Description
蓄冷材容器が、冷媒流通管に接合された容器本体部と、容器本体部の風下側縁部または風上側縁部の上下方向の全長のうちの一部分のみに連なって冷媒流通管よりも通風方向外側に張り出すように設けられ、かつ上下方向の長さが容器本体部の上下方向の長さよりも短くなっている外方張り出し部とを備え、外方張り出し部が、容器本体部の風下側縁部または風上側縁部の上端から一定の長さにわたって設けられ、外方張り出し部に、容器本体部に対して左右両方向のうち少なくとも一方向に膨らみ、かつ左右方向の寸法が容器本体部の左右方向の寸法よりも大きくなっている膨張部が設けられ、当該膨張部がフィンよりも通風方向外側に位置し、膨張部の左右両側壁のうち少なくともいずれか一方が、蓄冷材容器の内圧の異常上昇時に変形するようになっている蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
上記において、蓄冷材容器(15)(40)の外方張り出し部(19)に設けられた膨張部(26)(45)は、容器本体部(18)に対して左右両方向に膨らんでいるが、これに限定されるものではなく、左右両方向のうちいずれか一方にのみ膨らんでいてもよい。

Claims (12)
- 長手方向が上下方向を向くとともに幅方向が通風方向を向いた複数の扁平状冷媒流通管が、冷媒流通管の厚み方向に間隔をおいて並列状に配置されており、隣り合う冷媒流通管どうしの間に間隙が形成され、全間隙のうち一部の複数の間隙に蓄冷材が封入された蓄冷材容器が配置され、残りの間隙にフィンが配置されて冷媒流通管に接合されている蓄冷機能付きエバポレータであって、
蓄冷材容器が、冷媒流通管に接合された容器本体部と、容器本体部の風下側縁部または風上側縁部の上下方向の全長のうちの一部分のみに連なって冷媒流通管よりも通風方向外側に張り出すように設けられ、かつ上下方向の長さが容器本体部の上下方向の長さよりも短くなっている外方張り出し部とを備え、外方張り出し部が、容器本体部の風下側縁部または風上側縁部の上端から一定の長さにわたって設けられ、外方張り出し部に、容器本体部に対して左右両方向のうち少なくとも一方向に膨らみ、かつ左右方向の寸法が容器本体部の左右方向の寸法よりも大きくなっている膨張部が設けられ、当該膨張部がフィンよりも通風方向外側に位置し、膨張部の左右両側壁のうち少なくともいずれか一方が、蓄冷材容器の内圧の異常上昇時に変形するようになっている蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。 - 外方張り出し部の上下方向の長さが、蓄冷材容器の上下方向の長さの30%以下である請求項1記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 外方張り出し部の膨張部の左右両側壁のうち少なくともいずれか一方が平坦となっている請求項1または2記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 外方張り出し部の膨張部の左右両側壁が平坦となっている請求項3記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 外方張り出し部の下縁部が、容器本体部に向かって下方に傾斜している請求項1〜4のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 外方張り出し部の膨張部の周壁における容器本体部に対して膨らんだ側の部分の高さ方向中間部に、内側または外側に屈曲した屈曲部が設けられている請求項1〜5のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 外方張り出し部に、蓄冷材を蓄冷材容器内に注入するのに用いられた蓄冷材注入口を閉じることにより形成された封止部が存在している請求項1〜6のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 前記封止部が、外方張り出し部の上端から上方に突出して形成され、当該封止部が、通風面に対して、上方に向かって容器本体部から離れる方向に傾斜している請求項7記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 外方張り出し部の膨張部が、容器本体部に対して左右両方向に膨らんでいる請求項1〜8のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 蓄冷材容器の内部空間の内容積に対する封入された蓄冷材の体積の比率である蓄冷材充填率が70〜90%である請求項1〜9のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 長手方向が上下方向を向くとともに幅方向が通風方向を向き、かつ通風方向に間隔をおいて配置された複数の扁平状冷媒流通管からなる管組が、冷媒流通管の厚み方向に間隔をおいて複数配置され、隣り合う管組どうしの間に間隙が形成されている請求項1〜10のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
- 蓄冷材容器が配置された間隙の左右両側に隣り合う間隙に、それぞれフィンが配置されている請求項1〜11のうちのいずれかに記載の蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ。
