从WO 2014/026685 A1已知一种相应的混合动力模块。该专利文献示出用于机动车辆的驱动系的混合动力模块,其中,将被设计为内部电枢的电机安置在内燃机和变速器之间,其中,该混合动力模块包括(i)总体单元,该总体单元包括电机的转子(电枢)、在转子内部安置的分离离合器以及离合器装置的至少一个与转子抗扭地连接的离合器盖件,和(ii)壳体件,该壳体件部分地包住整体单元和电机的定子(支架)。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能简单地组装并且结构紧凑的混合动力模块以及一种用于装配所述混合动力模块的方法,其中,所述混合动力模块具有用于将扭矩传递到至少一个变速器输入轴的部件。
本发明通过独立权利要求的特征解决所述技术问题。从属权利要求给出本发明的优选的设计,能够分别单独地或组合地阐述了本发明的观点。
设置根据本发明的用于机动车辆的驱动系的混合动力模块,其中,所述驱动系包括电机、内燃机和变速器,其中,所述混合动力模块具有(i)第一单元,所述第一单元具有转子构件和在转子构件内部安置的分离离合器,(ii)第二单元,所述第二单元具有包括至少一个离合器的离合器装置,以及(iii)具有壳体件的第三单元,其中,第一单元和第二单元相互连接成为预装配的整体单元,并且将整体单元伸入并组装到第三单元中并由此与第三单元连接。这样构建的混合模块能够通过特别简单的装配生产并且由此使得结构非常紧凑。
在这种情况下特别设置,第三单元还具有电机或电机的至少一个定子。由此特别地导致,电机在驱动系中被安置在内燃机和变速器之间。
根据本发明的有利的实施方式设置,混合动力模块中的第二单元的和/或第一、第二和第三单元中至少两个单元的功能在装配前能单独地检测。因此,相应的检测能够在(最终)装配前进行并完成。
根据本发明另外的有利的实施方式设置,第一和第二单元之间的连接被设计为螺栓连接和/或铆接和/或焊接。
在本发明的优选的设计方案中,第一和第二单元之间的连接通过转子构件和离合器装置的配对盘或至少一个与这种配对板连接的中间构件的连接实现。在这种情况下,配对板和/或压板在一种变形方案中支承在中间构件和/或转子构件上。
根据本发明的另外的优选的设计方案,预组装的整体单元与第三单元的连接通过螺栓连接或另外能拆卸的连接件实现。
根据本发明的另外的有利的实施方式,预装配的整体单元与第三单元的连接被设计为在发动机侧能操纵的连接。
根据本发明的另外的有利的实施方式,转子构件要么被设计为电机的转子,要么被设计为由电机能驱动的转子构件,特别是通过皮带传动能驱动的皮带轮。在两种情况的第一种中,第三单元通常具有电机的定子。在两种情况的第二种中,电机通常被安置在第三单元上/内。
此外有利地设置,转子构件、分离离合器和与转子构件连接的离合器装置的支承整体地通过轴承单元完成。
根据本发明有利的实施方式设置,转子和离合器装置抗扭的连接通过转子的转子板和离合器装置的配对板之间的直接或间接的连接实现。
根据本发明优选的设计方案设置,中央的轴承单元或支承单元借助螺栓连接或另外的能拆卸的连接被固定到第三单元上。在这种情况下特别地设置,能拆卸的连接是在发动机侧能操纵的能拆卸的连接。
根据本发明另外的优选的设计方案设置,混合动力模块具有在发动机侧的中间壁。该中间壁优选部分地由第一单元并部分地由第三单元构成。
通常离合器装置能够被设计为单离合器或多离合器。根据本发明另外的优选的设计方案,离合器装置被设计为双离合器。双离合器的实心轴,即K1变速器输入轴被支承在由内燃机驱动的轴(混合动力模块的中间轴)中。双离合器的操作构件与在变速器侧预装配的接合轴承产生接触。
在本发明的优选的设计方案中设置,分离离合器被设计为能液压操作的离合器。对此例如设置相应的分离装置。
有利地,混合动力模块具有用于借助罐形压力件操作分离离合器的、被设计为对中式分离副缸(CSC)的分离装置。K0-离合器能够通过具有活塞的CSC液压操作。由此能够借助倾斜自由度补偿K0的操作系统的倾斜(Schieflagen)。
分离离合器自身能够借助罐形压力件而无需额外杠杆传递地被操作。由于通过直接操作的很小的滞后效应,则能够通过压力控制离合器。CSC和接合轴承优选径向连接。
在本发明另外的优选的设计方案中最后设置,混合动力模块还具有连接在驱动系中分离离合器之前的双质量飞轮。
相对于变速器径向的偏移补偿的整体单元通过离合器盘的摩擦接触产生。轴向公差能够通过改变接合系统中的轴向行程来补偿。
与双离合器的设计方案无关,K0离合器,即混合动力模块的集成转子的分离离合器具有以下进一步的特征:
设置轴向的和径向的力被(转子支承件的)中央轴承单元承载,中央轴承单元具有相应的轴承。
双离合器的第一配对板与转子的连接能够通过薄板件(优选焊接到转子构件或者一体地通过变形工艺制造)来实现。该板件能够直接与第一配对板螺栓连接、铆接或焊接。
第一配对板与转子构件的连接还能够通过直接的焊接完成。优选地,该配对板还同时是K0的配对板(双重功能)。这节省了轴向的结构空间和部件。
在用于装配用于机动车辆的驱动系的混合动力模块的方法中,所述驱动系包括电机、内燃机和变速器,根据本发明设置,混合动力模块具有(i)第一单元,所述第一单元具有转子构件和在转子构件内部安置的分离离合器,(ii)第二单元,所述第二单元具有包括至少一个离合器的离合器装置,以及(iii)具有壳体件的第三单元,其中,第一单元和第二单元首先相互连接成为预装配的整体单元,并且随后将整体单元伸入并组装到第三单元中并由此与第三单元连接。此外特别设置,第三单元还具有电机或电机的至少一个定子。
根据本发明方法的有利的实施方式设置,混合动力模块最后被移入变速器的壳体件并且在该处特别通过螺纹连接将第三单元与该壳体件紧固连接。

具体实施方式
图1示出机动车辆的驱动系10的部分的剖视图。在驱动系10中,将电机12安置在(未示出的)内燃机和(同样未示出的)变速器之间。电机12用作驱动电机并且是混合动力模块14的一部分。该混合动力模块14具有下面的主要部分:(i)第一单元16,包括转子构件18、K0分离离合器20以及至少一个与转子构件18抗扭地连接的第二单元28,其中,转子构件18被设计为电机12的转子(电枢),K0分离离合器20被安置在转子构件18内,第二单元28具有离合器装置24,(ii)第三单元(壳体单元)28,该第三单元28部分地包住第一单元16和电机12的定子(支架)26,(iii)双质量飞轮30,该双质量飞轮30被设置在驱动系10中分离离合器20之前,以及(iv)变速器的壳体件32,该壳体件32包住离合器装置24。离合器装置24被设计为双离合器34。因此,变速器被设计为双离合变速器,其中,仅示出两个变速器输入轴36,38。
由此得到下面的驱动系的路径:内燃机的从动轴40-双质量飞轮30-K0分离离合器20-被设计为转子的转子构件18-离合器装置24-变速器输入轴36,38。在这种情况下,相应的轴36,38,40被放置在共同的轴线42上,该轴线42构成混合动力模块14的主轴线。
被设计为双离合器34的离合器装置24具有两个离合器44,46,该离合器44,46具有相应的压板48、配对板50、离合器盘51和操作装置。
被设计为转子的转子构件18在其内部具有用作中央轴承装置54的转子支承件52,整体的第一单元16通过该转子支承件52在第三单元28中能转动地被支承。转子构件18和第二单元22之间抗扭的连接在该示例中通过转子构件18的转子板56和离合器装置24的配对板50之间经由中间构件60的间接连接实现。
分离离合器20被设计为能液压操作的离合器,并且借助被设计为对中式分离副缸的分离装置62通过借助罐形压力件的压力连接64操作该分离离合器20。
在发动机侧将中间壁66安置在电机12和双质量飞轮30之间。该中间壁66部分地由第一单元16并部分地由第三单元28借助螺栓连接68构成。
这样得到以下功能:
·第二单元22和第一单元16在维修情况下能拆解地与预装配的整体单元16,22螺栓连接、铆接或焊接,其中,第二单元22具有离合器装置24,即特别是所示的双离合器34,第一单元16除了转子构件18还具有K0分离离合器20和由内燃机驱动的轴。为简便地连接能够有利地设置,转子构件18通过附加的板件与离合器装置24连接。在螺栓连接情况下,能够直接被分离,在铆接情况下,仅被铆钉钻孔,使用新铆钉就能没有问题地再次装配。也能够焊接,然而整个单元则不能在没有损坏的情况下再拆卸。电机(电动机)12的定子26能够绕转子18同轴地被安置。替代地,转子18的装配位置的替代方案还能够是被设计为皮带轮,链轮,齿轮等的转子构件,通过该转子构件能够将轴向平行的电机12的扭矩引入变速器中(装配步骤MS1)。
·得到的整体单元16,22被整体地装配到预装配的第三单元28中,并且优选与第三单元28螺栓连接(装配步骤MS2)。
·该整体单元再被装配到变速器壳体中。在这种情况下,离合器盘51被移动到变速器输入轴36,38上,实心轴被支承在由内燃机驱动的轴中,并且双离合器34的操作构件与在变速器侧预装配的接合轴承产生接触(装配步骤MS3)。
此外,使得产生以下优点:
·在变速器中不需要将离合器装置24(双离合器34)分开支承,这是因为操作力通过转子18的转子支承件52支承,并由此完成离合器装置24(双离合器34)的轴向的和径向的支承。
·整体单元16,22,28相对于变速器的径向偏移补偿通过离合器盘51的摩擦接触产生。轴向公差能够通过改变接合系统中的轴向行程进行补偿。
图2是在图1中所示的混合动力模块14的另外的(剖)视图。在该视图中能够看出,发动机侧的中间壁66部分地由第一单元16并部分地由第三单元28通过相应部件的螺栓连接装置68构成。
图3示出混合动力模块14的另外的实施方式。它基本对应于图1和2的混合动力模块14的实施方式,因此这里只探讨其不同之处。在图3中所示的混合动力模块14中,双离合器34被设计为三板式双离合器。
在混合动力模块14中支承离合器装置24时,轴向的和径向的力由转子支承件52承载。
转子构件18构成压板48的轴向端部止动件,其中压板48由拉紧件操作并且在离合器装置24的断开状态下借助片簧相间隔。
用作配对板50的中央板在转子18上的连接通过薄板件(优选焊接到转子构件18或者一体地通过变形工艺制造)来实现,其中,板件在中央板上直接或通过板件中间件螺栓连接,铆接(或焊接,则不能拆卸)。
整体单元18,22,28和变速器的装配在此还通过下列步骤执行,(i)将(第一单元16的)转子构件18固定在(第二单元22的)的离合器装置24上,(ii)将得到的预装配的整体单元16,22移入到安放了电机12的第三单元28中,并且将预装配的整体单元16,22固定到第三单元28上,并且(iii)将得到的整体单元移入到变速器的壳体中。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于机动车辆的驱动系(10)的混合动力模块(14),所述驱动系(10)包括电机、内燃机和变速器,其中,所述混合动力模块(14)具有:
-第一单元(16),所述第一单元(16)具有转子构件(18,56)和在所述转子构件(18)内部安置的分离离合器(20),
-第二单元(22),所述第二单元(22)具有包括至少一个离合器(44,46)的离合器装置(24),和
-第三单元(28),所述第三单元(28)具有壳体件,其中,
所述第一单元(16)和所述第二单元(22)相互连接成为预装配的整体单元,并且将所述整体单元伸入并组装到所述第三单元(28)中并同时与所述第三单元(28)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述混合动力模块(14)中的第二单元的和/或第一、第二和第三单元中至少两个单元的功能在装配前能被单独地检测。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,第一和第二单元(16,22)之间的连接被设计为螺栓连接和/或铆接和/或焊接。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,第一和第二单元(16,22)之间的连接通过所述转子构件(18)和所述离合器装置(24)的配对板(50)或至少一个与所述配对板(50)连接的中间构件(60)的连接实现。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述预装配的整体单元与所述第三单元(28)的连接通过螺栓连接装置(68)或另外能拆卸的连接件(68)实现。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述预装配的整体单元与所述第三单元(28)的连接件(68)被设计为在发动机侧能操作的连接。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述转子构件(18)被设计为
-所述电机(12)的转子,或
-能被所述电机(12)驱动的转子构件,特别是通过皮带传动能够驱动的皮带轮。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述转子构件(18)、所述分离离合器(20)和与所述转子构件(18)连接的离合器装置(24)的支承共同地通过轴承单元(54)实现。
9.一种用于装配用于机动车辆的驱动系(10)的混合动力模块(14)的方法,所述驱动系(10)包括电机、内燃机和变速器,其中,所述方法具有如下步骤:
-连接第一单元(16)和第二单元(22)成为预装配的整体单元(16,22),所述第一单元(16)具有转子构件(18)和在所述转子构件(18)内部安置的分离离合器(20),所述第二单元(22)具有包括至少一个离合器(44,46)的离合器装置(24),和
-将所述整体单元(16,22)组装到具有壳体件的第三单元(28)中,即将所述整体单元伸入到所述第三单元(28)中并且与所述第三单元(28)连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于步骤:
-将所述混合动力模块(14)移入到所述变速器的壳体件(32)中,和
-将所述第三单元(28)固定在所述壳体件上,特别是通过螺栓固定。
