Abstract
【解決手段】上記した目的を達成するため、本発明の課題解決手段におけるシリンダ装置は、シリンダ2と、シリンダ2内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストン3と、シリンダ2内に挿入されてピストン3に連結されるロッド4と、シリンダ2内にピストン3で区画したロッド側室5とピストン側室6と、タンク7と、ロッド側室5とピストン側室6とを連通する第一通路8の途中に設けた第一開閉弁9と、ピストン側室6とタンク7とを連通する第二通路10の途中に設けた第二開閉弁11と、ロッド側室5へ液体を供給するポンプ12とを備えた。

Claims (11)
- シリンダと、シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、シリンダ内に挿入されてピストンに連結されるロッドと、シリンダ内にピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室と、タンクと、ロッド側室とピストン側室とを連通する第一通路の途中に設けた第一開閉弁と、ピストン側室とタンクとを連通する第二通路の途中に設けた第二開閉弁と、ロッド側室へ液体を供給するポンプとを備えたことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
- ロッド側室をタンクへ接続する排出通路と、排出通路の途中に開弁圧を変更可能な可変リリーフ弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリンダ装置。
- 可変リリーフ弁の開弁圧を制御することにより、推力が制御されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシリンダ装置。
- ポンプから供給される液体によりシリンダからロッドを突出させる伸長作動時には、第一開閉弁を開状態に維持しつつ第二開閉弁を開閉して伸長方向の推力が制御され、ポンプから供給される液体によりシリンダ内へロッドを侵入させる圧縮作動時には、第二開閉弁を開状態に維持しつつ第一開閉弁を開閉して圧縮方向の推力が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシリンダ装置。
- ポンプがモータにより駆動され、モータのトルクを制御することにより推力が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシリンダ装置。
- タンクからピストン側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、ピストン側室からロッド側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- ロッド側室をタンクへ接続するとともに途中にオリフィスを備えた制限流路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- ポンプとロッド側室との間に、ロッド側室からポンプへ向かう液体の流れを防止する逆止弁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、6および7のシリンダ装置。
- タンクは、シリンダと、このシリンダを覆う外筒との間の環状隙間で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
- 鉄道車両の車体と台車の一方にシリンダを連結するとともに車体と台車の他方にロッドを連結し、アクティブ制御とセミアクティブ制御のうち任意に選択される制御則に則り制御される請求項2から9のいずれかに記載のシリンダ装置。
