Claims (4)
- 車体の支持構造体を形成する車体フレームと、前記車体フレームに搭載されたエンジンと、前記エンジンの排気側に接続され前記エンジンから排出される排気ガスの後処理を行う排気ガス後処理装置と、前記排気ガス後処理装置に供給する還元剤を貯える還元剤タンクとを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記還元剤タンクが載せられる底面部位、前記底面部位に立設されて前記還元剤タンクの背面が当接する第1の側面部位、および前記底面部位に立設されて前記還元剤タンクの一方の側面が当接する第2の側面部位を有するタンクブラケットと、
前記底面部位に設けられた第1のバンド固定部と、
前記第1の側面部位に設けられた第2のバンド固定部と、
前記第1のバンド固定部と前記第2のバンド固定部とに取付けられ、前記還元剤タンクを前記タンクブラケットの底面部位と前記第1の側面部位とに押付けて固定するための固定バンドとを備え、
前記還元剤タンクが前記タンクブラケットに対して前記固定バンドにより固定されることにより還元剤タンクサブ組立体が形成され、
前記還元剤タンクが前記第2の側面部位と前記車体フレームの一部とに挟んで固定されるように、前記還元剤タンクサブ組立体の前記底面部位が前記車体フレームに固定して取付けられていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記タンクブラケットの前記底面部位には、ブラケット固定部が設けられており、
前記還元剤タンクサブ組立体は、前記ブラケット固定部で前記車体フレームに対して取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記車体フレームには、上,下方向に立上った立上がり面部が設けられており、
前記還元剤タンクサブ組立体は、前記還元剤タンクの位置がずれるのを防止するために前記還元剤タンクを前記第2の側面部位と前記車体フレームの立上がり面部とに挟んで固定した状態で、前記タンクブラケットの前記底面部位を前記車体フレームに固定することにより、前記車体フレーム対して取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記車体フレームは、底板と、前記底板上に立設されて左,右方向に所定の間隔をもって前,後方向に延びた左縦板,右縦板と、前記底板および前記左,右の縦板から左,右方向の外向きに延び前,後方向に間隔をもって配置された複数本の張出しビームと、左,右方向の外側に位置して前記複数本の張出しビームの先端に取付けられ、前,後方向に延びた左サイドフレーム,右サイドフレームとを含んで構成されており、
前記左,右サイドフレームは、前記立上がり面部を含んで構成され、
前記還元剤タンクサブ組立体は、前記還元剤タンクの位置がずれるのを防止するために前記還元剤タンクを前記第2の側面部位と前記右サイドフレームとに挟んで固定した状態で、前記タンクブラケットの前記底面部位を前記車体フレームに固定することにより、前記車体フレームに取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の建設機械。
