(態様1)
複合部材と、
複合部材と一体に形成された、部材を補剛するための少なくとも1つの複合補剛材であって、補剛材の少なくとも1つの端部が複合部材へ実質的に滑らかな移行をなすランナウトを有する、複合補剛材と、
を含む、一体化複合構造物。
(態様2)
複合部材が、第1樹脂注入繊維強化材を含み、かつ、
補剛材が、第2樹脂注入強化材を含み、
注入された樹脂が、第1繊維強化材および第2繊維強化材全体を通じて実質的に連続しており、かつ、均質である、態様1に記載の一体化複合構造物。
(態様3)
複合部材が、
パネル、
外板、
はり、
フランジ、
ウェブ、および、
溝形材
のうちの1つである、態様1に記載の一体化複合構造物。
(態様4)
ランナウトが、その長手方向に沿って実質的に滑らかに起伏を有している、態様1に記載の一体化複合構造物。
(態様5)
ランナウトが、その長手方向に沿って形状が変化するが、外周は実質的に一定に保たれている断面を有する、態様1に記載の一体化複合構造物。
(態様6)
ランナウトが、その長手方向に沿って形状が変化するが、面積は実質的に一定に保たれている断面を有する、態様1に記載の一体化複合構造物。
(態様7)
第1繊維プレフォームを製造すること、
補剛材の幾何学的形状を有する金型の凹部内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置すること、
第1プレフォームを覆うように、金型の凹部の上方に第2繊維プレフォームを配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームと第2繊維プレフォームとにポリマー樹脂を混注すること、および、
樹脂を注入したプレフォームを硬化させること
を含む、補剛複合構造物を作製する方法。
(態様8)
第1繊維プレフォームを製造することが、繊維を柔軟な管状殻となるよう網状に組み、殻に連続した一方向繊維を充填することを含み、かつ、
金型の凹部内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置することが、管状殻を凹部の幾何学的形状と合致させることを含む、
態様7に記載の方法。
(態様9)
繊維を柔軟な管状殻となるよう網状に組むことが、実質的に連続した長さの管状殻を製作することを含み、かつ、前記方法が、
連続した長さの管状殻のある部分を切断することをさらに含み、かつ、金型の凹部内に第1プレフォームを配置することが、凹部内に殻の切断された部分を配置することにより行われる、態様8に記載の方法。
(態様10)
第1繊維プレフォームを製造することが、
繊維殻と繊維コアとを同時に網状に組み、形作るよう成形することを含む、態様7に記載の方法。
(態様11)
第1プレフォームを製造することが、
連続した強化繊維の群の周囲に繊維を網状に組むことにより強化コアを有する連続した殻を作製すること、および、
連続した殻を所望の長さに切断することを含む、態様7に記載の方法。
(態様12)
第1プレフォームを製造することが、
金型の凹部の上方に第1布地層を配置すること、
金型の凹部の内部に第1層を形成すること、
形成した第1層に連続した強化繊維を充填すること、
形成した繊維を充填した第1層上に第2布地層を重ねることを含む、態様7に記載の方法。
Claims (9)
- 複合部材(32)と、
複合部材と一体に形成された、部材を補剛するための少なくとも1つの複合補剛材(34)であって、補剛材の少なくとも1つの端部が複合部材へ実質的に滑らかな移行をなすランナウト(52)を有する、複合補剛材と、
を含み、
該ランナウト(52)がその長手方向に沿って形状が変化するが、外周または面積の少なくとも一方が実質的に一定に保たれている断面を有する、一体化複合構造物。 - 前記複合部材(32)が、第1樹脂注入繊維強化材を含み、かつ、
前記補剛材(34)が、第2樹脂注入強化材を含み、
注入された樹脂が、第1繊維強化材および第2繊維強化材全体を通じて実質的に連続しており、かつ、均質である、請求項1に記載の一体化複合構造物。 - 前記複合部材(32)が、
パネル、
外板、
はり、
フランジ、
ウェブ、および、
溝形材
のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の一体化複合構造物。 - 前記ランナウト(52)が、その長手方向に沿って実質的に滑らかに起伏を有している、請求項1に記載の一体化複合構造物。
- 第1繊維プレフォーム(136)を製造することであって、繊維を柔軟な管状殻(36)となるよう網状に組み、連続した一方向繊維(39)を該殻(36)に充填することを含むこと、
補剛材の幾何学的形状を有する金型の凹部(58)内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置することであって、前記管状殻を該凹部の幾何学的形状と合致させることを含むこと、
第1繊維プレフォームを覆うように、該金型の凹部の上方に第2繊維プレフォーム(165)を配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームと第2繊維プレフォームとにポリマー樹脂を混注すること、および、
樹脂を注入したプレフォームを硬化させる(190)こと
を含む、補剛複合構造物を作製する方法。 - 繊維を柔軟な管状殻(36)となるよう網状に組むことが、実質的に連続した長さの管状殻を製作することを含み、かつ、
連続した長さの管状殻のある部分を切断する(174)ことをさらに含み、かつ、金型の凹部内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置することが、前記凹部(176)内に該殻の切断された部分を配置することにより行われる、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 第1繊維プレフォーム(136)を製造することであって、繊維殻と繊維コアとを同時に網状に組み、形作るよう成形することを含む、第1繊維プレフォーム(136)を製造すること、
補剛材の幾何学的形状を有する金型の凹部(58)内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームを覆うように、該金型の凹部の上方に第2繊維プレフォーム(165)を配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームと第2繊維プレフォームとにポリマー樹脂を混注すること、および、
樹脂を注入したプレフォームを硬化させる(190)こと
を含む、補剛複合構造物を作製する方法。 - 第1繊維プレフォーム(136)を製造すること、
補剛材の幾何学的形状を有する金型の凹部(58)内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームを覆うように、該金型の凹部の上方に第2繊維プレフォーム(165)を配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームと第2繊維プレフォームとにポリマー樹脂を混注すること、および、
樹脂を注入したプレフォームを硬化させる(190)こと、
を含み、
前記第1繊維プレフォームを製造することが、
連続した強化繊維の群の周囲に繊維を網状に組むことにより強化コアを有する連続した殻(36)を作製することと該連続した殻(36)を所望の長さに切断することとを含む、
補剛複合構造物を作製する方法。 - 第1繊維プレフォーム(136)を製造すること、
補剛材の幾何学的形状を有する金型の凹部(58)内に第1繊維プレフォームを配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームを覆うように、該金型の凹部の上方に第2繊維プレフォーム(165)を配置すること、
第1繊維プレフォームと第2繊維プレフォームとにポリマー樹脂を混注すること、および、
樹脂を注入したプレフォームを硬化させる(190)ことを含み、
前記第1繊維プレフォームを製造することが、
前記金型の凹部の上方に第1布地層(136)を配置することと、
前記金型の凹部(58)の内部に第1層を形成することと、形成した第1層に連続した強化繊維(39)を充填することと、
形成した繊維を充填した第1層上に第2布地層(165)を重ねることを含む、第1繊維プレフォーム(136)を製造することとを含む、
補剛複合構造物を作製する方法。
