Abstract

Claims (15)
- 金属製の材料およびそれに取り付けられた低摩擦材料を含むトレランスリングであって、
前記トレランスリングは、
約20,000N/mmを超える半径方向の剛性と、
約1から約25Nmの範囲内のスリップトルクと
を提供するトレランスリング。 - 前記トレランスリングは、環状帯を含む、請求項1に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記環状帯は、約0.1から約0.7mmの半径方向の厚さを有し、前記低摩擦材料は約0.05から約0.50mmの範囲内の半径方向の厚さを有する、請求項2に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記環状帯は、耐食層をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記トレランスリングは、間隙をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記金属製の材料は、ばね鋼を含み、前記低摩擦材料は、約0.04から約0.25の範囲内の摩擦係数を有する、請求項1に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記低摩擦材料は、ポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記低摩擦材料は、PTFEを含む、請求項7に記載のトレランスリング。
