Claims (10)
- 内燃機関を連結する自動車用のハイブリッドモジュール(1)であって、
回転軸線(2)上に配置されるロータ(11)を有する電気機械(10)と、
前記ロータ(11)により囲繞される空間(15)内に配置されている、駆動ユニットのトルクを伝達する少なくとも1つのクラッチ(30,40,50)と、
前記ロータ(11)に少なくとも回転に関して堅固に結合され、同じく前記回転軸線(2)上に配置される回転部材(70)と、
を備えるハイブリッドモジュール(1)において、
前記回転部材(70)は、前記回転軸線(2)から半径方向で前記ロータ(11)よりも大きく延在し、前記ロータ(11)および/または前記クラッチ(30,40,50)から前記回転部材(70)に入る熱は、前記回転部材(70)の周囲に導出可能である、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッドモジュール。 - 前記回転部材(70)の少なくとも一部領域は、同じく前記ロータ(11)により囲繞される前記空間(15)内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記回転部材(70)は、前記クラッチ(30,40,50)の構成部分を形成し、特に前記回転部材(70)は、前記ロータ(11)により囲繞される前記空間(15)内に配置される少なくとも1つの摩擦クラッチ(30,40,50)のカウンタプレッシャプレート(53,71)として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記ロータ(11)により囲繞される前記空間(15)内に複数のクラッチ(30,40,50)が配置されており、前記回転部材(70)は、複数のクラッチ(30,40,50)の構成部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記電気機械(10)の前記ロータ(11)は、ロータキャリア(12)に配置されており、前記ロータ(11)に結合される前記回転部材(70)は、前記ロータキャリア(12)に機械的に堅固に接続される構成部材であるか、または前記ロータキャリア(12)の一体の構成部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記回転部材(70)は、回転対称に形成されており、前記回転部材(70)の直径Dtは、前記ロータの直径Drに対して以下の比:Dt/Dr=1.1ないし2.0にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記回転部材(70)は、前記回転部材(70)の半径方向外側に、軸方向で相並んで配置される複数の構成部材セグメント(72)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記回転部材(70)は、少なくとも前記回転部材(70)の半径方向外側の領域に、前記回転部材(70)が回転したときに少なくとも半径方向の成分を有する空気流動の形成を促進する形状要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 前記回転部材(70)は、半径方向内側の領域(77)と、半径方向外側の領域(78)と、前記半径方向内側の領域(77)と前記半径方向外側の領域(78)との間の屈曲領域(79)とを有し、前記半径方向内側の領域(77)は、前記ロータ(11)により囲繞される前記空間(15)内に配置されており、前記半径方向外側の領域(78)は、軸方向に沿ってオフセットされて前記ロータ(11)の片側を延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール。
- 内燃機関と、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッドモジュール(1)と、駆動伝動機構と、を備え、前記ハイブリッドモジュール(1)は、クラッチにより前記内燃機関および前記駆動伝動機構に機械的に結合されている、自動車用のパワートレーン。
