本发明涉及一种混合动力耦合机构与双离合变速器导向连接结构,包括导向轴和导向轴承,所述导向轴安装在双离合变速器上,所述导向轴承安装在耦合机构上,其特征是:所述导向轴与所述导向轴承对应配合。本发明能够避免双离合器总成的壳体焊接点出现裂纹而失效、油封破坏而造成变速器漏油的情况发生,并且装配导向性好,便于安装,能够减少耦合机构的挠性盘内花键与变速器的双离合器总成输入毂外花键的磕碰损伤,连接可靠、动力传输平顺、避免发出噪声。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车,尤其是一种混合动力耦合机构与双离合变速器导向连接结构。
背景技术
汽车用混合动力系统是指具有至少两种不同工作原理的原动机或者将其组合在一起并使其运行的系统。通常混合动力汽车主要指采用发动机和驱动电机作为动力源的油电混合动力电动汽车,其能够高效利用发动机与电机各自的优势,发挥单一动力源所远远无法达到的各项性能。耦合机构则是实现驱动电机与发动机动力组合并与变速器连接构成动力传动单元的装置,结构较为复杂,按照不同的动力构型其布置及结构有所差别。双离合变速器是目前日益流行的先进技术,它是现实动力传递通断并提供不同动力输出的重要组成单元。现行的耦合机构与双离合变速器的连接方式主要采用耦合机构的挠性盘与双离合器总成的输入毂花键连接、耦合结构的壳体与双离合变速器的箱体周向布置螺栓进行连接。由于挠性盘并非完全刚性件,同时双离合器总成在变速器上的安装属于一种悬臂梁结构,因此,在耦合机构的挠性盘动力输出过程中,会对双离合器总成的输入毂施加不同程度的径向作用力,导致双离合器总成的壳体焊接点出现裂纹,造成双离合器总成失效;也会引起输入毂与离合器封油盖油封不同轴而径向挤压油封导致其破坏失效,造成变速器漏油。同时,在耦合机构与双离合变速器装配过程中缺少导向结构使得装配困难,容易造成耦合机构挠性盘内花键与变速器的双离合器总成输入毂外花键磕碰损伤,引起动力传输不平顺、发出噪声问题。
CN101982331A公开了一种混合动力汽车动力总成的耦合机构,包括依次相接的发动机、电机与变速器,其中电机输入轴经设于电机输入轴前端的齿圈与发动机输出轴联接,齿圈前端与发动机输出轴前端间螺纹联接,发动机输出轴与电机输入轴间为螺旋传动;电机输入轴后端与齿圈后端间为花键联接;电机盖外壳上设有用于密封和便于拆装维护的开口。该发明的齿圈前端与发动机输出轴间的配合始终为螺纹联接,采用了磁场耦合方式,结合平顺性好,耦合效率高。但没有完全克服现行的耦合机构与双离合变速器的连接方式存在的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种混合动力耦合机构与双离合变速器导向连接结构,其能够避免双离合器总成的壳体焊接点出现裂纹而失效、油封破坏而造成变速器漏油的情况发生,并且装配导向性好,便于安装,能够减少耦合机构的挠性盘内花键与变速器的双离合器总成输入毂外花键的磕碰损伤,连接可靠、动力传输平顺、避免发出噪声。
本发明所述的一种混合动力耦合机构与双离合变速器导向连接结构,包括导向轴和导向轴承,所述导向轴安装在双离合变速器上,所述导向轴承安装在耦合机构上,其特征是:所述导向轴与所述导向轴承对应配合。
进一步,所述耦合机构包括壳体、固定连接在壳体内壁的电机定子、设在壳体内的中轴、配合在中轴上的转子支架、固定在转子支架上的电机转子、固定连接在转子支架上并设有内花键的挠性盘,设在所述中轴和转子支架之间的离合器构件,所述导向轴承设在所述中轴的右端内。
进一步,所述双离合变速器包括箱体、内输入轴、套在内输入轴上的外输入轴、通过花键配合连接在所述内、外输入轴(双离合器总成分别控制内、外输入轴动力输入)上的双离合器总成、配合连接在双离合器总成中心部位的输入毂,该输入毂的外部设有花键结构,内部中空并设有挡肩结构;所述内输入轴与所述双离合器总成配合的部位上设有轴承挡环和轴卡簧进行轴向定位。
所述输入毂外部的花键结构与所述挠性盘的内花键配合;所述导向轴为阶梯结构,其的右端与所述输入毂配合连接、左端与设在所述中轴的右端内的导向轴承配合;所述耦合机构的壳体与所述双离合变速器的箱体通过螺栓连接紧固。
所述的混合动力耦合机构与双离合变速器导向连接结构,还包括设在输入毂上的输入毂油封,设在所述双离合器总成上的离合器封油盖。
进一步,所述导向轴承由外圈、圆柱滚子、保持架、挡环、组合式油封、左挡圈和右挡圈组成,其中,左挡圈和右挡圈与外圈为一整体,外圈内设有周向分布的圆柱滚子,各圆柱滚子之间通过保持架均匀隔开,所述保持架的左端由左挡圈进行限位,所述保持架的右端由挡环进行限位;所述组合式油封设在挡环与右挡圈之间,并压装在外圈内;所述导向轴的左端部与各圆柱滚子直接接触配合。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
在装配时,具有很好的导向作用,有利于耦合机构的挠性盘内花键与变速器的双离合器总成的输入毂外花键同轴配合,装配方便;能够避免磕碰损伤花键而引起传动不平顺及噪声,另外,该连接结构还能起到有效支撑双离合器总成的作用,并且能够分担挠性盘施加到输入毂上的部分径向作用力,同时该连接结构还有一定的调心作用,保证双离合器总成运转的同轴度。

耦合机构与双离合变速器的集成装配过程:将双离合变速器水平放置在专用工装台,用吊装设备将耦合机构竖直吊立,调节吊装设备使得耦合机构的挠性盘17中心对准双离合变速器的导向轴15,缓慢移动耦合机构使其导向轴承24与导向轴15配合,通过导向作用将耦合机构进一步靠近双离合变速器,使挠性盘17的内花键与输入毂16的外花键配合,缓慢靠近,直至耦合机构的壳体26与双离合变速器的箱体28贴合,通过周向布置的(六角头)螺栓27将耦合机构与双离合变速器集成连接在一起。
