Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、ステータ(16)と、クラッチハウジング(18)に固定されたそのステータ(16)に対して、半径方向ギャップ(22)を形成して回転できるロータ(20)とを含む電気機械(15)と、少なくとも1つのオイル通過開口(41)を備えた外側多重ディスク担体(24)を含む湿式運転型多重ディスククラッチ装置(8)とを有するハイブリッド駆動系(1)に関する。構造が単純で、安価に製造できるハイブリッド駆動系を提供するために、ロータ(20)とステータ(16)との間の半径方向ギャップ(22)は、オイル遮断装置(50)によって外側多重ディスク担体(24)のオイル通過開口(41)から遮断される。

Claims (10)
- ステータ(16)と、クラッチハウジング(18)に固定された前記ステータ(16)に対して、半径方向ギャップ(22)を形成して回転できるロータ(20)とを含む電気機械(15)と、少なくとも1つのオイル通過開口(41)を備えた外側多重ディスク担体(24)を含む湿式運転型多重ディスククラッチ装置(8)とを有するハイブリッド駆動系(1)であって、前記ロータ(20)と前記ステータ(16)との間の前記半径方向ギャップ(22)が、オイル遮断装置(50)によって前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)の前記オイル通過開口(41)から遮断される、ハイブリッド駆動系(1)。
- 前記オイル遮断装置(50)は、前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)から前記クラッチハウジング(18)の近くまで延びる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記オイル遮断装置(50)は、前記クラッチハウジング(18)から半径方向に若干離間する、請求項1または請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- オイルが若干通過するのを可能にする少なくとも1つのオイル通過ギャップ(55)が、前記オイル遮断装置(50)と前記クラッチハウジング(18)との間に設けられる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記オイル遮断装置(50)は、前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)から半径方向外側に延びる遮断プレート(52)を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記遮断プレート(52)は、一体で、または、材料を結合した態様で、前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)に連結される、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記多重ディスククラッチ装置(8)は、2つの湿式運転型ディスククラッチ(31、32)を含み、これらを介して、前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)を第1の変速機入力シャフト(11)または第2の変速機入力シャフト(12)に連結することができる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記多重ディスククラッチ装置(8)は、主駆動部(4)と前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)との間に連結された、多重ディスク構造の湿式運転型分離クラッチ(35)を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記分離クラッチ(35)は外側多重ディスク担体要素(44)を含み、この外側多重ディスク担体要素(44)は、少なくとも1つのオイル通過開口(42)が設けられ、前記外側多重ディスク担体(24)および前記電気機械(15)の前記ロータ(20)の半径方向内側に環状空間を形成して配置される、請求項8に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
- 前記分離クラッチ(35)は、前記電気機械(15)の前記ロータ(20)と軸方向に重なるように配置される、請求項8または請求項9に記載のハイブリッド駆動系。
