Claims (10)
- 第1の駆動ユニット(5,6)のトルクを被駆動軸(7,8)に選択的に伝達するための第1の部分クラッチ(3)と第2の部分クラッチ(4)とを有しているデュアルクラッチ(2)と、
第2の駆動ユニットを連結し、かつ該第2の駆動ユニットのトルクを前記被駆動軸(7,8)に伝達するための遮断クラッチ(9)と、
を備える、自動車のパワートレーン用のハイブリッドモジュール(1)であって、
少なくとも1つの回転フィードスルー(10,33,34,52)が設けられており、該回転フィードスルー(10,33,34,52)が、一方では前記遮断クラッチ(9)を操作するように設計されている操作オイルを案内し、他方では前記遮断クラッチ(9)および/または前記デュアルクラッチ(2)を冷却するように設計されている冷却オイルを案内するように形成されていることを特徴とする、ハイブリッドモジュール(1)。 - 前記遮断クラッチ(9)、前記第1の部分クラッチ(3)および/または前記第2の部分クラッチ(4)を操作するように設計されている操作オイルを案内するためのそれぞれ1つの回転フィードスルー(10,33,34)が、前記遮断クラッチ(9)に対しても、前記第1の部分クラッチ(3)および前記第2の部分クラッチ(4)に対しても設けられている、請求項1記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(9)を操作するための操作オイルを案内する前記回転フィードスルー(10)が、ケーシング(11)内と、前記第1の駆動ユニット(5,6)を支承するロータ支持体(15)に固く結合されたロータフランジ(14)内とに形成されている、請求項1または2記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(9)が多板クラッチ(27)として形成されており、内板支持体(29)または外板支持体(28)が前記ロータフランジ(14)に固く結合されている、請求項3記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- オイルで満たされた少なくとも1つの遠心オイル−補償室(30,44,51)が設けられており、該遠心オイル−補償室(30,44,51)内のオイル圧が、前記遮断クラッチ(9)、前記第1の部分クラッチ(3)および/または前記第2の部分クラッチ(4)を操作するための前記操作オイルの操作力とは反対に作用する力を、前記遮断クラッチ(9)、前記第1の部分クラッチ(3)および/または前記第2の部分クラッチ(4)を操作するための軸方向で移動可能な操作エレメント(24,38,45)に軸方向で加えるように、前記遠心オイル−補償室(30,44,51)が形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遠心オイル−補償室(30,44,51)内の前記オイル圧は、前記遮断クラッチ(9)、前記第1の部分クラッチ(3)および/または前記第2の部分クラッチ(4)を操作するために操作オイルで満たされる圧力室(12,36,37)内の操作オイル圧に相当する、請求項5記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(9)を操作するための操作オイルを案内する前記回転フィードスルー(10)が、前記ロータフランジ(14)内の、半径方向で環状に延びる溝(23)を介して前記ケーシング(11)内の操作オイル供給部(13)に接続されている貫通孔(21)によって形成されている、請求項3から6までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記溝(23)が、スリーブ(17)内の貫通孔(22)を介して前記ケーシング(11)内の前記操作オイル供給部(13)に接続されている、請求項7記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記遮断クラッチ(9)、前記第1の部分クラッチ(3)および/または前記第2の部分クラッチ(4)を操作するための操作力を支持するための対圧エレメント(31,32,14)が、前記ロータフランジ(14)に固く結合されている、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
- 前記対圧エレメント(31,32)が、支持ねじ(32)、位置固定リングまたはバヨネットリングとして形成されている、請求項9記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)。
