本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的驱动系(10)的离合器模块(14)。所述离合器模块(14)具有能驱动的转子构件(18)和离合器装置(24),所述离合器装置(24)具有至少一个离合器(44,46),所述离合器(44,46)包括压板(48)、中间板(52)和配对板(50)。中间构件(62)与所述压板(48)和所述中间板(52)中的至少一个抗扭地、但能轴向移动地连接。所述压板(50)与所述转子构件(18)固定连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车辆的驱动系的离合器模块。
背景技术
由WO 2014/026685 A1已知一种混合动力模块。在所述用于机动车辆的驱动系的混合动力模块中,将电机安置在内燃机和变速器之间。该混合动力模块具有被设计为电机转子的转子构件,摩擦离合器通常被连接在该转子构件后面。很多已知的(干式)摩擦离合器包括至少一个具有压板和配对板的(摩擦)离合器单元。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种紧凑的离合器模块,所述离合器模块能够节省空间地用于机动车辆的混合动力驱动系。
在混合动力模块中设置,该混合动力模块具有中间构件,离合器装置的配对板或配对板中的至少一个通过该中间构件与转子构件固定连接。在这种情况下,离合器装置的至少一个压板和/或中间板通过至少一个中间构件抗扭地、但轴向可移动地与转子构件连接。由此得到紧凑的板件连接,这对多盘式离合器是特别有利的。中间构件在这种情况下优选被安置在离合器装置的板件(压板、配对板和必要时的中间板)的径向外侧。
转子构件优选是电机的转子或由电机驱动的其它的转子构件,特别是通过带传动能驱动的皮带轮。
本发明另外的实施方式通过下面的特征描述。
能够设置,至少一个压板和/或中间板与中间构件的连接通过至少一个片簧实现。
备选地或附加地能够设置,至少一个压板和/或中间板与中间构件的连接通过至少一个空隙接合结构实现。
在这种情况下能够设置,设计至少一个中间构件为管状或碗状,其中,在管状或碗状的中间构件上设计至少一个缝隙,该缝隙构成空隙接合结构的空隙,所述空隙接合结构用于接合压板和/或中间板的至少一个接合构件。
在空隙和接合构件之间能够设置弹性构件。
能够设置,设计离合器装置为具有多个离合器的多离合器,特别是双离合器。
在这种情况下能够设置,转子构件和其中一个配对板之间的连接通过直接连接实现,特别是转子构件的转子板和该配对板之间的直接连接实现。至少一个另外的配对板则通过中间构件与转子构件连接。中间构件能够在这种情况下,被安置在(a)转子构件和至少一个另外的配对板之间,或者(b)在与转子构件直接连接的配对板和至少一个另外的配对板之间。
能够设置,混合动力模块具有在转子构件内部安置的分离离合器。
混合动力模块能够具有(功能)单元,所述单元包括转子构件、分离离合器和具有离合器装置的至少一个配对板的离合器部件。该预装配的单元则能够被装配到混合动力模块的壳体单元中。
能够设置,混合动力模块还具有用于操作分离离合器的分离装置。该分离装置在这种情况下优选具有罐形的压力件和中央分离装置,其中,压力件用于将动力从分离轴承传递至分离离合器的压板,中央分离装置具有用于将动力传递至分离轴承的活塞。中央分离装置在这种情况下优选是对中式分离副缸单元(CSC)。
能够设置,混合动力模块包括连接在驱动系中分离离合器之前的双质量飞轮。
最后,该混合动力模块能够优选具有发动机侧的中间壁。

具体实施方式
图1示出机动车辆的驱动系10的部分剖视图。在驱动系10中,将电机12安置在(未示出的)内燃机和(同样未示出的)变速器之间。电机12用作驱动电机并且是混合动力模块14的一部分。该混合动力模块14具有下面的主要部分:(i)功能单元16,包括被设计为电机12的转子(电枢)的转子构件18、被安置在转子构件18内的K0分离离合器20以及离合器装置24的至少一个与转子构件18抗扭地连接的离合器部件22,(ii)壳体单元28,该壳体单元28部分地包住功能单元16和电机12的定子(支架)26,(iii)双质量飞轮30,该双质量飞轮连接在驱动系10中分离离合器20之前,以及(iv)壳体件32,该壳体件32包住离合器装置24。离合器装置24被设计为双离合器34。因此,变速器被设计为双离合变速器,其中,仅示出两个变速器输入轴36,38。
由此得到下面的驱动系的路径:内燃机的从动轴40-双质量飞轮30-K0分离离合器20-转子构件18,即被设计为内部电枢的电机12的转子-离合器装置24-变速器输入轴36,38。在这种情况下,相应的轴36,38,40被放置在共同的轴线42上,该轴线42构成混合动力模块14的主轴线。
被设计为双离合器34的离合器装置24具有两个离合器(离合器单元)44,46,该离合器44,46具有相应的压板48、配对板50、中间板52、离合器盘53和操作装置。
转子构件18在其内部具有用作中央轴承装置56的转子支承件54。整个功能单元16通过该轴承装置56能转动地支承在壳体单元28中。转子构件18和离合器部件22之间抗扭的连接在该示例中通过转子构件18的转子板58和离合器装置24的配对板50之间的直接的连接件60实现。在配对板50之间产生经由中间构件62的连接。压板48和中间板52与中间构件62的连接分别通过片簧64完成。这减小了离合器装置24在外径上的必要的轴向结构空间。
该混合动力模块14还包括用于操作分离离合器20的分离装置66。该分离装置66具有罐形的压力件和中央分离装置,其中,压力件用于将动力从分离轴承传递至分离离合器的压板,中央分离装置具有用于将动力传递至分离轴承的活塞。中央分离装置在这种情况下是对中式分离副缸单元(CSC)。
图2示出混合动力模块14的另外的实施方式。它基本对应于图1的混合动力模块14的实施方式,因此这里只探讨其不同之处。
中间构件62在该实施方式中被设计为管状。直接与转子构件18连接的配对板50和管状的中间构件62构成碗状单元。在管状的中间构件62中形成至少一个被设计为缝隙的空隙接合结构70的空隙68(在图3中示出)。空隙68使得能够接合压板48和/或中间板52的接合构件72的至少一个。通过这样的接合,被设计为多盘离合器的离合器装置24的压板48和中间板52通过至少一个中间构件62抗扭地、但轴向可移动地与转子构件18连接。在管状的中间构件62中的缝隙使得能够在轴向上移动并且在径向上传递扭矩。
在图3中还示出了在空隙68和接合构件72之间安置的弹性构件74。嗒嗒的噪音能够一方面通过压板和中间板48,52之间的这种弹性构件74防止,另一方面通过管状中间构件62的缝隙防止。
所示出的混合动力模块14使得能够很好地利用定子26下方的结构空间。具有这种离合器装置24的单元16能够简单地被移入定子26中。
尽管在上文结合实施例描述了本发明,但应该理解的是,能够在不脱离所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下实施各种设计方案和改变。

Claims (12)
1.一种用于机动车辆的驱动系(10)的离合器模块(14),其中,所述离合器模块(14)具有:
能驱动的转子构件(18)和
离合器装置(24),所述离合器装置(24)具有至少一个离合器(44,46),所述离合器(44,46)包括压板(48)、中间板(52)和配对板(50),
其特征在于,
所述离合器模块还具有中间构件(62),所述压板(48)和所述中间板(52)中的至少一个与所述中间构件(62)抗扭地、但能轴向移动地连接,其中,所述配对板(50)与所述转子构件(18)固定连接,所述压板(48)和所述中间板(52)中的至少一个通过所述中间构件(62)抗扭地、但能轴向移动地与所述转子构件(18)连接,所述中间构件(62)安置在所述压板(48)、所述配对板(50)和所述中间板(52)的径向外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,所述离合器模块是用于机动车辆的驱动系(10)的混合动力模块,所述驱动系(10)包括电机(12)、内燃机和变速器,并且通过所述电机(12)能驱动所述转子构件(18)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,所述电机(12)被集成到所述离合器模块(14)中。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,所述压板(48)和所述中间板(52)中至少一个与所述中间构件(62)的连接通过至少一个片簧(64)实现。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,所述压板(48)和/或所述中间板(52)中至少一个与所述中间构件(62)的连接通过至少一个空隙接合结构(70)实现。
6.根据权利要求5所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,设计所述中间构件(62)为管状或碗状,其中,所述中间构件(62)上被设有至少一个缝隙,所述缝隙构成空隙接合结构(70)的空隙(68),所述空隙接合结构用于接合所述压板(48)和所述中间板(52)中至少一个的至少一个接合构件(72)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于安置在所述空隙(68)和所述接合构件(72)之间的弹性构件(74)。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,所述离合器装置(24)被设计为具有两个离合器(44,46)的双离合器(34)。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于,所述转子构件(18)和所述配对板(50)之间的连接是所述转子构件(18)的转子板(58)和所述配对板(50)之间的直接连接。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于在所述转子构件(18)内安置的分离离合器(20)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于连接在所述驱动系(10)中所述分离离合器(20)之前的双质量飞轮(30)。
12.根据权利要求10所述的离合器模块(14),其特征在于单元(16),所述单元(16)包括所述转子构件(18)、所述分离离合器(20)和具有所述离合器装置(24)的配对板(50)的离合器部件(22)。
