Abstract
Description
実施例及び比較例で製造された粘着シートを眩しさ防止層が形成された偏光板の前記眩しさ防止層にJIS Z 0237によって2kgのローラーで付着した。その後、23℃の温度及び65%の相対湿度で24時間の間保管した後、横の長さが25mmであり、縦の長さが120mmになるように裁断して試片を製造した。その後、試片をガラス基板に固定し、引張試験機を利用して180度の剥離角度及び0.3m/minの剥離速度で、粘着シートを横方向に眩しさ防止層から剥離しながら剥離力を測定した。剥離力は、2個の同一な試片に対して測定した後、その平均値を採用した。
実施例及び比較例で製造された粘着シートを眩しさ防止層が形成された偏光板の前記眩しさ防止層にJIS Z 0237によって2kgのローラーで付着した。その後、23℃の温度及び65%の相対湿度で24時間の間保管した後、横の長さが25mmであり、縦の長さが250mmになるように裁断して試片を製造した。その後、試片をガラス基板に固定し、引張試験機を利用して180度の剥離角度及び30m/minの剥離速度で、粘着シートを横方向に眩しさ防止層から剥離しながら剥離力を測定した。剥離力は、2個の同一な試片に対して測定した後、その平均値を採用した。
低速及び高速剥離力の測定で使用したものと同一であるが、横の長さが約22cmであり、縦の長さが約25cmである試片を製造した。その後、試片をガラス基板に固定し、試片の粘着シートを引張試験機で約180度の剥離角度及び40m/minの剥離速度で剥離しながら剥離帯電圧を測定した。
低速剥離力の測定時に使用したものと同一な試片で粘着シートを剥離した後、被着体の表面に静電気による染みが発生するか否かを観察して、下記基準によって評価した。
A:被着体の表面で染みが発生しない場合
B:被着体の表面で染みが発生した場合
窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易に冷却装置を設置した1L反応機に、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(EHA)、ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(HEA)及びポリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルメタクリレート(化学式1で、Tがエチレン基であり、m(付加モル数)が9である化合物)(EO1)を88:6:6(EHA:HEA:EO1)の重量割合で含む単量体混合物を投入し、溶剤としてエチルアセテートを前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して100重量部を投入した。その後、窒素ガスを1時間の間パージング(purging)して酸素を除去し、反応開始剤(AIBN:azobisisobutyronitrile)を投入して約8時間の間反応させた後、反応物をエチルアセテートに希釈してアクリル重合体(A)を製造した。
重合体の製造時に単量体の割合を下記表1のように変更したこと以外は、製造例1と同一にアクリル重合体を製造した。
[粘着剤組成物の製造]
製造例1のアクリル重合体(A)100重量部に対して、架橋剤としてイソボロンジイソシアネート系架橋剤及びヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート系架橋剤の混合物(MHG−80B、Asahi社製)5.0重量部及びLiTFSi(lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide)0.3重量部を均一に配合し、コーティング性を考慮して適正濃度に希釈して粘着剤組成物を製造した。
製造された粘着剤組成物をPET(poly(ethylene terephthalate))フィルム(厚さ:38μm)の一面にコーティング及び乾燥し、厚さが約23μmである均一なコーティング層を形成した。その後、約90℃で3分程度維持させて前記コーティング層に架橋反応を誘導して粘着シートを製造した。
粘着剤組成物の組成を下記表2のように変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同一な方式で粘着剤組成物を製造した。

- 化学式1で、Tのアルキレン基に含まれる炭素原子の数(c)とmの積(m×c)は、4〜20の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 化学式1で、Qが炭素数1〜8のアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 重合体は、ヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート1重量部〜10重量部の重合単位及び化学式1の単量体1重量部〜10重量部の重合された単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 重合体内のヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレートの重量(A)と化学式1の単量体の重量(B)の割合(A/B)が1を超過することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 重合体は、アルキル(メタ)アクリレートの重合単位をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋剤は、脂肪族環型イソシアネート化合物及び脂肪族非環型イソシアネート化合物からなる群より選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族環型イソシアネート化合物は、イソホロンジイソシアネート、メチレンジシクロキシルジイソシアネートまたはシクロヘキサンジイソシアネートであるイソシアネート化合物;前記イソシアネート化合物の二量体または三量体;または前記イソシアネート化合物とポリオールの反応物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族非環型イソシアネート化合物は、炭素数1〜20のアルキレンジイソシアネート化合物;前記イソシアネート化合物の二量体または三量体;または前記イソシアネート化合物とポリオールの反応物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋剤は、重合体100重量部に対して、0.01重量部〜10重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- イオン性化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋構造が具現された状態での表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である被着体に対して、180度の剥離角度及び0.3m/minの剥離速度で測定した粘着剤層の剥離力が、1gf/25mm〜40gf/25mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋構造が具現された状態での表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である被着体に対して、180度の剥離角度及び30m/minの剥離速度で測定した粘着剤層の剥離力が、10gf/25mm〜150gf/25mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋構造が具現された状態での表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である被着体に対して、180度の剥離角度及び40m/minの剥離速度で測定した剥離帯電圧が、0.5kV以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 表面保護用基材フィルム;及び前記表面保護用基材フィルムの一面または両面に形成されており、架橋された状態の請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物を含む粘着剤層を含むことを特徴とする保護フィルム。
- 請求項15に記載の保護フィルムが表面に付着されていることを特徴とする光学素子。
- 光学素子の表面の表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下であり、保護フィルムの粘着剤層の前記表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下の表面に付着されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の光学素子。
- 表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である表面は、高硬度層、眩しさ防止層または低反射層であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の光学素子。
- 請求項16に記載の光学素子を含むことを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。
