Abstract
Description
天然ガスを燃料として供給する際、MEGIエンジンの場合はメタン価を合わせる必要がないが、DFエンジンの場合はメタン価を合わせる必要がある。
貯蔵タンク11の内部には、必要な場合、LNGを貯蔵タンクの外部に排出させるために排出ポンプ12が設置される。
Claims (11)
- 液化天然ガスを貯蔵している貯蔵タンクと、前記液化天然ガスを燃料として使用するエンジンとを備えた船舶の液化ガス処理システムであって、
前記貯蔵タンクで発生したボイルオフガスを圧縮機によって圧縮して前記エンジンに燃料として供給する圧縮機ライン;
前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化天然ガスをポンプによって圧縮して前記エンジンに燃料として供給する高圧ポンプライン;及び
前記圧縮機によって圧縮されたボイルオフガスのうち一部のボイルオフガスを、前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記圧縮機に移送されるボイルオフガスと熱交換させて液化させるための熱交換器;
を含むことを特徴とする船舶の液化ガス処理システム。 - 前記熱交換器で液化されたボイルオフガスの圧力を下げるための減圧手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記熱交換器で液化された後、前記減圧手段で減圧されたボイルオフガスは前記貯蔵タンクに戻ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記減圧手段を通過しながら減圧されて気液混合状態になったボイルオフガスを気体成分と液体成分とに分離するための気液分離器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記減圧手段を通過しながら減圧されて気液混合状態になったボイルオフガスのうち液体成分は前記貯蔵タンクに戻ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記減圧手段を通過しながら減圧されて気液混合状態になったボイルオフガスのうち気体成分は前記貯蔵タンクから排出されて前記圧縮機に供給されるボイルオフガスに合流されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記熱交換器で液化された後、前記減圧手段に供給されるボイルオフガスを、前記減圧手段を通過しながら減圧されて気液混合状態になったボイルオフガスのうち気体成分と熱交換させて冷却させるための冷却器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記圧縮機は、複数個の圧縮シリンダを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記圧縮機で圧縮された後、前記熱交換器に送られるボイルオフガスは、前記圧縮機に含まれた複数個の前記圧縮シリンダのうち一部又は全部を通過して圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記貯蔵タンクに貯蔵された液化天然ガスを強制的に気化させて前記圧縮機に供給するための強制気化器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
- 前記減圧手段は、膨脹バルブ又は膨脹機であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の船舶の液化ガス処理システム。
