键,多片内板44和外板43交替地沿轴 向(左右方向)可移动地与花键接合。外板43和内板34还并称为板群。 在引导部413的外周面上固定有限位块66,由限位块66限制板群43、44 向右方的移动。
分离离合器4的离合器活塞45可滑动地嵌合在离合器毂41的轴部411 的外周面上。在离合器毂41的引导部413的径向内侧,嵌合有弹簧支撑板 47。弹簧支撑板47的右端面与离合器毂41的侧壁部412的左端面抵接, 在离合器活塞45和弹簧支撑板47之间,插装有复位弹簧46。在离合器毂 41的轴部411的外周面,嵌合有限制离合器活塞45向左方的移动量的挡 板48。在离合器活塞45的外径侧端部,设置有与板群43、44(严格来说 是位于最右侧的内板44)的左端面抵接的抵接部45a。离合器活塞45和挡 板48之间、以及离合器活塞45和弹簧支撑板47之间分别形成有油室SP41、 SP42。
在向油室SP41供给压力油前的初期状态下,如图所示,根据复位弹簧 46的施力,离合器活塞45被推向左方,离合器活塞45与挡板48抵接。 在该状态下,在外板43和内板44之间没有作用着压接力,各板43、44能 够彼此相对旋转。因此,分离离合器4被分离,电动机2的转子21与发动 机1的输出轴1a(图2)之间的动力传递被切断。
另一方面,当经由设置在输入轴3a和轴部411的给油孔向油室SP41 供给压力油时,离合器活塞45抵抗复位弹簧46的施力,被推向右方。由 此,外板43和内板44被推向右方,板43、44之间相互作用着圧接力,分 离离合器4接合。其结果,经由分离离合器4,能在电动机2的转子21和 输出轴1a之间传递动力。另外,经由设置在输入轴3a和轴部411的给油孔能够向油室SP42供给压力油(极低压油)。主要根据复位弹簧46的施力 和由离合器本体的旋转产生的离心液压,向离合器活塞45施加向左方的推 压力,通过抵抗该推压力而调整作用于油室SP41的液压力,从而能调整分 离离合器4的接合力。
离合器4、5均为湿式多片离合器。因此,经由设置在离合器毂41、 51的引导部413、513和离合器鼓60的引导部63的贯通孔,向分离离合 器4的板群43、44和起步离合器5的板53、54供给冷却用的润滑油。该 润滑油,流经保持部233的内周面和引导部63的外周面之间的空隙,经由 设置在侧壁部232的油排出口232a从离合器室SP2(图2)流出。
图4是示意性地表示作为本实施方式的比较例的混合动力车辆的驱动 装置101(图2、3)的主要部分的结构的框架图。图中的箭头,表示润滑 油的流动。如图4所示,通过输入轴3a等供给到离合器室SP2的润滑油, 流经离合器鼓60的引导部63的径向外侧且转子支撑部件23的保持部233 的径向内侧的空间,通过设置在转子支撑部件23的侧壁部232的油排出口 232a流到排油室SP3。排油室SP3的油,回收到未图示的储存罐。
在该驱动装置101中,由安装在转子支撑部件23的右端部的罩24, 阻止高温润滑油的从离合器室SP2到电机室SP1的流动。由此,能抑制电 动机2的温度上升,能防止由于润滑油流到电机室SP1而造成的电动机2 的性能和寿命的恶化。
但是,在上述驱动装置101中,作为将电机室SP1从离合器室SP2隔 断的隔板,需要罩24。因此,部件数量增加,伴随着装置101的成本和重 量的增加。所以,在本实施方式中,为了不使用罩24也能容易地将电机室 SP1从离合器室SP2隔断,构成如下的混合动力车辆的驱动装置100。
图5是示意性地表示本发明一实施方式的混合动力车辆的驱动装置的 主要部分的结构的框架图。另外,与图2~图4相同的结构,标记相同的符 号,以下,主要对与驱动装置101的不同点进行说明。如图5所示,分离 离合器4和起步离合器5,不是如图4那样的共同的离合器鼓60,而是分 别具有各自的离合器鼓42、52。
起步离合器5的离合器毂51,被构成为与图4相同,内板54沿轴向 可移动地接合于离合器毂51的引导部513。起步离合器5的离合器鼓52, 与图4相同,被设置为能够与转子支撑部件23一体旋转。即,离合器鼓 52具有:以轴线CL1为中心构成为大致圆筒形状,经由轴承35可旋转地 支撑在壳体部件30的轴部33上的轴部521、由轴部521沿径向外侧延伸 的侧壁部522、以及从侧壁部522的外径侧端部向右方延伸的引导部523, 板53沿轴向可移动地接合于引导部523。
另一方面,分离离合器4的离合器毂41,与图4不同,侧壁部412由 轴部411沿径向外侧延伸。因此,引导部413由侧壁部412的外径侧端部 向右方延伸,内板44沿轴向可移动地接合于引导部413。离合器鼓42具 有:以轴线CL1为中心构成为大致圆筒形状,经由轴承39a、39b可旋转 地支撑在离合器毂41的轴部411和引导部413上的轴部421、在引导部413的右方,由轴部421沿径向外侧延伸的侧壁部422、以及由侧壁部422的 外径侧端部向左方延伸的引导部423,外板43沿轴向可移动地接合于引导 部423。
离合器鼓42的引导部423被形成为比离合器鼓52的引导部523大的 直径,引导部423的左端部插入到引导部523和转子支撑部件23的保持部 233之间。在该引导部423的左端部的内周面和引导部523的右端部的外 周面上,分别形成有花键423a、523a,通过将离合器鼓42相对于离合器鼓 52向左方相对移动,在引导部423的左端部将引导部523的右端部周围覆 盖的状态下,花键423a、523a之间彼此接合。由此,离合器鼓42、52花 键结合,离合器鼓42、52一体旋转。在离合器鼓42的引导部423的外周 面和转子支撑部件23的保持部233的内周面之间,插装有将离合器室SP2 密封的密封部件27(例如O型环)。
如图5的箭头所示,供给到离合器室SP2的润滑油,通过各离合器鼓 42、52的引导部423、523的贯通孔,流经引导部423、523径向外侧,通 过转子支撑部件23的油排出口232a流到排油室SP3。另外,在图5中, 由离合器鼓42、和与离合器鼓52一体的转子支撑部件23形成离合器室 SP2。将形成这样的离合器室SP2的部件称之为罩部件110。
这样,在本实施方式中,分别设置分离离合器4的离合器鼓42和起步 离合器5的离合器鼓52,分离离合器4的离合器鼓42构成离合器室SP2 和电机室SP1之间的隔板的同时,转子支撑部件23构成离合器室SP2和 排油室SP3之间的隔板。即,由离合器鼓42、和与离合器鼓52一体的转 子支撑部件23来构成罩部件110。由此,因为不必如比较例(图4)那样 另行设置罩24,所以能减少装置100的部件数量、降低成本和重量。还有, 因为在转子支撑部件23的保持部233和离合器鼓42的引导部423之间设 置有密封部件27,所以保持部233和引导部423之间的右端部的间隙被封 住,仅通过在转子支撑部件23上开设油排出用的贯通孔(油排出口232a), 就能将离合器室SP2的油容易地导入到左侧的排油室SP3。
图6是表示作为图5的变形例的驱动装置100A的图。图6的驱动装 置100A中,转子支撑部件23相比于图5其左右反转。因此,转子支撑部 件23能够与离合器鼓42一体旋转地设置在分离离合器4的离合器鼓42的 右侧,罩部件110由与离合器鼓42一体的转子支撑部件23、和离合器鼓 52来构成。在这样的构成中,因为转子支撑部件23的保持部233和离合器鼓42的引导部423之间的右端部的空隙由转子支撑部件23的侧壁部232 堵塞,所以不需要图5的密封部件27。离合器室SP2的油,如图6的箭头 所示,流经转子支撑部件23的保持部233和离合器鼓52的引导部523之 间的空隙,以及该空隙的左端部的油排出口232b流到排油室SP3。因此, 在图6中,不必加工图5的油排出口(油排出孔)232a,能容易构成转子 支撑部件23。
图7是表示图5的其他变形例的图。图7的驱动装置100B与图5的驱 动装置100不同,离合器鼓42和离合器鼓52由共通的单个的离合器鼓60 来构成的同时,转子支撑部件23能够与离合器鼓60一体旋转地设置在离 合器鼓60的右侧。并且,在离合器室SP2的左方设置有罩67。罩67具有: 经由轴承35可旋转地支撑在轴部33的以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状 的轴部671、由轴部671沿径向外侧延伸的侧壁部672、以及设置在侧壁部 672的外径侧端部的以轴线CL1为中心的大致圆筒形状的轴部(引导部) 673。在图7中,罩部件110由与离合器鼓60一体的转子支撑部件23、和 罩67构成。
保持部233形成为比引导部673大的直径,在引导部673的外周面和 保持部233的内周面,分别形成有花键673a、233a。在保持部233的左端 部将引导部673覆盖的状态下,罩67和转子支撑部件23经由花键673a、 233a可一体旋转地花键结合。离合器室SP2的油,如图7的箭头所示,经 由转子支撑部件23的保持部233和离合器鼓60的引导部63之间的径向的空隙、引导部63的左端部和罩67的引导部673的右端部之间的轴向的空 隙、和穿设在罩67的侧壁部672的贯通孔(油排出口232a)导入到排油 室SP3。
根据本实施方式,能起到如下的作用效果。
(1)混合动力车辆的驱动装置100具有:发动机1,具有能够以轴线 CL1为中心旋转的输出轴1a;变速器3,具有能够以轴线CL1为中心旋转 的输入轴3a;电动机2,配置于发动机1和变速器3之间的以轴线CL1为 中心旋转的大致圆筒形状的转子21、和配置在转子21周围的定子22;分 离离合器4,为湿式多片式的离合器,连接或切断发动机1的输出轴1a和 电动机2之间的第1动力传递路径TL1;起步离合器5,为湿式多片式的 离合器,对于分离离合器4沿轴向排列配置于转子21的径向内侧,连接或 切断电动机2和变速器3的输入轴3a之间的第2动力传递路径TL2;罩部 件(110),具有沿径向延伸的侧壁部232、422、522或侧壁部62、232、 672、以及连接侧壁部422、522的大致圆筒形状的引导部423、523或连接 侧壁部62、672的大致圆筒形状的引导部63、673,其被设置为能够以轴 线CL1为中心旋转,以使与电动机2一体地旋转,并且,由侧壁部232、 422、522和引导部423、522或由侧壁部62、232、672和引导部63、673 形成将分离离合器4(特别是板43、44)和起步离合器5(特别是板53、54)包围起来的离合器室SP2,设置有连通离合器室SP2和离合器室SP2 左方的排油室SP3的排出口232a、232b(图1、图5~图7)。罩部件110, 具有:能够沿轴向分解的离合器鼓42和转子支撑部件23、以及离合器鼓 52(图5);或转子支撑部件23、以及离合器鼓42和离合器鼓52(图6); 或转子支撑部件23、以及离合器鼓60和罩67(图7)。离合器鼓42和离 合器鼓52具有能够相互沿轴向一体旋转地嵌合的花键423a、523a(图5、 图6),转子支撑部件23和罩67,具有能够相互沿轴向一体旋转地嵌合的 花键233a、673a(图7)。
根据该构成,能很容易地将电机室SP1从离合器室SP2隔断。因此, 将分离离合器4和起步离合器5沿轴向排列配置在电动机转子21的径向内 侧的离合器室SP2的情况下,能防止离合器室SP2的高温油流到电机室 SP1,从而能够谋求电动机2的性能提高和寿命延长。还有,能省略用于将 电机室SP1从离合器室SP2的罩24(图4),从而能降低装置100的成本 和重量。将罩部件110设置为可沿左右方向分开,并且,经由花键423a、 523a或233a、673a,将左右的罩部件(离合器鼓42、52等)可一体旋转 地结合,所以装置100的装配也比较容易。
(2)分离离合器4,具有:彼此可相对旋转地沿轴向交替配置的多个 内板44和多个外板43、被设置为能够与发动机1的输出轴1a一体旋转, 并且将内板44的内径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的离合器毂41、以及将 外板43的外径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的离合器鼓42、60;起步离合 器,5具有:彼此可相对旋转地沿轴向交替配置的多个内板54和多个外板 53;被设置为能够与变速器3的输入轴3a一体旋转,并且将内板54的内 径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的离合器毂51、以及将外板53的外径侧端 部沿轴向可移动地支撑的离合器鼓52、60(图5~图7)。由离合器鼓42、 60或与离合器鼓42、60连接,并与离合器鼓42、60一体旋转的转子支撑 部件23,构成电机室SP1和离合器室SP2之间的隔板(图5~图7)。由此,离合器鼓42或与离合器鼓42一体的转子支撑部件23作为隔板发挥功能, 所以能很容易地将电机室SP1从离合器室SP2隔断。
(3)罩部件110,具有:相互沿轴向可分解地配置的、分离离合器4 的离合器鼓42、起步离合器5的离合器鼓52、以及被设置为能够与离合器 鼓52一体旋转,并且穿设有油排出口232a的转子支撑部件23(图5)。根 据该构成,分离离合器4的离合器鼓42作为将电机室SP1从离合器室SP2 隔断的罩发挥功能,所以不必另行设置罩24(图4),能减少部件数量。
(4)罩部件110,具有:相互沿轴向可分解地配置的、分离离合器4 的离合器鼓42、以及能够与离合器鼓42一体旋转地设置的转子支撑部件 23、起步离合器5的离合器鼓52,在转子支撑部件23的保持部233的内 周面和离合器鼓52的引导部523的外周面之间设置有油排出口232b(图 6)。由此,转子支撑部件23作为将电机室SP从离合器室SP2隔断的罩来发挥功能,所以不需要罩24(图4),并且不需要在引导部423和保持部 233之间设置图5的密封部件27等,能进一步减少部件数量。
(5)分离离合器4的离合器鼓42和起步离合器5的离合器鼓52,由 单个的离合器鼓60构成,并且,罩部件110具有:离合器鼓60、以及能 够与离合器鼓60一体旋转地设置的转子支撑部件23、罩67,油排出口232a 穿设在罩67(图7)。由此,转子支撑部件23作为将电机室SP1从离合器 室SP2隔断的罩来发挥功能,所以,不需要罩24(图4),并且通过将各离 合器4、5的离合器鼓42、52共有化,能减少部件数量。
另外,在上述实施方式中,在转子21的径向内侧沿轴向排列配置了湿 式多片式的分离离合器4和起步离合器5,但第1离合器和第2离合器的 构成不限于此。即,若是具有彼此可相对旋转地沿轴向交替配置的多个内 板44(第1内板)和外板43(第1外板)、被设置为能够与发动机1(原 动机)的输出轴1a一体旋转,并且将内板44的内径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的离合器毂41(第1离合器毂)、将外板43的外径侧端部沿轴向可 移动地支撑的离合器鼓42(第1离合器鼓)的话,作为分离离合器4的第 1离合器的构成是任何形式都可以。若是具有彼此可相对旋转地沿轴向交 替配置的多个内板54(第2内板)和外板53(第2外板)、被设置为能够 与变速器3一体旋转,并且将内板54的内径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的离合器毂51(第2离合器毂)、将外板53的外径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支 撑的离合器鼓52(第2离合器鼓)的话,作为起步离合器5的第2离合器 的构成是任何形式都可以。
在上述实施方式中,罩部件110具有:作为由离合器4、5的轴向两侧 分别沿径向延伸的第1侧壁部的右侧的侧壁部422等和作为第2侧壁部的 左侧的侧壁部522等、作为将侧壁部之间连接起来的连接部的大致圆筒形 状的引导部423、523等,但罩部件的构成不限于此。即,若是具有沿轴向 分离的第1罩部件(离合器鼓42等)和第2罩部件(离合器鼓52等)的同时,具有使各罩部件彼此可一体旋转的沿轴向嵌合的嵌合部(花键423a、 523a等),以形成为至少包围各离合器4、5的内板44、54和外板43、53 的话,罩部件的构成是任何形式都可以。在上述实施方式中,将转子支撑 部件23能够与离合器鼓42、52或60一体旋转地连接,但与第1离合器鼓 连接并与第1离合器鼓一体旋转的旋转体的构成,不限于以上所述。
可以将上述实施方式和变形例的1个或者多个任意组合起来,也可以 将各变形例彼此组合起来。
根据本发明,能够防止离合器室的高温油流入到电动机的收纳空间, 从而能够谋求电动机的性能的提高和寿命的延长。还有,因为不必另行设 置将离合器室从电动机的收纳空间分隔开的罩等,所以能减少部件的数 量,从而能降低装置的成本和重量。
以上,就本发明的较佳实施方式进行了说明,本领域技术人员清楚地 知道在不脱离所述权利要求的公开范围内,能得到各种修改和变形。

Claims (8)

1.一种混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,具有:
原动机(1),具有能够以轴线为中心旋转的输出轴(1a);
变速器(3),具有能够以所述轴线为中心旋转的输入轴(3a);
电动机(2),具有配置于所述原动机(1)和所述变速器(3)之间,能够以所述轴线为中心旋转的大致圆筒形状的转子(21)、和配置于该转子(21)周围的定子(22);
第1离合器(4),为湿式多片式的离合器,配置于所述转子(21)的径向内侧,连接或切断所述原动机(1)的输出轴(1a)和所述电动机(2)之间的第1动力传递路径(TL1);
第2离合器(5),为湿式多片式的离合器,相对于第1离合器(4)沿轴向排列配置于所述转子(21)的径向内侧,连接或切断所述电动机(2)和所述变速器(3)的输入轴(3a)之间的第2动力传递路径(TL2);

所述第2离合器(5),具有:彼此可相对旋转地沿轴向交替配置的多个第2内板(54)和多个第2外板(53)、被设置为能够与所述变速器(3)的输入轴(3a)一体旋转,且将所述多个第2内板(54)的内径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的第2离合器毂(51)、以及将所述多个第2外板(53)的外径侧端部沿轴向可移动地支撑的第2离合器鼓(52;60);
所述第1罩部件(42;23、42;23、60),包括所述第1离合器鼓(42、60)、或与所述第1离合器鼓(42、60)结合,并与所述第1离合器鼓(42、60)一体旋转的旋转体(23)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述第1罩部件,包括所述第1离合器鼓(42);
所述第2罩部件,包括能够与所述第2离合器鼓(52)一体旋转地设置的所述旋转体(23),且所述油排出口(232a)穿设在所述旋转体(23)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述第1罩部件,包括能够与所述第1离合器鼓(42)一体旋转地设置的所述旋转体(23);
所述第2罩部件,包括所述第2离合器鼓(52);
在所述旋转体(23)的内周面和所述第2离合器鼓(52)的外周面之间设置有所述油排出口(232b)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述第1离合器鼓和所述第2离合器鼓,由单个的离合器鼓(60)构成;
所述第1罩部件,包括能够与所述单个的离合器鼓(60)一体旋转地设置的所述旋转体(23);
所述油排出口(232a)穿设在所述第2罩部件(67)上。
6.根据权利要求2~5的任一项所述的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述第1离合器毂(41),具有:将所述多个第1内板(44)沿轴向可移动地支撑的大致圆筒形状的引导部(413)、和配置在所述引导部(413)的径向内侧,可旋转地支撑在所述输入轴(3a)的外周面的周围的大致圆筒形状的毂轴部(411);
所述第1离合器鼓(42、60),具有:将所述多个第1外板(43)沿轴向可移动地支撑的大致圆筒形状的引导部(423;63)、和经由轴承(39a、39b)可移动地支撑在所述第1离合器毂(41)的所述引导部(413)和所述毂轴部(411)之间的鼓轴部(421)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述第2罩部件(23、52;52;67),具有可旋转地支撑在不可旋转的壳体部件(30)的轴部(33)的周围的大致圆筒形状的轴部(521;671)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,其特征在于,
所述第1罩部件(42;23、42;23、60)和所述第2罩部件(23、52;52;67),分别具有构成所述连接部(423、523;233、673)的圆筒部,所述第1罩部件(42;23、42;23、60)的所述嵌合部,具有形成在所述第1罩部件(42;23、42;23、60)的所述圆筒部(423;233)的内周面的花键(423a;233a),所述第2罩部件(23、52;52;67)的所述嵌合部,具有形成在所述第2罩部件(23、52;52;67)的所述圆筒部(523;673)的外周面的花键(523a;673a)。
