Description
Claims (15)
- ステアリングアセンブリであって、
内側ステアリング部材と、
外側部材であって、前記内側ステアリング部材が前記外側部材に対して並進するように適合された、外側部材と、
前記内側ステアリング部材の一部の周りに配置された軸受構成要素とを備え、前記軸受構成要素が、
単一の基材と、前記単一の基材を覆う低摩擦層とを有する軸受を備え、前記軸受が、概して弓形形状を有し、前記外側部材に配置された前記内側ステアリング部材を支持するように適合されており、前記軸受が、前記内側ステアリング部材を支持するための支持領域と、第1の脚および第2の脚を備える複数の脚であって、前記支持領域が前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚の間に延在するように、互いに離間した前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚を備える複数の脚を有し、前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚が、前記内側ステアリング部材と前記外側部材との間において組み立てられた状態で、前記軸受が前記内側ステアリング部材に対して力を及ぼすように、前記支持領域を超えて半径方向に延在し、少なくとも前記第1の脚及び前記第2の脚の半径方向最外側点は、前記外側部材と接触する、ステアリングアセンブリ。 - ステアリングアセンブリであって、
中心軸を備える内側ステアリング部材と、
外側部材であって、前記内側ステアリング部材が前記外側部材に対して並進するように適合された、外側部材と、
前記内側ステアリング部材と係合するように適合されたピニオンと、
前記内側ステアリング部材の一部の周りに配置され、軸受構成要素が少なくとも部分的に前記ピニオンを覆うように前記ピニオンと共通の軸方向位置を共有する軸受構成要素とを備え、前記軸受構成要素が、
基材と、前記基材を覆う低摩擦層とを有する軸受を備え、前記軸受が、概して弓形形状を有し、前記外側部材に配置された前記内側ステアリング部材を支持するように適合されており、前記軸受が、前記内側ステアリング部材を支持するための支持領域と、第1の脚および第2の脚を備える複数の脚であって、前記支持領域が前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚の間に延在するように、互いに離間した前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚を備える複数の脚を有し、前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚が、前記内側ステアリング部材と前記外側部材との間において組み立てられた状態で、前記軸受が前記ピニオンとの係合を強制するために前記内側ステアリング部材に対して力を及ぼすように、前記支持領域を越えて半径方向に延在し、少なくとも前記第1の脚及び前記第2の脚の半径方向最外側点は、前記外側部材と接触する、ステアリングアセンブリ。 - 前記内側ステアリング部材がラックシャフトを備え、前記外側部材がステアリングハウジングを備える、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚が、組み立てられた状態で前記外側部材と接触するように構成され、前記支持領域が、ギャップによって前記外側部材から離間される、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記支持領域が、最小曲率半径RSを有する概して湾曲した輪郭を有し、前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚が、それぞれ、最小曲率半径RFを有し、RF<RSである、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記軸受が、前記支持領域の半径方向最外側点と、前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚の半径方向最外側点に接する線との間のギャップとして画定されるばね距離DSDを有する、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 0.1mm<DSD<20mmである、請求項6に記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記支持領域が、50Nを超えるばね力を付与するように適合されている、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記支持領域が前記内側ステアリング部材への接触を維持するように適合されている、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記軸受構成要素が、軸方向ギャップを形成する第1のエッジおよび第2のエッジを備える、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記ピニオンが複数の歯を備え、前記内側ステアリング部材が、前記ピニオンが回転したときに前記ピニオンの歯の係合に起因して並進するように適合されている、請求項2に記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記軸受構成要素が、第1の側領域および第2の側領域を備え、前記軸受構成要素の前記第1の側領域および前記第2の側領域が前記軸方向ギャップを形成し、前記内側ステアリング部材に接触する、請求項10に記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記低摩擦層が、ポリケトン、ポリアラミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリフェニレンスルホン、フルオロポリマー、ポリベンズイミダゾール、それらの誘導体、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の脚および前記第2の脚が、弓形断面プロファイルを有する、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
- 前記外側部材が、前記軸受に対して力を付与するように適合されたプラットフォームを備える、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のステアリングアセンブリ。
