Claims (12)
- a)セラミック製リール(2)と、
b)前記セラミック製リール(2)の各先端(21、22)において、金属性輪(41)を具備していて且つ前記セラミック製リールの先端(21)に適合するように形成される特定の内周を有する、先端キャップ(4)と、
c)前記セラミック製リール(2)の各先端(21、22)と前記先端キャップ(4)間に介挿される公差リング(3)であって、周囲に配置された複数の波形を有する弾性のある金属製公差リング(3)と、
を具備することを特徴とする高温仕様用搬送回転機(1)。 - 前記公差リングが、20mmより小さいピッチを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搬送回転機。
- 前記公差リング(3)が、開口し、前記先端キャップ(4)の内周より短い長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の搬送回転機。
- 前記公差リング(3)の前記波形が、内側へ伸張することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の搬送回転機。
- 複数の開いている公差リング(3)が、前記セラミック製リール(2)の各先端(21、22)と前記先端キャップ(4)間に介挿され、前記公差リングの開口部が偏って配置されることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の搬送回転機。
- 少なくとも1つの前記公差リング(3)が、少なくとも1つのつまみ(31)を具備し、前記セラミック製リール(2)の対応する先端(21)が、前記公差リング(3)の前記つまみ(31)を収容するために適合した刻み目(211)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の搬送回転機(1)。
- 前記つまみ(31)は、前記つまみの先端が前記リール(2)の先端(21)に最も近い前記刻み目(211)の壁と協働するような方向を向くことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の搬送回転機。
- 前記公差リングが少なくとも2つのつまみを具備し、少なくとも1つのつまみが、少なくとも別のつまみに対向する方向を向くことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の搬送回転機。
- 前記先端キャップは、前記公差リング(3)を収容するように形成された段差(42)或いは溝を具備することを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の搬送回転機。
- a)先端キャップの輪に公差リングを適合させる手順と、
b)前記セラミック製リールの各先端を前記先端キャップに押圧する手順と、
を具備する請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の搬送回転機の組立て方法。 - a')前記公差リングの1つ以上のつまみを内側へ曲げる手順と、
b')前記つまみが前記リールの対応する刻み目に適合するように、前記リールを一列に並べる手順と、を更に具備する請求項10に記載の方法。 - 重要な温度変化を受けやすい環境において、平らな物品を搬送する目的を有する、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の搬送回転機(1)の使用方法。
