Description

上記重合体は、また、アルキレンオキシド鎖を有する化合物をさらに含むことができる。上記化合物は、例えば、重合されて上記重合体に含まれることができる。アルキレンオキシド鎖を有する化合物としては、下記化学式2の化合物が例示されることができる。

化学式4で、Yが炭素の場合、mは、1であり、Yが黄色である場合、mは、2であり、Xが窒素である場合、nは、2であり、Xが炭素である場合、nは3であることができる。
ゲル(gel)含量=B/A×100
実施例または比較例で製造した粘着シートを表面に表面エネルギーが26mN/m程度である表面処理層(眩しさ防止層)が形成された偏光板の上記表面処理層にJIS Z 0237に基づいて、2kgのローラーで付着する。その後、23℃の温度及び65%の相対湿度で24時間保管した後、横及び縦がそれぞれ25mm及び120mmになるようにカットし、試験片を製造する。次に、試験片をガラス基板に固定した後、引張試験器を使用して180度の剥離角度及び0.3m/minの剥離速度で粘着シートを横方向に表面処理層から剥離しながら剥離力を測定する。剥離力は、同一の試験片2個に対して測定し、その平均値を採用する。
実施例または比較例で製造した粘着シートを表面に表面エネルギーが26mN/m程度である表面処理層(眩しさ防止層)が形成された偏光板の上記表面処理層にJIS Z 0237に基づいて、2kgのローラーで付着する。その後、23℃の温度及び65%の相対湿度で24時間保管した後、横及び縦がそれぞれ25mm及び250mmになるようにカットし、試験片を製造する。次に、試験片をガラス基板に固定した後、引張試験器を使用して180度の剥離角度及び0.3m/minの剥離速度で粘着シートを横方向に表面処理層から剥離しながら剥離力を測定する。剥離力は、同一の試験片2個に対して測定し、その平均値を採用する。
低速または高速剥離力の測定で使用したものと同一であり、横及び縦の長さがそれぞれ22cm及び25cmである試験片を製造する。次に、試験片をガラス基板に固定した後、試験片の粘着シートを引張試験器を使用して180度の剥離角度及び40m/minの速度に剥離しながら耐電圧を測定する。
低速剥離力の測定時に使用したものと同一の試験片で粘着シートを剥離した後に被着体の表面で静電気によるむらが発生するか否かを観察し、下記基準によって評価した。
〈評価基準〉
○:被着体の表面でむら現象不発生
×:被着体の表面でむら現象発生
窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易になるように冷却装置を設置した1L反応器に2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2−EHA)93重量部、4−ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート1重量部及び2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート2重量部及びポリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルメタクリレート(polyethyleneglycol monomethylether methacrylate、アルキレンオキシド単位付加モル水:2〜8)6重量部を投入し、溶剤としてエチルアセテート(EAc)100重量部を投入した。次に、窒素ガスを1時間パージング(purging)し、酸素を除去し、反応開始剤(アゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN))を投入し、8時間反応させた。反応後、反応物をエチルアセテート(EAc)で希釈し、アクリル重合体(A)を製造した。
使用される単量体の比率を下記表1のように調節したことを除いて、製造例1と同一の方式で重合体を製造した。
粘着剤組成物の製造
製造例1のアクリル重合体(A)100重量部、架橋剤としてイソボロンジイソシアネート系架橋剤及びヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート系架橋剤の混合物(Asahi社製、MHG−80B)4.5重量部及びLiTFSi(lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide)0.3g及びポリエチレングリコールビス(2−ヘキサノエート)0.5重量部を均一に配合し、コーティング性を考慮して適正濃度で希釈し、粘着剤組成物を製造した。
製造された粘着剤組成物をPET(poly(ethylene terephthalte))フィルム(厚さ:38μm)の一面にコーティング及び乾燥し、厚さが約20μmの均一なコーティング層を形成した。次に、50℃程度の温度で48時間維持し、上記組成物のコーティング層に架橋構造を具現し、粘着シートを製造した。
粘着剤組成物の組成を下記表2に示されたように変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方法で粘着剤組成物及び粘着シートを製造した。
Claims (14)
- 下記化学式1で表示され、炭素数が1〜14のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートと、下記化学式1のA及びBに存在する炭素原子の数が1以上であり、3未満である第1単量体と;下記化学式1で表示され、下記化学式1のA及びBに存在する炭素原子の数が3以上である第2単量体と;下記化学式2の化合物が重合されて含まれており、下記数式1〜3を満足する重合体と;脂肪族環状イソシアネート化合物及び脂肪族非環状イソシアネート化合物の両方を含む架橋剤と;を含み、前記重合体100重量部に対して4.5〜10重量部の前記架橋剤を含む、粘着剤組成物:

上記数式1〜3で、Oは、重合体に含まれている第1単量体の重量%であり、Pは、重合体に含まれている第2単量体の重量%であり、Xは、重合体に含まれている化学式2の化合物の重量%である。 - 化学式2で、mは、4〜8の数である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 化学式2で、Qが炭素数1〜4のアルキル基である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族環状イソシアネート化合物が、イソホロンジイソシアネート、メチレンジシクロヘキシルジイソシアネートまたはシクロヘキサンジイソシアネートであるイソシアネート化合物;前記イソシアネート化合物のダイマーまたはトリマー;または上記イソシアネート化合物とポリオールの反応物である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族非環状イソシアネート化合物が、炭素数1〜20のアルキレンジイソシアネート化合物;前記イソシアネート化合物のダイマーまたはトリマー;または上記イソシアネート化合物とポリオールの反応物である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 金属塩をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋構造が具現された状態での表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下の被着体に対して180度の剥離角度及び0.3m/minの剥離速度で測定した剥離力が1gf/25mm〜40gf/25mmである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋構造が具現された状態での表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下の被着体に対して180度の剥離角度及び30m/minの剥離速度で測定した剥離力が10gf/25mm〜150gf/25mmである、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋構造が具現された状態での表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下の被着体に対して、180度の剥離角度及び40m/minの剥離速度で測定した剥離耐電圧が0.5kV以下である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 表面保護用基材フィルムと;上記表面保護用基材フィルムの一面に形成されており、架橋された請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物を含む粘着剤層と;を含む保護フィルム。
- 光学素子及び上記光学素子の表面に付着している請求項10に記載の保護フィルムを含む光学フィルム。
- 光学素子の表面には、表面エネルギーが30mN/m以下の表面処理層が形成されており、保護フィルムの粘着剤層が上記表面処理層に付着している、請求項11に記載の光学フィルム。
- 表面処理層が、高硬度層、眩しさ防止層または低反射層である、請求項12に記載の光学フィルム。
- 請求項11に記載の光学フィルムが付着している液晶パネルを含むディスプレイ装置。
