在操纵两个摩擦离合器K1、K2时的轴向力作用到支承14、15上。轴向力经由转子支架7来传递。在操纵摩擦离合器K1和K2时出现的轴向力经由转子支架7直接传递到支承14上。
该设计方案或者布置方案具有简单的装配可能性或者拆卸可能性的优点。
第一支承14具有支承内圈22。支承内圈22此时首先安装或者布置在支承区域11上。例如,支承内圈22可以压配合接合到支承区域11上。在此,支承区域11具有轴向止挡23,其中,止挡23确定支承内圈22和因此支承14的轴向位置。
接着或同时实现相应的支承外圈24、25布置在转子支架7的未进一步标明的内周向面处。支承外圈24、25可以压配合压入到转子支架7中。转子支架7优选相应在轴向方向上具有相应的止挡26、27,其确定支承外圈24、25在装配中或者在运行中的轴向位置。
支承14、15优选相应具有滚动体28、29,其中,滚动体28、29在装配的情形中已与支承外圈24、25相连接。滚动体28、29尤其构造为球体。
在下一步中可将转子5与转子支架7、两个支承外圈24、25和相连接的滚动体28、29推到带有第一支承内圈22的支承区域11上,直至滚动体28或者相应的球体贴靠在支承内圈22处。
在下一步中,然后将另一支承内圈30优选以过渡配合布置在支承区域11处。其后进行装配弹簧元件18(在此,即盘簧19)、盘状件20和卡环21。两个支承外圈24、25在轴向方向上相应固定在转子支架7处。因此,弹簧元件18的轴向力不仅传递到支承15上,而且传递到支承14上。弹簧元件18沿轴向支撑在以过渡配合布置的支承内圈30处。由于弹簧元件18可压缩,所以可在装配中补偿几何误差,由此实现简单的装配。尤其不必要的是盘状件20的厚度或卡环21的厚度相应在个别情况下精确匹配于几何上的实际情况,因为通过弹簧元件18的压缩来补偿相应的误差,且借助于弹簧元件18对支承14和15主要在轴向方向上相应进行加载。
由于支承15以过渡配合布置在支承区域11上,所以另外还使得能够实现无破坏地拆卸转子。

Claims (8)

1. 一种用于机动车的混合驱动系装置(1),带有:电机(2)、驱动轴(4)、分离离合器(K0)和至少一个摩擦离合器(K1,K2),其中,所述电机(2)具有转子(5)和定子(6),其中,所述驱动轴(4)可由内燃机驱动,其中,所述驱动轴(4)可借助于所述分离离合器(K0)与所述转子(5)相联结且可与所述转子(5)分离,其中,所述转子(5)可经由所述至少一个摩擦离合器(K1,K2)与变速器相联结,尤其可与双离合变速器相联结,其中,所述转子(5)借助于至少一个支承(14,15)支承在支承区域(11)处,并且其中,对所述至少一个支承(14,15)进行预紧,其特征在于,设置有至少一个弹簧元件(18),其中,所述弹簧元件(18)对所述至少一个支承(14,15)进行预紧。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(18)构造为盘簧(19)。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(18)支撑在盘状件(20)处,其中,所述盘状件(20)通过卡环(21)沿轴向固定在所述支承区域(11)处。
4. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧元件(18)支撑在以过渡配合装配且可拆卸的支承(15)处。
5. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述支承(14,15)中的至少一个尤其两个支承(14,15)构造为径向推力球轴承。
6. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述支承(14,15)相应具有支承内圈(22,30)、支承外圈(24,25)以及多个滚动体(28,29),其中,所述支承外圈(24,25)在其轴向位置上彼此固定在转子支架(7)的内周向面处。
7. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述支承外圈(24,25)以压配合尤其在所述转子支架(7)处固定在相关联的止挡(26,27)处。
8. 根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的混合驱动系装置,其特征在于,所述支承内圈(22)中的其中一个以压配合固定在所述支承区域(11)处,而另一支承内圈(30)可拆卸地以过渡配合布置在所述支承区域(11)处。
