Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料タンク12は、周壁面板をなす第1の板体13の前面板13Bよりも第2の板体14の上面板14Aのフランジ部14A1を外側に張出すことにより、前面板13Bの前面側に、上面板14Aのフランジ部14A1の範囲で上,下方向に投影される前側の余剰空間部15Aを形成し、尿素水タンク24は、その後側部分が余剰空間部15Aに入り込んだ状態で燃料タンク12に添って配置する構成としている。従って、尿素水タンク24は、燃料タンク12に形成される前側の余剰空間部15Aを利用し、この余剰空間部15Aに後側部分を入り込ませることにより、物品収容箱16を小さくすることなく、容量を大きくすることができる。

Claims (5)
- 走行体の支持構造部材を形成する支持フレームと、該支持フレームの後側に搭載されたエンジンと、前記支持フレームの前側に位置して左,右方向の一側に配置されオペレータが搭乗するキャブと、前記支持フレームの左,右方向の他側に配置され前記エンジンに供給する燃料または油圧系統に用いる作動油を貯える貯油タンクと、該貯油タンクの前側に位置して前記支持フレーム上に設けられた物品収容箱と、前記エンジンの排気管に設けられ排気ガス中の窒素酸化物を除去する尿素選択還元触媒と、還元剤である尿素水を貯えるために中空な容器からなる尿素水タンクと、該尿素水タンクと前記エンジンの排気管との間を接続する接続配管とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記貯油タンクは、外周面を形成する角筒形または円筒形の周壁面板と、該周壁面板の下面を閉塞する下面板と、前記周壁面板の上面を閉塞し周壁面板よりも外側に張出したフランジ部を有する上面板とにより形成し、
前記周壁面板の外周面側には、前記上面板のフランジ部の範囲で上,下方向に投影される余剰空間部を形成し、
前記尿素水タンクは、前記余剰空間部に入り込んだ状態で前記貯油タンクに添って配置する構成としたことを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記尿素水タンクは、前記貯油タンクに形成される余剰空間部のうち、前記貯油タンクと前記物品収容箱との間の余剰空間部に入り込んだ状態で配置する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記貯油タンクは、前記下面板の前,後方向の両側から前面板と後面板とがそれぞれ上側に延びたU字状の第1の板体と、該第1の板体の前,後方向寸法よりも大きな前,後方向寸法を有し前記上面板の左,右方向の両側から左面板と右面板とがそれぞれ下側に延びた逆U字状の第2の板体とを接合することにより構成し、
前記上面板には、前記第1の板体と第2の板体との前,後方向の寸法差により、前記前面板、後面板よりも前,後方向に張出したフランジ部を形成し、
前記尿素水タンクは、前記貯油タンクの前面板の外周側に位置して前記上面板の前記フランジ部の範囲で上,下方向に投影される余剰空間部に入り込んだ状態で配置する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の建設機械。 - 前記貯油タンクは、前記下面板の前,後方向の両側から前面板と後面板とがそれぞれ上側に延びたU字状の第1の板体と、該第1の板体の前,後方向寸法よりも大きな前,後方向寸法を有し前記上面板の左,右方向の両側から左面板と右面板とがそれぞれ下側に延びた逆U字状の第2の板体とを接合することにより構成し、
前記上面板、左面板および右面板には、前記第1の板体と第2の板体との前,後方向の寸法差により、前記前面板、後面板よりも前,後方向に張出したフランジ部をそれぞれ形成し、
前記尿素水タンクは、前記貯油タンクの前面板の外周側に位置して前記上面板の前記フランジ部の範囲で上,下方向に投影されると共に、前記左面板と右面板の前記フランジ部の範囲で左,右方向に投影される余剰空間部に入り込んだ状態で配置する構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の建設機械。 - 前記貯油タンクと前記物品収容箱との間には、該貯油タンクと物品収容箱との間を覆う前カバーを設け、前記尿素水タンクは、該前カバーによって隠蔽された状態で前記貯油タンクに添って配置する構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の建設機械。
