本出願は、参照により本明細書に組込まれる、「Resonant Power Transfer Systems with Communications」という名称の、2013年11月11日に出願された米国仮出願第61/902,692号の利益を主張する。

前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスの前記共振コイル回路は、
前記磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を受信するように構成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに結合され、前記コイルからエネルギーユーザに前記無線電力を送出するように構成された共振エネルギー伝送システムと、
前記磁気通信信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記コイルと前記信号プロセッサとの間に結合されるAD変換器と
を備える、無線電力伝送システム。

前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスは、前記外部送信共振器から無線電力を受信するように更に構成される、項目1に記載のシステム。
(項目3)
前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスの前記共振コイル回路はまた、前記送信共振器または前記受信共振器に磁気通信を送信するように構成される、項目1に記載のシステム。
(項目4)
無線電力伝送システムであって、
無線電力を送信するように構成される外部送信共振器と、
前記送信共振器から前記送信済み無線電力を受信するように構成される埋め込み可能受信共振器であって、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器は、フェライト層及びチタン層から構成されるハウジングを有し、超音波通信信号を送信するように構成される超音波送受信機を更に備え、前記超音波送受信機は、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器の前記フェライト層及び前記チタン層を有する前記ハウジングの外部に配設される、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器と、
超音波送受信機を備えるユーザインタフェースデバイスとを備え、前記超音波送受信機は、前記受信共振器から前記超音波通信信号を受信し、前記無線電力伝送システムシステムのユーザに対して前記超音波通信信号に関連する情報を表示するように構成される、無線電力伝送システム。
(項目5)
無線電力及び通信を送信する方法であって、
前記無線電力を、外部送信共振器から埋め込み式受信共振器に送信することと、
磁気通信信号を前記埋め込み式受信共振器から外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスに送信することであって、前記外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスは、
前記磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を受信するように構成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに結合され、前記コイルからエネルギーユーザに前記無線電力を送出するように構成された共振エネルギー伝送システムと、
前記磁気通信信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記コイルと前記信号プロセッサとの間に結合されるAD変換器と、
前記磁気通信信号に関する情報を表示するディスプレイと
を含む、ことと、
前記外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって前記無線電力を受信することと、
前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって前記磁気通信信号を受信することとを含む、方法。
(項目6)
無線電力及び通信を送信する方法であって、
前記無線電力を、外部送信共振器から埋め込み式受信共振器または外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスに送信すること、
前記埋め込み式受信共振器または前記外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって無線電力を受信すること、
前記受信共振器から超音波通信を送信することと、
前記送信共振器または前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって前記超音波通信を受信することとを含み、
前記埋め込み式受信共振器は、フェライト層及びチタン層から構成されるハウジングを有し、前記埋め込み式受信共振器の前記フェライト層及び前記チタン層を有する前記ハウジングの外部に配設される超音波送受信機を含む、方法。
(項目7)
無線エネルギー伝送システムであって、
無線電力を送信するように構成される送信共振器と、
前記送信共振器から遠隔にありかつ前記送信共振器から前記送信済み無線電力を受信するように構成される受信共振器と、
共振コイル回路を備える、前記送信共振器及び前記受信共振器とは別個のディスプレイデバイスとを備え、前記ディスプレイデバイスの前記共振コイル回路は前記受信共振器から磁気通信信号を送信及び受信し、前記ディスプレイデバイスのユーザに前記磁気通信信号に関連する情報を表示するように構成され、
前記ディスプレイデバイスの前記共振コイル回路は、
前記磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を受信するように構成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに結合され、エネルギーユーザに前記コイルで受信された前記無線電力を送出するように構成された共振エネルギー伝送システムと、
前記磁気通信信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記コイルと前記信号プロセッサとの間に結合されるAD変換器とを備える、無線エネルギー伝送システム。
(項目8)
前記ディスプレイデバイスは装着可能である、項目7に記載のシステム。
(項目9)
前記ディスプレイデバイスは、リストストラップに貼り付けられる、項目8に記載のシステム。
(項目10)
前記ディスプレイデバイスは、ベルトに貼り付けられる、項目8に記載のシステム。
(項目11)
前記共振コイル回路は、前記コイルと前記AD変換器との間に結合されるフィルタを更に備える、項目1に記載のシステム。
(項目12)
前記フィルタはハイパスフィルタを含む、項目11に記載のシステム。
電力は、磁気誘導によって無線で送信することができる。種々の実施形態において、送信機及び受信機は密に結合される。
先に説明したように、結合係数kは幾つかの理由で有用である場合がある。一例において、結合係数は、適切な性能を確保するために同調調整が行われるように、互いに対するコイルの配置構成を理解するために使用され得る。受信機コイルが送信機コイルから離れる場合、相互インダクタンスが減少することになり、他の事情が同じであれば、より少ない電力が伝送されることになる。種々の実施形態において、システムは、結合係数の低下を補償するために同調調整を行う。
Claims (12)
- 無線電力伝送システムであって、
無線電力を送信するように構成される外部送信共振器と、
前記外部送信共振器から前記送信された無線電力を受信するように構成される埋め込み可能受信共振器と、
共振コイル回路及びディスプレイを備える、前記外部送信共振器及び前記埋め込み可能受信共振器とは別個のユーザインタフェースデバイスと
を備え、
前記共振コイル回路は、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器から磁気通信信号及び無線電力の双方を受信するように構成され、前記ディスプレイは、前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスのユーザに前記磁気通信信号に関連する情報を表示するように構成され、
前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスの前記共振コイル回路は、
前記磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を受信するように構成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに結合され、前記コイルからエネルギーユーザに前記無線電力を送出するように構成された共振エネルギー伝送システムと、
前記磁気通信信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記コイルと前記信号プロセッサとの間に結合されるAD変換器と
を備える、無線電力伝送システム。 - 前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスは、前記外部送信共振器から無線電力を受信するように更に構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスの前記共振コイル回路はまた、前記外部送信共振器または前記埋め込み可能受信共振器に磁気通信信号を送信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 無線電力伝送システムであって、
無線電力を送信するように構成される外部送信共振器と、
前記外部送信共振器から前記送信された無線電力を受信するように構成される埋め込み可能受信共振器であって、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器は、フェライト層及びチタン層から構成されるハウジングを有し、超音波通信信号を送信するように構成される超音波送受信機を更に備え、前記超音波送受信機は、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器の前記フェライト層及び前記チタン層を有する前記ハウジングの外部に配設される、埋め込み可能受信共振器と、
超音波送受信機を備えるユーザインタフェースデバイスと
を備え、前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスの前記超音波送受信機は、前記埋め込み可能受信共振器から前記超音波通信信号を受信し、前記無線電力伝送システムのユーザに対して前記超音波通信信号に関連する情報を表示するように構成される、無線電力伝送システム。 - 無線電力及び通信を送信する方法であって、
無線電力を、外部送信共振器から埋め込み式受信共振器に送信することと、
磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を前記埋め込み式受信共振器から外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスに送信することであって、前記外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスは、
前記磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を受信するように構成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに結合され、前記コイルからエネルギーユーザに前記無線電力を送出するように構成された共振エネルギー伝送システムと、
前記磁気通信信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記コイルと前記信号プロセッサとの間に結合されるAD変換器と、
前記磁気通信信号に関する情報を表示するディスプレイと
を含む、ことと、
前記外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって前記無線電力を受信することと、
前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって前記磁気通信信号を受信することと
を含む、方法。 - 無線電力及び通信を送信する方法であって、
無線電力を、外部送信共振器から埋め込み式受信共振器または外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスに送信することと、
前記埋め込み式受信共振器または前記外部ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって無線電力を受信することと、
前記埋め込み式受信共振器から超音波通信を送信することであって、前記埋め込み式受信共振器は、フェライト層及びチタン層から構成されるハウジングを有し、前記埋め込み式受信共振器の前記フェライト層及び前記チタン層を有する前記ハウジングの外部に配設される超音波送受信機を含む、ことと、
前記外部送信共振器または前記ユーザインタフェースデバイスによって前記超音波通信を受信することと
を含む、方法。 - 無線エネルギー伝送システムであって、
無線電力を送信するように構成される送信共振器と、
前記送信共振器から遠隔にありかつ前記送信共振器から前記送信された無線電力を受信するように構成される受信共振器と、

前記磁気通信信号及び前記無線電力を受信するように構成されたコイルと、
前記コイルに結合され、エネルギーユーザに前記コイルで受信された前記無線電力を送出するように構成された共振エネルギー伝送システムと、
前記磁気通信信号を処理するように構成される信号プロセッサと、
前記コイルと前記信号プロセッサとの間に結合されるAD変換器と
を備える、無線エネルギー伝送システム。 - 前記ディスプレイデバイスは装着可能である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
