Abstract
Description
実施のために、負荷ネットワーク(QL=ωL2 /RLoad)の品質ファクタ(quality factor)は1.789よりも大きくなければならず、さもなければキャパシタC2 336は否定的になり、そして、E級構成は作動しない。さらにまた、キャパシタC2 336は能動デバイススイッチ330のコレクタ−トゥ−エミッタ(collector-to-emitter)容量または(ソース−ドレイン容量)よりも大きくなければならない。したがって、負荷ネットワークの全ての要素はRLoadに依存する。RLoadは、レシーバへのカップリング係数(k)のある無線送電の場合には変化するので、負荷ネットワークは、おそらくは動的に調整されなければならず、または、全ての動作条件(operation conditions)を考慮して良いトレードオフのために設計される必要がある。
容量的または誘導的になるように負荷を今変えることにより、E級増幅器に対して所望の動作領域が見つけられることができる。回路シミュレーションは、サポートする必要がある異なるレシーバ結合条件によって生じるなどのさまざまな負荷上で効率的に動作するE級電力ステージを設計できることを示した。
図11Aおよび図11Bは、例示的な実施形態による、中間ドライバ回路の回路図を示す。図5に示されるように、中間ドライバ312は増幅器306を駆動する。中間ドライバ312の選択はトランスミッタ300の効率に寄与する。中間ドライバ312の出力信号は増幅器306のスイッチング動作に影響するとともに、中間ドライバ312による電力消費は全体的な効率を減らし、それによってE級増幅器として構成された増幅器306の効率に影響を及ぼすので、中間ドライバ312の選択はトランスミッタ300の効率に寄与する。
Claims (25)
- 無線電力トランスミッタは以下を具備すること:
ループインダクタおよびアンテナ容量を含む共鳴タンク(resonant tank)として構成された送信アンテナ;
前記送信アンテナを駆動するように構成された増幅器;
前記送信アンテナと前記増幅器との間に動作可能に結合されたマッチング回路;および
前記アンテナ容量とマッチング回路容量とを集積する(integrating)キャパシタ。 - 前記増幅器は、E級増幅器として構成される請求項1のトランスミッタ。
- 前記E級増幅器は、非対称なE級増幅器として構成される請求項2のトランスミッタ。
- 前記E級増幅器は、対称なE級増幅器として構成される請求項2のトランスミッタ。
- 増幅器インダクタンスおよびマッチング回路インダクタンスを集積するインダクタをさらに具備する請求項1のトランスミッタ。
- 前記増幅器を駆動するように構成された中間ドライバをさらに具備する請求項1のトランスミッタ。
- 前記中間ドライバは、共鳴タイプ中間ドライバまたはプッシュプル中間ドライバの一つとして構成される請求項6のトランスミッタ。
- 前記マッチング回路は、フィルタリング回路を具備する請求項1のトランスミッタ。
- 前記送信アンテナは、パッドアンテナを具備する請求項1のトランスミッタ。
- 無線電力トランスミッタは以下を具備すること:
ループインダクタおよびアンテナ容量を含む共鳴タンク(resonant tank)として構成された送信アンテナ;
前記送信アンテナを駆動するためのデュアル・ハーフ・ブリッジ増幅器として構成される増幅器;および
前記アンテナ容量と前記増幅器内の能動スイッチの接合容量とを集積するキャパシタ。 - 無線電力トランスミッタは以下を具備すること:
増幅器、送信アンテナ、および、これらの間に動作可能に結合されたマッチング回路;および
前記アンテナの容量と前記マッチング回路の容量とを含むように構成されたキャパシタ。 - 前記増幅器のインダクタンスと前記マッチング回路のインダクタンスとを含むように構成されたインダクタをさらに具備する請求項11のトランスミッタ。
- 無線電力を送信するための方法は以下を具備すること:
マッチング回路を通して増幅器から送信アンテナを駆動すること;および
前記マッチング回路と共有されたキャパシタ内で実現された送信アンテナ容量に従って前記送信アンテナを共鳴すること。 - 前記送信アンテナを駆動することは、前記マッチング回路と共有されたインダクタ内で実現された増幅器インダクタンスに従って前記マッチング回路を通して増幅器から送信アンテナを駆動することを具備する請求項13の方法。
- 共鳴を起こすように前記増幅器を駆動すること、または、前記増幅器をプッシュプル駆動することの一つをさらに具備する請求項13の方法。
- 前記増幅器は、E級増幅器として構成される請求項13の方法。
- 無線電力を送信するための方法は以下を具備すること:
マッチング回路の容量を含むキャパシタ中に送信アンテナの共鳴容量を集積すること;および
前記送信アンテナを共鳴に至らせること。 - 前記マッチング回路のインダクタンスを含むインダクタ中に増幅器インダクタを集積することをさらに具備する請求項17の方法。
- 無線電力トランスミッタは以下を具備すること:
マッチング回路を通して増幅器から送信アンテナを駆動するための手段;および
前記マッチング回路と共有されたキャパシタ内で実現された送信アンテナ容量に従って前記送信アンテナを共鳴するための手段。 - 前記送信アンテナを駆動するための手段は、前記マッチング回路と共有されたインダクタ内で実現された増幅器インダクタンスに従って前記マッチング回路を通して増幅器から送信アンテナを駆動するための手段を具備する請求項19の装置。
- 無線電力トランスミッタは以下を具備すること:
マッチング回路の容量中に送信アンテナの共鳴容量を集積するための手段;および
前記送信アンテナを共鳴に至らせるための手段。 - 増幅器インダクタンスを前記マッチング回路のインダクタンス中に集積するための手段をさらに具備する請求項21のトランスミッタ
- 無線電力レシーバは以下を具備すること:
磁気近接場(magnetic near-field)に応じて共鳴し、および、そこから無線電力に結合するように構成された並列共鳴器を含む受信アンテナ;および
前記並列共鳴器に結合された整流回路、前記整流回路は、ピーク繰り返し逆電圧、平均整流順方向電流、最大瞬間順方向電圧および接合容量の少なくとも一つを含パラメータに基づいて選択された少なくとも一つのダイオードを含むマルチダイオード整流回路(multi-diode rectifier circuit)として構成される。 - 前記少なくとも一つのダイオードは、約50pFの接合容量および1アンペアの電流で約380mVの最大瞬間順方向電圧を示す請求項23のレシーバ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのダイオードは、伝導損(conduction loss)を減らすように構成されたダブルダイオードを具備する請求項23のレシーバ。
