粘着シートを横の長さが150mm、縦の長さが50mmとなるように裁断して、粘着剤層から離型PETフィルムを一定速度で剥離した後、離型PETフィルムが剥離された粘着剤層と離型PETフィルムの表面でそれぞれ任意に三カ所を選択して表面抵抗を測定し、その平均値を求めた。表面抵抗はMCP-HT 450装備(Mitsubishi chemical(製))を用いてメーカーのマニュアルにしたがって測定した。
実施例または比較例で製造された粘着シートを防眩フィルム(商品名: ASG5、LG化学(製))にJIS Z 0237にしたがって2Kgのローラで付着した。続いて、保護フィルムが付着された防眩フィルムを横の長さが25mm、縦の長さが100mmとなるように裁断した後に23℃の温度および65%の相対湿度で24時間の間保管した。続いて、常温で引っ張り試験機(Texture Analyzer、ステーブルマイクロシステムズ社(製))を用いて、防眩フィルムから粘着シートを180度の剥離角度および0.3m/minの速度で縦方向に剥離して剥離力を測定した。剥離力は2つの同一試片に対して測定した後にその平均値を採用した。
実施例または比較例で製造された粘着シートを防眩フィルム(商品名: ASG5、LG化学(製))にJIS Z 0237にしたがって2Kgのローラで付着した。続いて、保護フィルムが付着された防眩フィルムを横の長さが25mm、縦の長さが250mmとなるように裁断した後に23℃の温度および65%の相対湿度で24時間の間保管した。続いて、常温で引っ張り試験機(Texture Analyzer、ステーブルマイクロシステムズ社(製))を用いて、防眩フィルムから粘着シートを180度の剥離角度および30m/minの速度で縦方向に剥離して剥離力を測定した。剥離力は2つの同一試片に対して測定した後にその平均値を採用した。
実施例または比較例で製造された粘着シートを横の長さが220mm、縦の長さが250mmとなるように裁断した。続いて、裁断された粘着シートを防眩フィルム(商品名: ASG5、LG化学(製))にJIS Z 0237にしたがって2Kgのローラで付着した。続いて、23℃の温度および65%の相対湿度で防眩フィルムから粘着シートを180度の剥離角度および40m/minの速度で剥離した。剥離直後、防眩フィルムの表面から40mm距離で静電気電位測定機(KSD-200)を用いて剥離帯電圧を測定した。剥離帯電圧は同一試片に対して2回測定した後に平均値を求めた。剥離帯電圧特性の評価基準は次の通りである。
A: 剥離帯電圧が0.5kV以下である場合
B: 剥離帯電圧が0.5kVを超過する場合
実施例または比較例で製造された粘着シート(保護フィルム)を横の長さが150mm、縦の長さが250mmとなるように裁断した。続いて、裁断された粘着シートを防眩フィルム(商品名: ASG5、LG化学(製))にJIS Z 0237にしたがって2Kgのローラで付着した。その後、防眩フィルムの粘着シートが付着されていない面に黒色粘着フィルムを付着し、50℃の温度で24時間の間保管した。続いて、保護フィルムを剥離した後、再付着する工程を繰り返して粘着剤層と防眩フィルムとの間に人為的に気泡を注入した。気泡が混入された積層体を、さらに常温で24時間の間保管した。その後、保護フィルムを除去し、防眩フィルムにXenon HIDランプ(polarion(製))を照射して気泡のところに形成された汚染物の有無を確認して下記の基準にしたがって汚染度を評価した。
A: 汚染物が確認されていない場合
B: 汚染物が若干発見された場合
C: 汚染物が多量発見された場合
窒素ガスが還流されて、温度調節が容易であるように冷却装置を設置した3L反応器に2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2-EHA)、4-ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(4-HBA)、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2-HEA)、N、N-ジメチルアクリルアミドおよび2-(2-エトキシエトキシ)エチルアクリレート(EOEOEA)を86:3:3:4:4の重量比率(2-EHA:4-HBA:2-HEA:DMAA:EOEOEA)の重量比率で投入し、前記単量体固形分100重量部対比100重量部のエチルアセテート(EAc)を投入した。続いて、窒素ガスを1時間の間パージング(purging)して酸素を除去し、温度を60℃に維持した。その後、反応開始剤(AIBN: azobisisobutyronitrile)および分子量調節剤(n-DDM、n-Dodecyl Mercaptan)を適正量投入して、約8時間の間反応させた。反応後反応物をエチルアセテート(EAc)で希釈して固形分濃度が44重量%で、重量平均分子量(Mw)が約35万であるアクリル重合体(A)を製造した。
重合体の製造時に単量体の比率を下記の表1および2のように変更したことを除いては製造例1と同様にしてアクリル重合体を製造した。
製造例1のアクリル重合体(A)100重量部に対し、架橋剤としてイソボロンジイソシアネート系架橋剤およびヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート系架橋剤の混合物(MHG-80B、Asahi社製)6重量部、LiTFSi(lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide)2重量部およびアセチルアセトン3重量部を均一に配合し、コート性を考慮して適正濃度に希釈して粘着剤組成物を製造した。
粘着剤組成物をPET(poly(ethylene terephthalate))フィルム(厚さ: 38μm)の一面にコートおよび乾燥して、厚さが約20μmである均一なコート層(粘着剤層)を形成した。続いて、コート層上に離型PETフィルムを積層し、約50℃で3日間熟成させて粘着シート(保護フィルム)を製造した。
粘着剤組成物の組成を下記の表3および4のように変更したことを除いては実施例1と同様にして粘着剤組成物を製造した。
Claims (15)
- 下記の化学式1の化合物0.1〜5重量部;窒素含有反応性化合物1〜30重量部、下記の化学式2で表示され、下記の化学式2のAおよびBのアルキレン基が含む炭素の数が1〜3の範囲内の第1単量体0.1〜15重量部および下記の化学式2で表示され、下記の化学式2のAおよびBのアルキレン基が含む炭素の数が4〜8の範囲内の第2単量体0.1〜5重量部を単量体成分で含む重合体;脂肪族イソシアネート架橋剤;およびイオン化合物を含む、粘着剤組成物:
- 化学式1でUが炭素数1〜4のアルキレン基である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 窒素含有反応性化合物はジアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- ジアルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドは炭素数1〜4のアルキル基を含む、請求項3に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 第1単量体の重量(A)と第2単量体の重量(B)の比率(A/B)が1〜5の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族イソシアネート架橋剤は脂肪族環状イソシアネート化合物および脂肪族非環状イソシアネート化合物からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族環状イソシアネート化合物がイソボロンジイソシアネート、メチレンジシクロヘキシルジイソシアネートまたはシクロヘキサンジイソシアネートであるイソシアネート化合物;前記イソシアネート化合物のダイマーまたはトリマー;または前記イソシアネート化合物とポリオールの反応物である、請求項6に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族非環状イソシアネート化合物が炭素数1〜20のアルキレンジイソシアネート化合物;前記イソシアネート化合物のダイマーまたはトリマー;または前記イソシアネート化合物とポリオールの反応物である、請求項6に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族イソシアネート架橋剤は重合体100重量部対比0.01重量部〜10重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 表面保護基材層;および前記基材層の一面または両面に形成されており、架橋された状態の請求項1に記載された粘着剤組成物を含む粘着剤層を含む、表面保護フィルム。
- 表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である被着体に対して180度の剥離角度および0.3m/minの剥離速度で測定した粘着剤層の剥離力が1gf/25mm〜40gf/25mmの範囲内である、請求項10に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である被着体に対して180度の剥離角度および30m/minの剥離速度で測定した粘着剤層の剥離力が10gf/25mm〜180gf/25mmの範囲内である、請求項10に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 請求項10に記載された保護フィルムが表面に剥離可能であるように付着されている、光学素子。
- 保護フィルムが付着されている表面の表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下である、請求項13に記載の光学素子。
- 請求項13に記載された光学素子を含む、ディスプレイ装置。
