Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、バインダー樹脂;および前記バインダー樹脂100重量部に対して1〜30重量部の含量で含まれ、表面に凹凸パターンが形成されている有機物微粒子を含むアンチグレアフィルム用組成物およびそれを用いて製造したアンチグレアフィルムを提供する。これにより、高解像度用アンチグレアフィルム内に含まれた微粒子の貯蔵安定性を改善し、製品の耐久性とその使用寿命を増加させることができ、入射される外光によって使用者に認知される眩しさを防止することができ、画面表示装置を介して実現される画像の像鮮明度およびコントラスト比を向上させることができる。

Description
(アンチグレアフィルム用組成物の製造)
ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー10g、多官能性アクリレートモノマーとしてジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(DPHA)20g、平均粒径が3.5μmであり、その表面に形成された凹凸の高さが300nm以下であり、その凹凸の幅が1μm以下であり、凹凸分布が80%である微粒子2g、有機溶媒としてメチルエチルケトン30gおよびトルエン38g、UV硬化開始剤2gを均一に混合してアンチグレアフィルム用組成物を製造した。
トリアセチルセルロースからなる透明基材層(厚さ80μm)の上にロールコーティングを利用して前記方法により製造した液相のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物を乾燥厚さ4μmになるように塗布した後、280mJ/cm2のUVを照射して硬化させた。
実施例1に用いられた微粒子の代わりに、平均粒径が3.5μmであり、その表面に形成された凹凸の高さが580nm以下であり、その凹凸の幅が1.5μmである微粒子を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によりアンチグレアフィルム用組成物を製造した後、これを利用してアンチグレアフィルムを製造した。
実施例1に用いられた微粒子の代わりに、平均粒径が3.5μmであり、ソリッド(solid)構造を有する表面粗さのない微粒子を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によりアンチグレアフィルム用組成物を製造した後、これを利用してアンチグレアフィルムを製造した。
実施例1に用いられた微粒子の量2gを0.1gに減少させて用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によりアンチグレアフィルム用組成物を製造した後、これを利用してアンチグレアフィルムを製造した。
実施例1に用いられた微粒子の量2gを10gに増加させて用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同じ方法によりアンチグレアフィルム用組成物を製造した後、これを利用してアンチグレアフィルムを製造した。
図2〜図4は、実施例1〜2および比較例1〜3で用いられた微粒子の表面粗度を観察するために撮影した走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)写真である。
実施例1〜2および比較例1〜3によるアンチグレアフィルムの物性を下記のような条件により測定した後、それぞれの結果を下記表1に示す。

スチールコットン(#0000)を1kgのハンマーに結んでアンチグレアコーティングフィルムに10回擦った後に観察した。

前記バインダー樹脂100重量部に対して1〜30重量部の含量で含まれ、表面に凹凸パターンが形成されている有機物微粒子を含むアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。 - 前記有機物微粒子は、平均粒径が1〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記有機物微粒子の凹凸高さは0.01〜2μmであり、前記有機物微粒子の凹凸幅は0.01〜4μmであり、前記有機物微粒子の凹凸の全体分布率は前記有機物微粒子の全体表面の10〜100%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記有機物微粒子は、前記バインダー樹脂との平均屈折率差が0.01〜0.3であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記有機物微粒子は、ポリスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリメチルアクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアクリレート−co−スチレン、ポリメチルアクリレート−co−スチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート−co−スチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルクロリド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド系、ポリイミド系、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリアセタール、エポキシレジン、フェノールレジン、シリコン樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ベンゾグアミン、ポリジビニルベンゼン、ポリジビニルベンゼン−co−スチレン、ポリジビニルベンゼン−co−アクリレート、ポリジアリルフタレートおよびトリアリルイソシアヌレートポリマーからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上のコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記バインダー樹脂は、反応性アクリレートオリゴマーおよび多官能性アクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記反応性アクリレートオリゴマーは、ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、エポキシアクリレートオリゴマー、ポリエステルアクリレート、およびポリエーテルアクリレートからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記多官能性アクリレートモノマーは、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヒドロキシペンタアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート、トリメチレンプロピルトリアクリレート、プロポキシ化グリセロールトリアクリレート、トリメチロプロパンエトキシトリアクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、プロポキシ化グリセロトリアクリレート、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート、およびエチレングリコールジアクリレートからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記バインダー樹脂100重量部に対して50〜500重量部の有機溶媒をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- 前記バインダー樹脂100重量部に対して0.1〜10重量部のUV硬化開始剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- レベリング剤、湿潤剤、消泡剤および平均粒径1〜50nmのシリカからなる群から選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンチグレアフィルム用組成物。
- バインダー樹脂および前記バインダー樹脂100重量部に対して1〜30重量部の含量で含まれ、表面に凹凸パターンが形成されている有機物微粒子を含むアンチグレア層を含むことを特徴とするアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記有機物微粒子は、平均粒径が1〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記有機物微粒子の凹凸高さは0.01〜2μmであり、前記有機物微粒子の凹凸幅は0.01〜4μmであり、前記有機物微粒子の凹凸の全体分布率は前記有機物微粒子の全体表面の10〜100%であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記有機物微粒子は、前記バインダー樹脂との平均屈折率差が0.01〜0.3であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記有機物微粒子は、ポリスチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリメチルアクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアクリレート−co−スチレン、ポリメチルアクリレート−co−スチレン、ポリメチルメタクリレート−co−スチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルクロリド、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアミド系、ポリイミド系、ポリスルホン、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリアセタール、エポキシレジン、フェノールレジン、シリコン樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ベンゾグアミン、ポリジビニルベンゼン、ポリジビニルベンゼン−co−スチレン、ポリジビニルベンゼン−co−アクリレート、ポリジアリルフタレートおよびトリアリルイソシアヌレートポリマーからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上のコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記バインダー樹脂は、反応性アクリレートオリゴマーおよび多官能性アクリレートモノマーからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記反応性アクリレートオリゴマーは、ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、エポキシアクリレートオリゴマー、ポリエステルアクリレート、およびポリエーテルアクリレートからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記多官能性アクリレートモノマーは、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヒドロキシペンタアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラアクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート、トリメチレンプロピルトリアクリレート、プロポキシ化グリセロールトリアクリレート、トリメチロプロパンエトキシトリアクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、プロポキシ化グリセロトリアクリレート、トリプロピレングリコールジアクリレート、およびエチレングリコールジアクリレートからなる群から選択された一つの単一物または二つ以上の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アンチグレア層の少なくとも片面に備えられる透明基材層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アンチグレア層上に備えられた低反射層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
- 前記アンチグレア層上に備えられた耐汚染層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のアンチグレアフィルム。
