Claims (6)
- 空調システムに形成された保持部(500)により外周側から保持される蒸発器(10)であって、
内部を冷媒が通る熱交換器として構成された本体部(100,200,300)と、
前記本体部のうち、前記保持部に対向する部分に配置されたパッキン(400)と、を備え、
前記パッキンは、
最も前記本体部側に形成された層である内側弾性層(420)と、
最も前記保持部側に形成された層である外側弾性層(410)と、を有するものであり、
前記外側弾性層を一定量だけ圧縮させた場合に生じる圧縮反力の大きさが、
前記内側弾性層を前記一定量だけ圧縮させた場合に生じる圧縮反力の大きさよりも小さいことを特徴とする蒸発器。 - 前記内側弾性層の吸水性は、前記外側弾性層の吸水性よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記内側弾性層は単泡部材により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記外側弾性層は連泡部材により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記保持部は、
前記パッキンを押さえつけることにより、前記本体部の外周側を空気が通過してしまうことを防止する第1リブ(510)と、
前記パッキンを押さえつけることにより、前記本体部の位置ずれを防止する第2リブ(520)と、を有しており、
前記保持部により保持されていない状態における前記外側弾性層の厚さは、前記第1リブの突出量よりも厚いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蒸発器。 - 前記保持部により保持されていない状態における前記外側弾性層の厚さは、前記第2リブの突出量よりも薄いことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の蒸発器。
