Abstract
Description
図1に示す押出ブロー成形機1は二台の押出ヘッド2とそれぞれに付属した図示しない押出機とを備えている。各押出ヘッド2は、全体的に図1の紙面表裏方向で移動可能な三分割構造の成形金型3の上方に配置されている。成形金型3は二つの外型3a、3bと、その間に配置される一つの中型3cとを備え、外型3aと3bがそれぞれ一つずつのキャビティ4a、4bを有し、これらキャビティが後述の完成製品5の外形輪郭を画定する。

Claims (10)
- 可塑化された材料から複数の押出機を用いて少なくとも二つのウェブ状パリソンを押し出し、これらパリソンが依然として可塑状態にある最初の工程段階において成形キャビティを形成する分割構造の成形金型内でこれら二つのパリソンを一緒にブロー成形して中空体を製造するに際し、押し出し中に少なくとも一方のパリソンに他方のパリソンとは独立して押し出し中の押出ノズルのギャップ調整により予め定められた肉厚分布形状を付与することを特徴とする押出ブロー成形による熱可塑性材料製中空体の製造法。
- 押出ノズルのギャップ調整による肉厚分布形状の制御を予め定められたコンピュータプログラムに従って実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記肉厚分布形状をパリソンの押出方向又は該押出方向を横断する方向又はこれら両方向に関して付与することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 成形金型内で二つのパリソンを内部昇圧又は外部減圧又はこれらの組合せにより膨張させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 中空体への成形工程を三分割構造の成形金型内部で二段階に行い、第1段階では二つのパリソンをそれぞれ成形キャビティの各一部分ずつを形成するキャビティ内面に対して内部昇圧又は外部減圧又はこれらの組合せにより接面させて中空体の各二分割部分を形成する二つの中間成形品にブロー成形し、第2段階では中空体の各二分割部分を形成する前記中間成形品を互いに接合させて中空体の完成製品を得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二つのパリソンを互いに平行配置された二台の押出機の各スロット状押出ノズルから重力の作用方向へ垂下状態で押し出すことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二つのパリソンの押し出しを互いに同期した押出速度で実行することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 各パリソンの肉厚を押出操作の経時的進行に応じて変更制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二つのパリソンを前記成形金型の型開き状態における各分割金型同士の間に押し出し、次いで各パリソンの周縁で閉じた成形金型を押出機の下方から退避させることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 二つのパリソンをそれぞれ前記成形金型を構成する二つの外型とそれらの間に位置する一つの中型との間に形成される二つのギャップに押し出し、次いで二つの外型を中型に向けて閉じることにより前記二つのギャップ内の各パリソンを金型周縁部で挟持してから、各パリソンを二つの外型のキャビティ内面にそれぞれ接面させることにより中空体の各二分割部分を形成する二つの中間成形品にブロー成形し、その後、二つの外型の間から中型を退避させてから二つの外型同士を閉じることにより両外型内の中間成形品同士をその周縁部で互いに接合させて中空体の完成製品を得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
