Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン3と、給油口54を有するとともにエンジン燃料を貯蔵する燃料タンク5と、給液口64を有するとともにエンジン排気の浄化に用いる浄化液を貯蔵する液タンク6とが備えられ、液タンク6がエンジン3からの熱風を直接受けないように燃料タンク5によって保護されている。

Description
図2に示すように、前輪1aと後輪1bとによって支持されているトラクタの機体1の前部にエンジン3が配置され、エンジン3の後方にトランスミッション4が配置されている。機体1の後端には、作業装置(非図示)を昇降自在に支持するリンク機構10が装備されている。このトラクタは四輪駆動型であり、エンジン3の動力は、トランスミッション4を構成する走行用変速装置を介して前輪1a及び後輪1bに伝達される。またエンジン3の動力は、同様にトランスミッション4を構成するPTO用変速装置を介してPTO軸11に伝達される。
(1)上述した実施形態では、液タンク6に貯蔵される還元液は尿素であったが、排気ガス中のNOxを還元浄化する還元液であれば、尿素以外でもよい。また、尿素を含む複数の還元液を使用してもよい。
(2)上述した実施形態では、液タンク6は、燃料タンク5によって、底面と、エンジン側の側面が覆われていたが、燃料タンク5にポケット状の窪みを形成して、液タンク6を装着する開口面以外は液タンク6が燃料タンク5に覆われるような形態を採用してもよい。また、エンジン3等から流れてくる熱風に向き合う一側面だけを燃料タンク5によって覆うような形態を採用してもよい。
(3)上述した実施形態では、液タンク6は作業車の前進方向に向かって左側に配置されていたが右側でもよいし、両側に配置してもよい。
(4)上述した具体的な実施形態では、作業車としてトラクタを取り上げたが、これに限らず、コンバイン、建設機械などの作業車にも、同様な形態で燃料タンク5と液タンク6を配置することができる。

Claims (8)
- エンジンと、
給油口を有するとともにエンジン燃料を貯蔵する燃料タンクと、
給液口を有するとともにエンジン排気の浄化に用いる浄化液を貯蔵する液タンクと、
が備えられ、
前記液タンクが前記エンジンからの熱風を直接受けないように前記燃料タンクによって保護されている作業車。 - 前記液タンクは、前記燃料タンクの外側の側面に密接するように延びている請求項1に記載の作業車。
- 前記燃料タンクは、機体前後方向で前記エンジンの横を延びる主タンク部と、前記主タンク部の前端から前外側に延びる延長タンク部を有し、かつ
前記液タンクは柱状のサブタンク室と、前記サブタンク室から横方向に延びる主タンク室とを含み、前記主タンク室のエンジン側側面と底面とを受け入れる窪み部が前記燃料タンクの延長タンク部に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の作業車。 - 前記延長タンク部の前端領域に前記給油口を有する給油筒が設けられ、前記サブタンク室の前端領域に前記給液口を有する給液筒が設けられている請求項3に記載の作業車。
- 前記給油筒と前記給油筒が隣接しており、前記給油口の給油面と前記給液口の給液面は交差する位置関係である請求項4に記載の作業車。
- 前記サブタンク室の上壁の高さレベルが前記給液口の給液面と同じかまたはそれより高く、前記主タンク室の上壁の高さレベルが前記サブタンク室の上壁よりは低く、満杯給液時において前記サブタンク室の上壁と液面との間に、貯蔵浄化液の膨張を許す空間が形成される請求項4または5に記載の作業車。
- 前記サブタンク室の底領域液溜まりを形成すべく、前記主タンク室の底面は前記サブタンク室の底面より高く形成されている請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の作業車。
- 前記サブタンク室には、エンジン冷却液を媒体とする熱交換装置が収納されている請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の作業車。
