- 前記コアピンを、前記加圧ガスを導入する前に前記第2の金型半体の中に後退させ、そのため、前記構造柱のそれぞれの前記内壁が圧潰し、一体接合して中実コアを形成する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 中空の構造パネルであって、
第1の壁及び第2の壁であって、対向する関係で位置決めされるとともに間にスペースを画定する、第1の壁及び第2の壁と、
前記第1の壁の外側面に一体接合されるカバーと、
前記第2の壁の中に形成される複数の突出する構造柱であって、該構造柱のそれぞれは、前記スペースにわたるとともに、前記第1の壁の内側面と一体接合される端面を有する、複数の突出する構造柱と、
を備える、中空の構造パネル。
